Abstract

This research focuses on the ‘plaited horse dance’ Abadi Performing Arts in Tanjung Morawa A, Medan City North Sumatra, which is still alive, although it has been too long and too far from the origin. The horse dance has passed down by the descant of Javanese which have lived in North Sumatra for several generations. As common sense that the performing art has spread widely to several region out of Indonesia brought by Javanese people as migrant such as in Malaysia, Suriname, Hongkong, Japan, and United States of America. It is considered as one of Javanese arts which brought by Javanese wherever we live in line with their migration purposes area. Javanese community overseas, usually still hold the horse dance performing art for event related to the human cycle of life, including as part of their ritual ceremony or merely such entertainment for the people. In 1st suro (muharram, the first month in islamic calendar) commemoration, the horse dance performing art usually also staged.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - The problem in this study is about the NHT (Numbered Heads Together) Model and its Effect on the learning outcomes of grade X students on the Naposo Nauli Bulung Tortor material in SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in learning Dance by applying the NHT (Numbered Heads Together) learning model on the Naposo Nauli Tortor material based on KD 3.2, namely understanding the shape, type, and aesthetic value in a variety of traditional dance movements.The theory used in this research is Istarani theory (2017: 12), namely NHT (Numbered heads together) is a series of delivery of material using groups as a forum to unite students' perceptions/thoughts on questions raised or asked by the teacher, which will then be held responsible by students according with a teacher request number from each group. This type of research is a quasi experiment using the t test formula. The sample in this study consisted of one class determined by random sampling technique, namely class X MIA 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. The instrument used in this study was an objective test consisting of 20 multiple choice questions. Pretest results using conventional learning models obtained an average of 64,5, while the posttest results using the NHT (Numbered heads together) learning model obtained an average value of 80,16. These results indicate a significant increase in student learning outcomes through the implementation of the NHT (Numbered heads together) learning model tcount> ttable ie 41,21> 1,67. Thus the research hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Keyword: Student learning outcomes, Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung, NHT (Numbered heads together).   ABSTRAK - Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang Model NHT (Numbered Heads Together) dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas x pada materi Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung di SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Seni Tari dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads Together) pada materi Tortor Naposo Nauli berdasarkan KD 3.2 yaitu memahami bentuk, jenis, dan nilai estetis dalam ragam gerak tari tradisi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teori Istarani (2017:12) yaitu NHT (Numbered heads together) merupakan rangkaian penyampaian materi dengan menggunakan kelompok sebagai wadah dalam menyatukan persepsi/ pikiran siswa terhadap pertanyaan yang dilontarkan atau diajukan guru, yang kemudian akan dipertanggungjawabkan oleh siswa sesuai dengan nomor permintaan guru dari masing-masing kelompok. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan mengggunakan rumus uji t. Sampel pada penelitian terdiri dari satu kelas yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling yaitu kelas X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes objektif yang terdiri dari 20 soal pilihan berganda (multipel Choise).  Hasil pretest dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional diperoleh rata-rata 64,5, sedangkan hasil postest dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered heads together) diperoleh nilai rata-rata 80,16. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapkan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered heads together) thitung > ttabel yaitu 41,21 > 1,67. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian (Ha) diterima. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar Siswa, Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung, NHT (Numbered heads together).

Abstract

ABSTRACT, This study aims to describe the application of the learning salsa dance through audio visual media to improve student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 6 Medan. The theory used in this research is the theory of application using Ali theory 2007, experimental theory using Roestiyah theory 2001, and learning outcomes using Purwanto theory 2009. The method used in this research is desccriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 139 students in class XII and the sample in this study was class XII- MIA-2, totaling 30 students.The result showed that the application of salsa dance learning through audio-visual media was very effective because students became more active,enthusiastic and could improve student learning outcomes.Increasing student learning outcomes becomes more active with the presence of audio-visual learning media which contains foreign dance material.In the audio visual media, there is an explanation of dancers. The results of the mean value at the pretest are 38.83 and the postest 90. From the distribution list t for 0 =0,05 the price of tcount> t table dance (1.723> 1.699). So it can concluced that Ha accepted an increase in learning outcomes in salsa dance material through audio visual media.                                                                       Keywords: Application, Audio Visual Media, Learning Outcomes  ABSTRAK, Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran tari salsa melalui media audio visual untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 6 Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Ali 2007,teori eksperimen menggunakan teori Roestiyah 2001, dan hasil belajar menggunakan teori Purwanto 2009. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menjadi lebih aktif dengan adanya media pembelajaran audio visual yang berisikan tentang materi tari mancanegara. Di dalam media audio visual tersebut terdapat penjelasan gerak tari berdasarkan elemen ruang, waktu, dan tenaga ditambah dengan gambar penari. Hasil nilai rata-rata pada pretest yaitu 38,83 dan postest 90. Dari daftar distribusi t untuk 0 = 0,05 harga hitung > tabel (1,723 > 1,699). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dalam materi tari salsa melalui media audio visual.Kata Kunci : Penerapan, Media Audio Visual, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the steps for packing the Munalo Dance learning material based on blended learning for students of SMAN 8 Takengon. The theory made in this study uses a theory from Dwiyogo (2018: 59) which reveals that blended learning refers to learning that combines or mixes between face to face learning and computer-based learning (online and offline). In this research process the method used in this study is a qualitative method. The population is cultural arts teacher and X grade students of SMAN 8 Takengon while the research sample is cultural arts teacher and 12 students of SMAN 8 Takengon. The technique of collecting data is done by observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. These data are then analyzed by qualitative descriptive methods. This packaging is in KD.3.1 syllabus for dance class X. For this reason, it takes 3 stages, namely the analysis phase, the evaluation stage and stage. The learning material for Munalo Dance based on blended learning has been tested by media experts and material experts so that it is very feasible to be used as learning media. The research results obtained were Munalo Dance learning materials packed in VCD form, which can be learned through the website http://www.sman8 takengonunggul.sch.id (based online) and used as a learning medium when face-to-face offline)            Keywords: Packaging Learning Materials, Munalo Dance, Blended Learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan langkah-langkah pengemasan materi pembelajaran Tari Munalo berbasis blended learning untuk siswa SMAN 8 Takengon. Teori yang di jadikan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Dwiyogo (2018:59) yang mengungkapkan bahwa blended learning mengacu pada belajar yang mengombinasikan atau mencampur antara pembelajaran tatap muka (face to face)  dan  pembelajaran  berbasis  komputer (online dan offline). Pada proses penelitian ini metode yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Populasinya guru seni budaya dan siswa-siswi kelas X SMAN 8 Takengon sedangkan Sampel penelitiannya guru seni budaya dan 12 siswa-siswi SMAN 8 Takengon. Teknik pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Data-data ini kemudian di analisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Kemasan ini di susun berdasarkan KD.3.1 silabus seni tari kelas X. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan 3 tahapan yaitu tahap analisis, tahap rancangan dan tahap evaluasi. Materi pembelajaran berbasis blended learning ini telah diuji kelayakan oleh ahli media dan ahli materi sehingga sangat layak untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh adalah materi pembelajaran Tari Munalo di kemas dalam bentuk VCD, yang dapat di pelajari melalui website http://www.sman8takengonunggul.sch.id (berbasis online) dan di gunakan sebagai  media pembelajaran saat tatap muka (offline). Kata kunci : Pengemasan Materi Pembelajaran, Tari Munalo, Blended Learning

Abstract

ABSTRACTAimed at improving student learning outcomes in Serser Tintoa learning material by applying the SAVI learning model (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual) based on KD 3.1, which is understanding concepts, techniques and procedures in a variety of traditional dance moves along with KD 4.1 namely demonstrating traditional dance movements based on the concept , techniques and procedures in accordance with the counts / beats. The theory used in the study is According to Shoimin (2016: 177) the term SAVI stands for: Somatis (learning by doing by moving) means moving the body (hands-on, physical activity), namely learning by experiencing and doing. Audiotory (learning by speaking and listening) means that learning must be through listening, listening, speaking, presentation, argumentation, expressing opinions, and responding. Visual (learning by observing and describing) means learning must use the sense of sight through observing, drawing, demonstrating, reading, using media and teaching aids. Intellectual (learning by solving problems and thinking) means that learning must use the ability to think (mainds-on). Learning must be with concentration, thought and practice using it through reasoning, investigating, identifying, finding, creating, constructing, solving, problem solving and applying it. This type of research is a quasi experiment using the t test formula. The sample in this study consisted of one class determined by random sampling technique, namely class X TKJ 4 SMK TELKOM MEDAN. The instrument used in this study was an objective test consisting of 20 multiple choice questions (multiple choices). The pretest results obtained an average of 58.43 while the posttest results using the SAVI learning model (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual) obtained an average value of 80.15 using the t test results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes by applying SAVI learning model (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual) tcount> ttable is 9.93> 1,670 then the research is accepted. Keywords: Intermediate Code, SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual)    ABSTRAKBertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi  pembelajaran Tatak Tintoa Serser dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran SAVI(Somatic, Auditory, Visual dan Intelektual) berdasarkan KD 3.1 yaitu memahami konsep, teknik dan prosedur dalam ragam gerak tari tradisi diserta KD 4.1 yaitu memeragakan gerak tari tradisional berdasarkan konsep, teknik, dan prosedur sesuai dengan hitungan/ketukan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Menurut Shoimin (2016:177) istilah SAVI kependekan dari : Somatis (belajara dengan berbuat  dengan bergerak) bermakna gerakkan tubuh (hands-on,aktivitas fisik), yakni belajar dengan  mengalami dan melakukan. Audiotory (belajar dengan berbicara danmendengar) bermakna bahwa belajar haruslah melalui mendengar, menyimak, berbicara, presentasi, argumentasi, mengemukakan pendapat, dan menanggapin. Visual (belajar dengan mengamati dan menggambarkan) bermakna belajar haruslah mengunakan indra penglihatan melalui mengamati, menggambar, mendemonstrasikan, membaca, mengunakan media dan alat peraga. Intelektual (belajar dengan memecahkan masalah dan berfikir) bermakna bahwa belajar haruslah mengunakan kemampuan berfikir (mainds-on).Belajar haruslah dengan konsentrasi, fikiran dan berlatih menggunakannya melalui bernalar, menyelidikin, mengidentifikasi, menemukan, mencipta, mengkonstruksi, memecahkan masalah dan menerapkannya. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan mengggunakan rumus uji t. Sampel pada penelitian terdiri dari satu kelas yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling yaitu kelas X TKJ 4 SMK TELKOM MEDAN. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe results showed that through imitative stimuli in the dance learning process in Early Childhood there was a positive and significant relationship between imitative stimuli on kinesthetic intelligence of Early Childhood in Hikmatul Fadhillah Kindergarten, Medan Denai Subdistrict, indicated by the value r = 0.748 in the very high category . And 52.5% percent of children are seen while the remaining 47.5% percent is contributed by other variables outside of imitative stimuli. It is seen that the imitative stimulation coefficient has a positive influence with the development of child kinesthetic intelligence. The amount of 52.5% produced from kinesthetic intelligence is a large enough number of values to determine the relationship of imitative stimuli to kinesthetic intelligence. Keywords: Imitative stimuli, kinesthetic intelligence  ABSTRAK Hasil Penelitian diketahui bahwa melalui rangsang imitatif dalam proses pembelajaran tari pada Anak Usia Dini ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara rangsang imitatif terhadap kecerdasan kinestetik Anak Usia Dini di TK Hikmatul Fadhillah Kecamatan Medan Denai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai r = 0.748 yang berada dalam katagori sangat tinggi. Dan sebesar 52,5% persen anak yang terlihat sedang sisanya sebesar 47,5%  persen adalah kontribusi oleh variabel lain diluar rangsang imitatif. Terlihat bahwa koefisien rangsang imitatif memberikan pengaruh secara positif dengan berkembangnya kecerdasan kinestetik anak. Jumlah 52,5% yang dihasilkan dari kecerdasan kinestetik, merupakan jumlah nilai yang cukup besar untuk mengetahui hubungan rangsang imitatif terhadap  kecerdasan kinestetik. Kata kunci : Rangsang Imitatif, Kecerdasan Kinestetik

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research objective of the author is to find out what the values contained in the Reog Ponorogo ritual process are as well as to find out the reason why the ritual ceremonies are still performed today. The theory used in this study is about values and rituals. Value is an order that is used as a guide by individuals to weigh and choose alternative decisions in certain social situations. While the Ritual is a series of words, acts of religion followers or rituals with certain objects, equipment and equipment, in certain places and wearing certain clothes. The research method used is a qualitative research method that can be interpreted as a type of research which is referred to as a new method because of its recent popularity. Also called postpositivisic methods because they are based on the philosophy of postpositivism. This method is also called an artistic method, because the research process is more artistic (less patterned) and is called an interpretive method because the research data is more concerned with interpretation of the data found in the field. Data collection techniques used are interviews, Interviews are meetings of two people to exchange information and ideas through question and answer so that the meaning can be concentrated in a particular topic. So the interview conducted by the author in this study was in-depth interviews about the value of the ritual contained in Reog Ponorogo Perut District, Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency with Mr. Suparno as the owner of Reog Ponorogo in Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency. The results showed that the ritual value in the process of Reog ponorogo staging is a process of refusing reinforcements for dancers and musicians to avoid interference and obstacles when the performance takes place, as a sense of recognition (ngajeni) of the existence of spirits who are believed to be barongan keepers, as a means to bring blessings and salvation for the surrounding community who hold performances and homeowners who are carrying out the event. Want to maintain and preserve the customs that have been carried out by their ancestors as a form of repertoire of national cultural wealth and respect the beliefs of people who are still convinced of magical things (ritual process) Keywords: Reog Ponorogo, Ritual Value, Offering.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian penulis adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam proses ritual Reog Ponorogo serta untuk mengetahui alasan mengapa upacara ritual masih dilakukan hari ini. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang nilai dan ritual. Nilai adalah perintah yang digunakan sebagai panduan oleh individu untuk menimbang dan memilih keputusan alternatif dalam situasi sosial tertentu. Sedangkan ritual adalah serangkaian kata, tindakan pengikut agama atau ritual dengan benda, peralatan dan peralatan tertentu, di tempat-tempat tertentu dan mengenakan pakaian tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang dapat diartikan sebagai jenis penelitian yang disebut sebagai metode baru karena popularitasnya saat ini. Disebut juga metode postpositifisik karena didasarkan pada filosofi postpositifisme. Metode ini juga disebut metode artistik, karena proses penelitian lebih artistik (kurang berpola) dan disebut metode interpretatif karena data penelitian lebih mementingkan interpretasi data yang ditemukan di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, Wawancara adalah pertemuan dua orang untuk bertukar informasi dan ide melalui tanya jawab sehingga maknanya bisa terkonsentrasi dalam topik tertentu. Kemudian wawancara mendalam tentang nilai ritual yang terkandung dalam Reog Ponorogo di Desa Kolam Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dilakukan dengan Bapak Suparno sebagai pemilik Reog Ponorogo di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai ritual dalam proses pementasan Reog Ponorogo adalah sebagai proses menolak bala bantuan bagi penari dan musisi untuk menghindari gangguan dan hambatan ketika pertunjukan berlangsung, sebagai rasa pengakuan (ngajeni) dari keberadaan arwah yang sedang diyakini sebagai penjaga barongan, sebagai sarana untuk membawa berkah dan keselamatan bagi masyarakat sekitar yang mengadakan pertunjukan dan pemilik rumah yang sedang melaksanakan acara tersebut. Ingin mempertahankan dan melestarikan adat istiadat yang telah dilakukan oleh nenek moyang mereka sebagai bentuk repertoar kekayaan budaya nasional dan menghormati kepercayaan orang-orang yang masih yakin akan hal-hal magis (proses ritual)Kata Kunci : Reog Ponorogo, Nilai Ritual, Sesaji.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the application ot the Take and Give model in the Mak Inang dance lessons in Kampai Island inaccordance with KD 3.1 which is to understand the concepts, techniques and procedures in imitating the basic dance movement in SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. The theories used in this research are Take and Give model theory. The Take and Give model theory used in this study is a theory according to Miftahul Huda (2014: 242-243). The time spent in this study was three months, starting from October to December. The location of the study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. The population of the research is all of class X which amounts to seven classes with a total of two hundred fifty two students. The sample is thirty-six students in class X IPA-1. This research method is quantitative with a type of quasi-experimental research in one group pretest-posttest. Data collection techniques are done by observation, documentation and literature study. The results of the study note that there are eight stages of use and give according to the author’s understanding based on Miftahul Huda consisting of (1) the teacher preparing cards as many as the number of students, (2) the teacher conditions the class, (3) the teacher explains the material using power points according to KD 3.1 namely understanding the concepts, techniques and procedures in imitating the basic dance moves, (4) the teacher distributes cards and gives each student time to memorize the material contained on the card, (5) the teacher directs students to look for pairs according to the cards that have been written by the teacher before, (6) the teacher gives question whose answers are in according with the information received from his partner, (7) the teacher does according to the steps, (8) the teacher closes the lesson. T test results obtained in this study are T count greater than T table (78,19621117 > 1,997729633). T test was carried out after the pretestand posttest values were abtained, where the pretestwas carried out before the treatment (lecture method) with the acquisition of an average pretestvalue of 56,16, whilw the posttestwas carried out after the treatment (take and give model) with the acquisition of an average value posttestof 83,47. Thus obtained an increase in the value of student appreciation  reached 33%, this shows that through the application of the Take and Give model, the appreciation of students of class X to the Mak Inang dance material in Kampai Island according to KD 3.1 increased. Keywords: Take and Give Models, Learning, Dance Appreciation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Take and Give pada pembelajaran tari mak inang pulau kampai sesuai KD. 3.1 yaitu memahami konsep, teknik dan prosedur dalam menirukan ragam gerak dasar tari di SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. Teori-teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori model Take and Give, teori pembelajaran, dan teori apresiasi seni tari. Teori model Take and Give yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori menurut Miftahul Huda (2014:  242-243). Waktu yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini selama tiga bulan, dimulai bulan Oktober sampai Desember. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh kelas X yang berjumlah 7 kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 252 orang. Sampelnya yaitu siswa yang berada di kelas X IPA-1 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperiment dalam one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada 8 tahapan Take and Give menurut pemahaman penulis berdasarkan Miftahul Huda terdiri dari (1) guru menyiapkan kartu sebanyak jumlah siswa (2) guru mengkondisikan kelas (3) guru menjelaskan materi menggunakan power point sesuai KD 3.1 yaitu memahami konsep, teknik, dan prosedur dalam menirukan ragam gerak dasar tari (4) guru membagikan kartu dan memberi waktu kepada masing-masing siswa untuk menghafal materi yang terdapat pada kartu (5) guru mengarahkan siswa untuk mencari pasangan sesuai dengan kartu yang telah ditulis oleh guru sebelumnya (6) guru memberikan pertanyaan yang jawabannya sesuai dengan informasi yang diterima dari pasangan (7) guru melakukan sesuai langkah-langkah (8) guru menutup pelajaran. Hasil tes uji T yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (78,19621117 > 1,997729633). Uji T dilakukan setelah diperoleh nilai pretest dan posttest, di mana pelaksanaan pretest dilakukan sebelum treatment (metode ceramah) dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 56,16, sedangkan pelaksanaan posttest dilakukan setelah treatment (model take and give) dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 83,47. Dengan demikian diperoleh peningkatan nilai apresiasi siswa mencapai 33%, ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model Take and Give, apresiasi siswa kelas X terhadap materi tari mak inang pulau kampai sesuai KD 3.1 meningkat. Kata Kunci: Model Take and Give, Pembelajaran, Apresiasi Seni Tari.
