Abstract

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi akhlak mahasiswa, di antaranya materi pelajaran yang diberikan oleh dosen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemaham materi kedarululuman, peningkatan akhlak serta pengaruh materi Ke-Darul-Ulum-an terhadap peningkatan akhlak mahasiswa semester II Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam Unipdu Jombang tahun akademik 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket.Teknik analisis menggunakan rumus prosentase dan analisis regresi, sampel penelitian 40 responden. Prosentase pemahaman materi kedarululuman 76,29%. Hasil peningkatan akhlak 89,7%. Hasil analisis data regresi linier sederhana diperoleh = 0,878 untuk taraf kesalahan ditetapkan 5%. Jika N = 40, maka r tabel = 0,312. Karena jika nilai sig (p. Value) > 0,05 maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat Pengaruh Pemahaman Materi Ke-Darul-Ulum-an terhadap Peningkatan Akhlak Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam FakultasAgama Islam Unipdu Jombang Tahun Akademik 2016/2017.kurangnya respon dan perhatian mahasiswa terhadap materi ke-Darul-Ulum-an, dan tidak diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This discourse departs from the sharp criticism of some groups towards the learning of religious education, which tends to be exclusive at various levels of education which is allegedly limited to promoting their correct religious mindset, and other groups are seen as misguided. The purpose of this discourse is to explore the design and format of the reconstruction of Islamic education with an inclusive-multicultural vision as a paradigm for the epistemological transformation of national education. This library research-based discourse resulted in findings of the importance of reconstructing the components of Islamic education with an inclusive-multicultural vision, especially in curriculum design, educator figures, and the effectiveness of learning strategies. The redesign of these components is expected to be a paradigmatic basis for the ideal transformation of the national education model in the future.

Abstract

Dalam konteks peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pendidikan tinggi Islam sekarang ini dituntut untuk berpikir progresif menuju internasionalisasi pendidikan tinggi. Langkah tersebut meniscayakan sebuah pergeseran orientasi dari orientasi teaching university menuju research university. Pergeseran ini membawa konsekuensi perubahan, terutama dalam restrukturisasi institusi, mindset, paradigma, termasuk juga rencana-rencana strategis yang mulai dijalankan. Berangkat dari itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan khazanah pesantren dengan tradisi keilmuannya yang khas, sebagai basis paradigmatik pendidikan tinggi Islam menuju kampus berkelas dunia. Kajian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka (library research). Dengan pendekatan analisis filosofis dan fenomenologis kajian ini menemukan fakta bahwa keterpaduan konsep pendidikan tinggi Islam dan pesantren (ma’had) sesungguhnya dapat dijadikan sebagai role model dan spirit pengembangan pendidikan tinggi Islam untuk mencapai visi besar tersebut.

Abstract

Tulisan ini hendak menjelaskan perihal Islam yang berdialektika dengan budaya lokal di Indonesia yang pada akhirnya membentuk sebuah varian Islam yang khas dan unik, sebagaimana Islam Jawa. Varian Islam tersebut bukanlah Islam yang tercerabut dari akar kemurniannya, tapi Islam yang di dalamnya telah berakulturasi dengan budaya lokal. Dalam proses tersebut, Islam tetap tidak tercerabut akar ideologisnya, demikian pula dengan budaya lokal tidak lantas hilang dengan masuknya Islam di dalamnya. Sebagai salah satu varian Islam kultural yang ada di Indonesia, Islam Jawa memiliki karakter dan ekspresi keberagamaan yang cenderung sinkretis dengan berbagai tradisinya yang distingtif. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari dialektika antara agama dan budaya yang terjadi seperti dalam penyelenggaraan sekaten di Yogyakarta dan Cirebon serta perayaan hari raya dengan makanan khas ketupat di Jawa Timur yang diselenggarakan satu minggu setelah ‘Idul Fitri. Sekaten ini merupakan upacara penyelenggaraan maulid Nabi. Substansinya adalah mentransformasikan spirit profetik berupa ajaran tauhid sekaligus melestarikan budaya lokal. Pada kenyataannya, Islam di Jawa memang tidak bersifat tunggal, tidak monolit, dan tidak simpel. Islam Jawa bergelut dengan kenyataan negara-bangsa, modernitas, globalisasi, kebudayaan lokal, dan semua wacana kontemporer yang menghampiri perkembangan zaman dewasa ini. Dalam konteks ini, terlihat bagaimana respons kelompok-kelompok atau organisasi Islam di Indonesia dan Jawa khususnya, mulai dari yang konservatif, moderat, liberal, radikal, hingga fundamentalis.This article will explain about Islam that dialectic with the local culture in Indonesia that eventually forms a variant of Islam that is distinctive and unique, as Islam Java.Variety of Islam is not Islam that is cut off from the roots of purity, but in which Islam has been acculturated with local culture. In the process, Islam remains rooted ideological roots, as well as with the local culture are not necessarily lost with the advent of Islam in it.As one of the variants of cultural Islam in Indonesian, Javanese Islam has character and religious expression are likely to merge with a variety of distinctive traditions.It can be seen from the dialectic between faith and culture which is happening in the administration Sekaten in Yogyakarta and Cirebon and festivals with typical food rhombus in East Java, which was held one week after Idul Fitri. Sekaten is an organization of the Prophet's birthday ceremony. The substance was to transform the prophetic spirit in the form of the doctrine of monotheism while preserving local culture. In fact, Islam in Java is not a single, not a monolith, and not simple. Javanese Islam wrestles with the fact the nation-state, modernity, globalization, local culture, and all the contemporary discourse that came with the times today. In this context, seen how the response of groups or Islamic organizations in Indonesia and Java in particular, ranging from the conservative, moderate, liberal, radical, fundamentalist up.

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem-based Learning model in improving the students' ability to collaborate on practical activities related to the solution colligative properties. The research design uses quasi-experimental methods with control groups and experiments. The study sample consisted of 60 XI IPA class students selected using purposive sampling techniques, with 30 students in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. The research instruments include a test of collaborative abilities, a sheet of observations on collaborative activities, and an elevator of student responses. The results showed that the average pre-test scores of students' collaboration ability in experimental and control groups were relatively the same. Still, there was a significant improvement in the experimental group's post-test score after applying the Problem-Based Learning model. The pair t-test results showed a substantial improvement in both groups, but the increase in the experimental group was significantly higher (t(30) = 12.45, p < 0.05) compared to the control group (t(30) = 3.21, p < 0.05). Independent t-tests showed significant differences between the experimental and control groups after treatment (t(60) = 6.34, p < 0.05). Observations during the practice showed that students in the experimental group were more active in communicating, sharing tasks, collaborating, and solving problems than in the control group. In addition, the student response raise showed that the majority of students responded positively to the Problem-Based Learning model, with a high average score on interesting and enjoyable aspects (4.5), boosting motivation (4.6), facilitating the understanding of concepts (4.4), and enhance the ability to collaborate (4.7).

Abstract

Background: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Diklat Wawasan Kebhinekaan Global bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) dalam jabatan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep dan praktik multikulturalisme. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara daring dan dirancang untuk membekali calon guru dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola keberagaman budaya di lingkungan pendidikan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, simulasi, dan studi kasus. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuis, proyek akhir, dan survei kepuasan peserta. Hasil: peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap budaya lokal, nasional, dan internasional, serta sikap inklusif dan kemampuan mengelola kelas multikultural. Persiapan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang interaktif, dan evaluasi yang komprehensif menjadi kunci keberhasilan diklat ini. Survei kepuasan peserta menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta merasa diklat sangat bermanfaat dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka sebagai calon guru. Kesimpulan: Implementasi diklat ini diharapkan tidak hanya mendukung terciptanya lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan toleran di Indonesia, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi keilmuan dengan menyediakan model pendidikan multikultural yang dapat diterapkan dan diteliti lebih lanjut oleh para akademisi dan praktisi pendidikan.

Abstract

There are still many acts of terrorism that are as concrete evidences of how the use of the security approach alone isn’t effective enough to eradicate terrorism and Islamic radicalism to its roots in Indonesian. Therefore, various approaches of handling terrorism and Islamic radicalism must also be constantly pursued. That is the de-radicalization program through the nuances of Islamic education multicultural inclusiveness. In this case, they should pay attention to curriculum factors, educators, and educators use learning strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of local wisdom into Islamic higher education as a means to enhance Islamic values and foster harmony and tolerance in diverse academic environments. The research is conducted at several universities in Indonesia, where Islamic studies programs actively incorporate local traditions and cultural practices into the curriculum. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative interviews with educators and students, as well as content analysis of the curriculum, the study aims to understand the impact of this integration on students’ moral development and intercultural awareness. Results indicate that the inclusion of local wisdom within the Islamic educational framework enhances students’ understanding of core Islamic values such as peace, mutual respect, and social responsibility. Furthermore, the findings reveal that these practices help to bridge cultural gaps between students from different backgrounds, promoting a more harmonious and tolerant academic environment. The conclusion suggests that Islamic higher education institutions should continue to leverage local cultural resources to enrich Islamic education and contribute to societal cohesion.

Abstract

This article is to unravel the issue of dialectic of Islam and local culture in the social field as one face of Javanese Islam. Historically, Islam came to Indonesia there is a record seventh century AD, but there are also the states of the thirteenth century AD. This means that Islam has been a long time to adapt and dialogue with the culture, customs, attitudes and ways of thinking locals Indonesia. Moreover, many aspects of Islamic teachings that can be flexible so it can receive the local elements are in harmony with the teachings of Islam. The style of Islam in Java in many ways resembles Islam in South Asia. Kerala, the Malabar coast became an important area for the spice trade. Therefore, this area is also very likely to be a transit area for the purpose of trading with the merchants and simultaneously broadcast and Sufi Moslem are deliberately seeking new areas for development of Islam. For this reason, the face of Islam in Java is the result of dialogue and dialectic between Islam and local culture which then displays the face of Javanese Islam. In fact, Islam in Java is indeed not a single, not a monolith, and not simple. Among these are reflected in social relations syncretic Javanese Moslem community with other communities go naturally with the local knowledge base in the village community at large. Artikel ini ingin mengurai persoalan dialektika Islam dan budaya lokal dalam bidang sosial sebagai salah satu wajah Islam Jawa. Secara historis, Islam datang ke Indonesia ada yang mencatat abad VII Masehi, tapi ada juga yang menyatakan abad XIII Masehi. Ini berarti Islam telah lama beradaptasi dan berdialog dengan budaya, adat kebiasaan, sikap dan cara berpikir penduduk lokal Indonesia. Terlebih lagi, banyak aspek dari ajaran Islam yang dapat bersifat fleksibel sehingga dapat menerima unsur-unsur lokal yang selaras dengan ajaran Islam. Corak Islam di Jawa dalam banyak hal menyerupai Islam di Asia Selatan. Kerala, di pantai Malabar menjadi daerah penting untuk perdagangan rempah-rempah. Oleh karena itu, daerah ini juga sangat mungkin menjadi daerah transit bagi kaum pedagang dengan tujuan perdagangan dan sekaligus menyiarkan Islam dan kaum sufi yang secara sengaja mencari daerah baru untuk pengembangan Islam. Karena itulah, wajah Islam di Jawa merupakan hasil dialog dan dialektika antara Islam dan budaya lokal yang kemudian menampilkan wajah Islam yang khas Jawa. Dalam kenyataannya, Islam di Jawa memanglah tidak bersifat tunggal, tidak monolit, dan tidak simpel. Di antaranya adalah tercermin dalam relasi sosial komunitas Islam Jawa sinkretis dengan masyarakat lainnya berjalan secara alamiah dengan mendasarkan pada kearifan lokal masyarakat desa pada umumnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze Arabic writing errors, analyze the learning of dictation (imla'), and determine how teachers evaluate Arabic writing errors in Grade 2 Ula students at Madrasah Diniyah Darussalam Padar Kesamben Ngoro Jombang. This research used a descriptive qualitative research method, analyzing through a documentary study approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. In the implementation, the teacher wrote the material on the board, explained it, conducted a question and answer session, then dictated simple vocabulary words that were repeated three times before the students wrote them in their notebooks. The teacher evaluated Arabic writing errors by collecting error data, identifying errors, classifying errors, and correcting student errors to provide appropriate guidance. The results showed that many students still made errors, such as errors in connecting letters, letter usage, letter length, and letter omissions and additions. Errors in writing Arabic among second-grade Ula students at Madrasah Diniyah Darussalam Padar Kesamben Ngoro Jombang are caused by a lack of mastery of basic Arabic writing skills, limited learning media, and the use of traditional teaching methods. The imla’ learning process is carried out through the dictation method, beginning with the teacher writing and explaining the material on the board, then dictating simple Arabic vocabulary three times for students to write down. Evaluation is conducted by collecting, identifying, classifying, and correcting students’ mistakes, and the results show that many students still make errors in writing Arabic. This evaluation also serves as a reference for teachers to understand students’ writing abilities and their comprehension of the material taught.
