Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in cultural diversity, and each region in Indonesia offers its own unique characteristics. This is also the case with West Kalimantan. The natural beauty presented by West Kalimantan has the potential to attract many local and international visitors. More than that, the current influence of globalization certainly has an impact on the development of tourism. One of the promising businesses in this field is the travel industry. To support Yez Travel in the travel business, it is important to digitalize the services. The main goal is to ensure the sustainability of Yez Travel's business. This research will design a web-based application that provides tour packages and car rentals. The web is designed using HTML and CSS programming languages. The framework used is Laravel and Bootstrap and MySQL as the database. The method used to design the Yez Travel web is the Agile Scrum method. With this web, Yez Travel customers can more easily make transactions.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bekerja sama dengan Mitra RW 11 Taman Samanan Indah, Kelurahan Duri Kosambi, Jakarta Barat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu pencatatan data warga dan seleksi calon penerima dana  bantuan sosial masih dilakukan secara manual. Data yang dikumpulkan secara fisik rawan terhadap kerusakan dan hilang. Seleksi calon penerima dana bantuan sosial yang dilakukan secara manual dapat menimbulkan kecurangan oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Tim PKM merupakan dosen dan mahasiwa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Tarumanagara menawarkan solusi untuk pembuatan aplikasi berbasis web untuk pencatatan data warga dan seleksi otomatis calon penerima dana bantuan sosial bagi mitra. Tujuan kegiatan PKM yaitu membuat aplikasi berbasis web untuk membantu kebutuhan mitra. Aplikasi yang dibuat menerapkan teknik komputasi cerdas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bulan Agustus - Desember 2024. Kata kunci: aplikasi; bantuan sosial; komputasi cerdas; web Abstract Community Service Activities in collaboration with a partner one of citizen community in Taman Samanan Indah, Kelurahan Duri Kosambi, Jakarta Barat. The problems faced by partners are that recording citizen data and selecting prospective social welfare fund recipients is still done manually. Data collected physically is prone to damage and loss. The selection of prospective social welfare fund recipients carried out manually can lead to fraud by irresponsible individuals. The team consists of a lecturer and student of the Faculty of Information Technology, Tarumanagara University, offers a solution for creating a web-based application for recording citizen data and automatic selection of prospective social welfare fund recipients for partner. This event's aim is to create a web-based application to facilitate problem-solving for partners. The application implements smart computing. Abstract

Background: UMKM memegang peranan krusial dalam perekonomian Indonesia dengan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap PDB dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, banyak UMKM masih menghadapi tantangan dalam adaptasi teknologi. UMKM Wiji, sebuah usaha mikro di bidang makanan dan minuman, saat ini mengandalkan media sosial dan proses pre-order manual melalui WhatsApp. Ketiadaan website corporate profile dan sistem pre-order terintegrasi membatasi jangkauan pasar dan efisiensi operasional. Metode: Proyek pengembangan aplikasi website untuk UMKM Wiji menggunakan metodologi Agile Scrum. Tahap Requirement gathering dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking. Pendekatan ini berpusat pada pemahaman kebutuhan pengguna dan bisnis untuk menghasilkan solusi yang relevan dan inovatif. Implementasi proyek dilaksanakan selama Maret hingga April 2025. Hasil: Proyek ini menghasilkan aplikasi website corporate profile dan sistem pre-order yang dapat diakses di https://rumahwiji.com. Website ini mencakup berbagai halaman dan fitur sesuai dengan hasil tahapan Design Thinking, seperti informasi produk, promo, tautan media sosial, serta fitur pre-order. Keseluruhan kebutuhan yang teridentifikasi pada tahap Requirement berhasil diimplementasikan. Kesimpulan: Implementasi aplikasi website corporate profile dengan sistem pre-order untuk UMKM Wiji telah berhasil dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang didefinisikan. Website ini berfungsi untuk meningkatkan visibilitas UMKM serta memfasilitasi dan mengefisienkan proses pre-order bagi calon pembeli.

Abstract

Teaching assistants (TAs) play a crucial role in supporting practical learning processes. However, TA management often encounters challenges in class and teaching time allocation, TA attendance recapitulation, and end-of-semester evaluations. To address these issues, a system that facilitates the management of practical sessions involving TAs is necessary. This web application system is designed to streamline task management, class scheduling, material collection, attendance tracking, and TA evaluations at the end of each semester. Furthermore, supporting features such as an integrated dashboard and automated notifications can enhance the delivery of practical services to students. This research employs the Design Thinking methodology, an innovative, user-centered design approach, to develop solutions that meet user needs. Through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, the resulting web application not only simplifies practical management but also improves the user experience for both lecturers and TAs. Based on a questionnaire administered to 20 teaching assistants, usability testing of the web application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method yielded an average score of 77.25, which falls under the 'good' category. Thus, this web application is expected to serve as an innovative solution that fosters a more flexible and integrated teaching and learning environment.

Abstract

Foodstuffs price analysis and prediction is one of the important research topics. This paper applies Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Extreme Learning Machines (ELM) as models for forecasting the price of rice, chicken meat, chicken egg, shallot, garlic, and red chili in the Tasikmalaya traditional market. The dataset is a daily time series obtained from April 2017 - February 2023. LSTM models perform accurately to forecast 5 foodstuffs prices and obtain MAPE scores of no more than 3%. ELM works well to predict the price of rice, chicken meat, chicken egg, shallot, and garlic with MAPE scores are less than 1%. The price of rice, chicken egg, shallot, and red chili has an increasing trend. The correlation analysis finds that the price of chicken egg, shallot, and red chili has a positive correlation with each other.

Abstract

Air pollution is one of the problems in society. Air pollutions affect human health and environment. In Indonesia, air quality index is measured by the level of particulate matter 10 (PM10), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), ozone (O3), and nitrogen dioxide (NO2). This research is conducted to evaluate the performance of machine learning algorithms, e.g., Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and AdaBoost, to classify air quality index based on the level of PM10, CO, SO2, O3, and NO2 with imbalanced samples. The air quality index is classified into Good, Moderate, and Unhealthy. The dataset is downloaded from Open Data Jakarta from 2010 -2021. The data containing 4383 samples consist of 1155 samples of Good, 3087 samples of Moderate, and 141 samples of Unhealthy. The experimental results show that Decision Tree outperforms other methods. Decision Tree produces accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score of 99%, 98%, 99%, and 98%, respectively.

Abstract

The culinary industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, driven by the increasing use of online food delivery platforms, which have transformed consumer behavior. This study aims to design a web-based recommendation system for Rumah Makan Yense, a restaurant in Jakarta, to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The research utilizes the Association Rule Mining method with the FP-Growth algorithm to analyze customer transaction data and identify purchasing patterns. The system provides personalized menu recommendations to customers, addressing the challenge of information overload in menu selection. The findings demonstrate that the recommendation system effectively improves customer satisfaction by delivering relevant menu suggestions, while also increasing sales and service efficiency. The study concludes that implementing such a system enables Rumah Makan Yense to remain competitive in the dynamic culinary industry, showcasing the potential of technology in supporting business operations.

Abstract

Investasi TI yang sudah selesai diimplementasi sebaiknya diikuti dengan proses evaluasi.Evaluasi akan memberikan gambaran apakah investasi TI tersebut sudah mencapai target yangditentukan sebelumnya atau tidak, apakah investasi TI tersebut memberikan nilai gunaekonomis yang lebih baik daripada sebelum investasi tersebut dilakukan. Evaluasi yangdilakukan terhadap perangkat lunak Fixed Asset Management System di UniversitasConfidential menggunakan metode Return On Investment, Information Economics, dan CriticalSuccess Factor. Dengan adanya hasil evaluasi ini diharapkan pihak manajemen dapatmengetahui seberapa efektifnya investasi TI tersebut terhadap kinerja organisasinya.

Abstract

This paper discusses about customer loyalty using RFM method and Fuzzy C-Means. RFM stands for Recency, Frequency, and Monetary. What is meant by Recency is the date range of transactions made by customers, while Frequency is the number of transactions made by customers during  a certain period, and Monetary is the nominal amount of money spent during a certain period. Data is taken from Toko Cianjur with transactions history from January 2018 to December 2018 consisting of 892 transactions. Fuzzy C-Means is one of clustering algoritm which applies fuzzy approach to determine the clusters based on the degree of membership. Partition Coefficient Index and Partition Entropy Index are used as the evaluation methods.The goals of making this application that the store can find customers who have a high loyalty value to store and can be used as consideration for store to provide discounts to customers. The test results obtained state that the results of the cluster formation of two clusters with m = 2 indicate that customers quite often shop at stores until December 2018. While the results of the formation of three clusters with m = 2 indicate that customers often make transactions and a large monetary value to the store.AbstrakTulisan ini membahas tentang customer loyalty dengan menggunakan metode RFM dan Fuzzy C-Means. RFM adalah kepanjangan dari Recency, Frequency dan Monetary. Yang dimaksud dengan Recency adalah rentang tanggal transaksi yang dilakukan pelanggan, sedangkan Frequency adalah jumlah transaksi yang dilakukan pelanggan selama periode tertentu, dan Monetary adalah jumlah nominal uang yang dikeluarkan selama periode tertentu. Data diambil dari Toko Cianjur dengan riwayat transaksi dari Januari 2018 hingga Desember 2018 yang terdiri dari 892 transaksi. Fuzzy C-Means adalah salah satu algoritma clustering yang menerapkan pendekatan fuzzy untuk menentukan cluster berdasarkan degree of membership. Partition Coefficient Index dan Partition Entropy Index digunakan sebagai metode evaluasi. Tujuan pembuatan sistem prediksi customer loyalty ini yaitu mengetahui pelanggan manakah yang memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap toko sehingga dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan toko untuk memberikan diskon kepada pelanggan. Hasil pengujian yang didapat menyatakan bahwa hasil cluster pembentukan dua klaster dengan m=2 menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan cukup sering berbelanja terhadap toko sampai Desember 2018. Sedangkan hasil pembentukan tiga klasterdengan m=2 menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan sering melakukan transaksi serta nilai monetary yang cukup besar terhadap toko.

Abstract

Perubahan luas tutupan lahan hijau tanah pada wilayah Bogor perlu diperhatikan sebagai acuan tindakan preventif untuk mencegah fenomena alam yang merugikan masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah sekitarnya. Aplikasi Sistem informasi geografis (SIG) untuk tutupan lahan hijau dirancangan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Javascript dengan metode EVI yang memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan informasi luas tutupan lahan pada kelas impervious, hijau sebagian, dan hijau pada wilayah Bogor di tingkat kecamatan menggunakan data citra satelit Landsat 8 pada tahun 2014 hingga 2020. Preprocessing dilakukan pada citra satelit Landsat 8 dengan melakukan transformasi citra menjadi 8 bit dan pemotongan tiap wilayah kecamatan dalam wilayah Bogor terhadap band 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, dan 7. Data input yang digunakan pada SIG berupa nilai piksel dari citra Landsat 8 pada band 2, 4, dan 5. Output berupa citra pemetaan dan luas lahan setiap kelas tutupan lahan. Hasil penelitian dapat memberikan informasi untuk mempermudah instansi terkait dalam me-monitoring luas tutupan lahan pada setiap kelas di wilayah Bogor pada tingkat kecamatan
