Abstract

Era kemajuan teknologi sekarang ini memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka, termasuk dalam mengelola bengkel mobil. Pencatatan data yang dilakukan oleh bengkel Jadi Subur Auto Service saat melakukan servis di bengkel dan home service masih dilakukan secara manual dengan ditulis di buku, hal tersebut akan menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan data dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mencari data sehingga diilai kurang efektif karena berisiko untuk kehilangan dan kerusakan data. Sehingga dibutuhkan website yang dapat memudahkan pihak bengkel dalam mengelola data bengkel mobil. Pengembangan website ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Diharapkan dengan pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat memberikan solusi dalam mengelola data bengkel secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The Kudus Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a government agency tasked with administering the employment social security program. One crucial operational aspect is the management of office stationery (ATK) inventory to support administrative activities. The current system is still based on manual recording using notebooks and simple spreadsheets, resulting in recurring problems such as recording errors, stock data discrepancies, and slow reporting processes that hamper managerial decision-making. Previous research on web-based inventory information systems has been conducted in the context of manufacturing and financial institutions, but none has specifically accommodated the needs of a layered user hierarchy in an employment social security institution. This study develops a web-based ATK inventory management information system at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kudus to fill this gap. The development uses the Waterfall model with stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through field observations, structured interviews, and documentation studies. The system was built using PHP (Laravel framework) and MySQL. Black box testing of eight functional modules—including login, inventory data management, incoming/outgoing transactions, real-time stock monitoring, and automated reporting—resulted in a 100% success rate with no critical errors found. The system supports a three-level access hierarchy (general users, operational staff, branch managers) that allows for inventory control according to each role. This study proves that a contextually designed web-based information system can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management in a government agency in the social security sector.

Abstract

Transformasi sistem merit dalam birokrasi publik menuntut pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai preferensi karier pada jabatan fungsional. Namun, sebagian besar penelitian masih berfokus pada niat awal memilih pekerjaan, sementara dinamika preferensi pasca-penempatan relatif kurang dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mekanisme pembentukan preferensi jabatan fungsional Analis Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur di lingkungan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksplanatori dengan paradigma interpretivis. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik thematic coding serta perbandingan lintas kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa preferensi jabatan bukanlah keputusan administratif yang statis, melainkan proses evaluatif dinamis yang dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara kapasitas individu dan legitimasi struktural organisasi. Potensi dan kompetensi membentuk kesiapan awal, namun stabilitas preferensi sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas motivasi intrinsik dan kepuasan terhadap sistem karier, khususnya terkait kejelasan jenjang dan mekanisme angka kredit. Kompleksitas administratif dan ketidakpastian karier teridentifikasi sebagai faktor struktural yang dapat melemahkan preferensi, bahkan pada individu dengan motivasi tinggi. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperluas konsep person–job fit menjadi evaluasi dinamis pasca-penempatan dan mengintegrasikan perspektif human capital, motivasi pelayanan publik, serta kendala institusional dalam satu kerangka konseptual terpadu. Secara praktis, temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya reformasi sistem administrasi karier untuk mendukung keberlanjutan profesionalisme aparatur pada jabatan fungsional.

Abstract

The Village Care for Prosperous Workers (PERMATA) Program is a BPJS Employment program that aims to increase employment social security participation in rural areas. However, the village assessment and ranking process at the Kudus Branch of BPJS Employment is still carried out manually using spreadsheets, making data management less effective, prone to errors, and requiring a long time to prepare reports. This study aims to design a web-based PERMATA Village Ranking Information System to support a more structured and real-time village assessment process. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The ranking process applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on predetermined assessment criteria and weights. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to simplify data management, accelerate automatic value calculations, monitor BPJS Employment membership, and produce faster, more accurate, and more transparent reports for the Kudus Branch of BPJS Employment.

Abstract

Transaction data at Selaras Coffee and Space had not been systematically utilized to evaluate menu combinations or determine which association rule mining algorithm best suited the data characteristics. This study compares Apriori, FP-Growth, and ECLAT for generating menu-bundling recommendations. Sales records from 1–31 December 2025 were preprocessed by removing 950 operational transaction-item pairs, resulting in 6,213 transactions and 76 unique menus. The algorithms were evaluated on the same binary matrix using a minimum support of 0.01, a minimum confidence of 0.20, and a lift ratio greater than 1. The evaluation included parameter sensitivity, 30 repeated measurements of execution time and peak Python memory allocation, scalability using 25–100% of the transactions, and rule quality based on support, confidence, lift, leverage, conviction, and cosine similarity. All algorithms produced identical outputs of 68 frequent itemsets and five eligible rules. On the full dataset, ECLAT recorded the lowest mean execution time at 0.037701 s, followed by Apriori at 0.040419 s and FP-Growth at 0.069637 s. FP-Growth used the lowest mean peak memory at 1.026966 MB, while ECLAT showed the lowest runtime growth as the dataset size increased. The strongest rule was Mie Laksa → Air Mineral 330 Ml, with a lift of 2.755987. These findings show that no algorithm dominated every criterion: ECLAT offered the best full-data runtime and scalability, FP-Growth was the most memory-efficient, and the extracted rules provided measurable candidates for menu-bundling strategies.

Abstract

Restaurants require integrated information management to connect ordering, payment, kitchen operations, sales transactions, and raw material management. At Adamsafee Bakery, Resto, and Cafe (ABRC), these activities required more structured information management to support restaurant operations and raw material handling. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Restaurant Management Information System at ABRC that integrates restaurant operational processes and applies the First in First Out (FIFO) method to raw material management. The study employed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study, while system design used Unified Modeling Language (UML). The implemented system supports ordering, payment, cashier order management, kitchen order management, raw material purchasing, material usage, and an owner dashboard. FIFO uses inventory receipt dates to determine the priority sequence of material usage, with recipe data providing the required material quantities for ordered menu items. Black-box Testing was conducted to examine the implemented system functions and FIFO mechanism based on specified testing scenarios. The results indicate that the tested functions operated according to their expected outputs, including the FIFO mechanism that prioritizes materials according to their receipt-date sequence. The study concludes that the implemented system integrates restaurant operational processes with raw material management and provides functional support for FIFO-based material usage. Quantitative impacts on operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, costs, material waste, and overall performance were not measured and therefore require further evaluation.
