Abstract

Income is one important factor to measure the success of micro businesses. Increased capital also allows obtaining additional income for micro businesses. Koperasi Karya Indonesia Banda Aceh is one of the cooperatives consisting of micro entrepreneurs. This study aims 1) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders. The study uses a quantitative approach which is correlation research. There are three variables developed as a basis for assessment. There are 295 cooperative members as a population taken 62 as a sample. The data needed is primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that 1) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi penjualan kepada pihak berelasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang dimoderasi oleh gender direktur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan publik di Indonesia tahun 2020 s.d 2023 yang berjumlah 3.219 perusahaan tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan non keuangan yang dipilih dengan kriteria tertentu, yaitu perusahaan publik yang melakukan strategi penjualan kepada pihak berelasi berturut-turut selama tahun pengamatan yang berjumlah 74 perusahaan, sehingga jumlah observasi terakhir berjumlah 296 observasi (74 perusahaan x 4 tahun). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ordinary least square dengan bantuan software eviews versi 13. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi penjualan kepada pihak berelasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Gender direktur perempuan mampu memperlemah efek negatif strategi penjualan kepada pihak berelasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan gender direktur laki-laki justru memperkuat efek negatif pengaruh strategi penjualan kepada pihak berelasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan locus of control terhadap minat berinvestasi mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh (Unmuha), baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 86 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan uji F untuk menguji pengaruh simultan serta uji t untuk menguji pengaruh parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi mahasiswa, sedangkan locus of control memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara simultan, literasi keuangan dan locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi mahasiswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor psikologis, seperti locus of control, lebih berperan dalam menentukan minat investasi mahasiswa dibandingkan dengan tingkat literasi keuangan mereka. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Variety Seeking and purchase interest on the decision to purchase Zalora products. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the number of samples as many as 71 respondents was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have shopped at Zalora. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this research show that purchase interest has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Zalora products, while variety seeking does not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Zalora products. The results of this research can be used as evaluation material for the management of companies that trade fashion products to pay more attention to purchase interest so that the decision to purchase Zalora products can be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge about Smart Trading with BIONS, in Banda Aceh. The outputs obtained from this community service activity include: (1) participants were given the knowledge about buying shares using the Online Trading Method with BIONS, (2) from the results obtained that the participants understood about the contents of the materials and at the end of the session were given question and time to answer, a number of questions obtained form participants and the public including; (a) How to register and join in Sharers, (b) How to buy and sell shares, and (c) How to decide which stocks are good to buy. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk IndiHome pada PT Telkom Banda Aceh serta faktor yang paling kecil dan dominan dalam memengaruhi pelanggan dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian tersebut. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan produk IndiHome PT Telkom Banda Aceh. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 383 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis tersebut diketahui bahwa nilai signifikasinya 0,00 < 0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Indihome pada PT. Telkom di Banda Aceh. Dapat diketahui pula bahwa nilai beta variabel Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2), dan Promosi (X3) adalah 0,326, 0,373 dan 0,210 maka yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Indihome pada PT. Telkom di Banda Aceh adalah harga dengan nilai beta (koefisien) yang semakin menjauhi nol (0). Dan variabel yang paling kecil produk Indihome pada PT. Telkom di Banda Aceh adalah promosi.

Abstract

This particular community service activity was implemented in the form of training on the preparation of financial reports for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the “Buku Warung” (BURUNG) application in Bitai Village, Jaya Baru Subdistrict, Banda Aceh City. In the current digital era, financial bookkeeping has become much easier, one of which is through the use of the Buku Warung (BURUNG) application. BURUNG is an MSME bookkeeping application designed to help business owners record their financial transactions more easily. This community service program was carried out over a period of six months. The methods used in this program included training and mentoring on how to use the Buku Warung (BURUNG) application. The results of this program showed that MSME actors were very enthusiastic about participating in the financial report preparation training using this application. Furthermore, through this community service activity, the local community—particularly MSME owners—gained the skills to prepare their business financial reports more accurately and effectively.Keywords: Financial reports, Buku warung

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: Customer trust is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of chatbots. Building trust is essential to ensure that users feel confident in using chatbot across various contexts, including customer service. Background Problems: Despite its importance, there is limited understanding of how specific chatbot features influence customer trust, especially within the Indonesian context. Novelty: Drawing principally on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this empirical study develops and tests a model that incorporates anthropomorphism, the attribution of human-like qualities, to provide a more comprehensive explanation of customer trust. Research Methods: This study utilizes quantitative analysis of data gathered from 368 customers to examine the relationships between perceived usefulness, ease of use, anthropomorphism, and trust. A structured survey was administered, and statistical techniques were employed to validate the proposed model and determine the significance of each factor. Finding/Results: The analysis reveals that perceived usefulness, ease of use, and anthropomorphism are all significant predictors of trust in chatbots. Among these, ease of use emerges as the most influential factor, emphasizing its pivotal role in fostering trust. Conclusion: This study provides practical guidance for managers and developers aiming to design trust-enhancing chatbots. Key strategies include integrating human-like features, focusing on usability, and highlighting the practical benefits offered by chatbots. These approaches can improve customer engagement, enhance interaction quality, and support the succesful implementation of chatbot technologies in Indonesia.
