Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job placement, transfer, and workload on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh Distribution Unit. This study uses a census method, in which all elements of the population totaling 96 employees are directly investigated. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, using a Likert scale to measure the variables of job placement, transfer, workload, and employee performance. The results of the regression analysis indicate that partially, job placement, transfer, and workload have a significant influence on employee performance. Appropriate job placement can increase motivation and work efficiency, while transfers carried out by considering individual abilities have a positive impact on adaptation and productivity. A balanced workload also plays an important role in reducing work stress and improving performance. In addition, simultaneous analysis using the F test shows that the three variables together have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Chatbots are becoming increasingly popular in business due to their ability to deliver immediate responses to customers. However, there is limited empirical evidence focusing on customers’ perspectives. This study aims to investigate the determinants of customer satisfaction in chatbot use as well as provide an overview of chatbot users in Indonesia. The research uses quantitative methods and descriptive types of research, with the number of samples being 150 chatbot users. All data collected met the criteria for validity and reliability and were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively through multiple linear regression methods. The research showed that most of the respondents were male chatbot users, aged 18–29 years, had last used chatbots between 1–3 months ago, and used chatbots to convey their complaints/problems. It is also known that banking chatbots are the most frequently used chatbots. Additionally, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are the determinants of customer satisfaction in chatbot use. Of these two factors, perceived usefulness has a dominant influence on chatbot consumer (user) satisfaction in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Perilaku Gaya Hidup dan Kepercayaan Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online di Media Sosial pada BiryaniHouse_byPhonna Lamseupeng Banda Aceh". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi seberapa besar pengaruh perilaku gaya hidup dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian online di platform media sosial, khususnya dalam konteks BiryaniHouse_by Phonna Lamseupeng di Banda Aceh. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif untuk menganalisis data, dan survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari konsumen yang berinteraksi dengan media sosial BiryaniHouse_byPhonna. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penekanan pada integrasi faktor gaya hidup dan kepercayaan konsumen dalam konteks spesifik pembelian online di media sosial di Banda Aceh, yang belum banyak diteliti dalam literatur sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik perilaku gaya hidup maupun kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Perilaku gaya hidup berkontribusi pada intensitas penggunaan media sosial untuk pembelian, sedangkan kepercayaan konsumen mempengaruhi keputusan akhir dan loyalitas pembelian. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengelolaan gaya hidup dan peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen sangat penting untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian online yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor tambahan yang mungkin mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian online serta melakukan studi perbandingan di berbagai jenis usaha atau wilayah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang dinamika pembelian online di media sosial.
