Abstract

Information systems have become an urgent need for groups of people, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) who are online or e-commerce traders. The availability of the ULA (Lucky Current and Safe) application managed by PT Jembatan Akar Teknologi is an example of e-commerce that makes life easier for MSMEs. The ULA App is a multi-category B2B e-commerce marketplace that offers MSME businesses access to cutting-edge retail equipment, technology and experiences. To gather opinions and answers from users of the ULA application targeting MSMEs in Jombang City regarding the efficacy and satisfaction of using a system, researchers in this study used the UTAUT approach. By sharing the Google From link either directly or via the WA group,amounting to 80 respondents calculated using SPSS16 software. User satisfaction with the ULA Jombang application is only obtained from the Facilitation Condition variable, not from the Performance Expectation, Business Expectation or Social Influence factors based on the results of data processing. The level of user satisfaction with the Facilitating Conditions factor meets the convenience indicators, namely requirements that facilitate user satisfaction and are in line with the needs of ULA Jombang application users. Based on hypothesis testing, each UTAUT variable influences how satisfied users are with the ULA application.

Abstract

Manual legalization of academic documents often leads to various issues such as long queues, slow processing times, and a lack of transparency in application status, especially for alumni who live far from campus. This makes it even more difficult for alumni due to transportation and accomodation issues. This study aims to design and develop an online legalization service system integrated with a payment gateway and delivery services to facilitate the legalization process for alumni. The system is developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and integrates digital payment services via Midtrans and document delivery through Biteship as logistic aggregators. The result of this research is a web-based online legalization service system that allows alumni to submit legalization requests, make online payments, and choose document delivery options to their destination address. System testing shows that all features run well and can improve efficiency and user convenience in managing document legalization. Thus, this system can be a digital solution that supports faster, more transparent, and accessible academic administrative services.

Abstract

(Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer) ANBK diterapkan untuk menggantikan Ujian Nasional yang dinilai belum mampu menggambarkan mutu pendidikan secara menyeluruh, khususnya aspek literasi, karakter, dan lingkungan belajar. Pelaksanaan ANBK sangat bergantung pada sistem informasi berbasis komputer, sehingga System Quality dan informasi menjadi faktor penting dalam kelancaran asesmen. Namun, kendala teknis dan Use masih berpotensi memengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan ANBK, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi terhadap keberhasilan sistem informasi yang digunakan. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi sistem ANBK pada tingkat SMP di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jombang dengan menggunakan kerangka model DeLone & McLean. Enam variabel dalam model ini meliputi System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, serta Net Benefits, dengan analisis dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS  melalui metode PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai kategori baik dengan skor deskriptif 4,29, tetapi hipotesis H5 dan H6 mengenai pengaruh Service Quality terhadap User Satisfaction serta Use tidak signifikan, di mana H6 ditolak. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan layanan, seperti penyediaan helpdesk khusus untuk penanganan teknis, agar pelaksanaan ANBK semakin optimal dan memberikan manfaat lebih maksimal bagi satuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Bongkot village has many people suffering from mental disorders. There are around fifty people suffering from mental disorders. Prediction of mental disorders at table three is usually done through interviews. Cadres need to fill out the form provided on the Towards Healthy Soul Card (KMSJ) at the interview. The form needs to be filled out based on the results of the interview to predict whether the interviewee has a mental illness or not. If the results of the interview are predicted to have a mental disorder, the cadre will recommend appropriate follow-up. This process is certainly prone to mistakes because it only depends on cadre knowledge. Predictions will certainly affect the recommendations given. in this community service program, the authors propose to apply Information Technology (IT) to reduce the risk of such errors. The system is named the Mental Health Posyandu Management Information System (SIM). The system is expected to be able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services at the posyandu, the output of this service produces an online-based application related to the service of mental health posyandu with the address www. poskeswa.com.
