Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this study to analyze the influence of Entrepreneur orientation and market orientation to corporate performance of Small Medium Scale Industries (SMEs) in Surabaya. This study include descriptive exploratory methodes with taking 75 sample of SMEs with the owner or manager as respondents, data gathered by using questionnaire instrument. The results showed that the effect of variable- entrepreneurial oriented is significantly influence to corporate performance, but the marketing orientation dit not significantly affect to corporate performance of SMEs in the city of Surabaya, while the hypothesis test using F-test shows that there is significantly influence between Entrepreneur and Market oriented to corporate performance because the value of probability significant found smaller than alfa 0.05, this mean that the SMEs in Surabaya should adopt Entreprenuer oriented for continue the operation of their business. Besides, SMEs also should adopt market oriented to improve performance and highly competitive, especially in the face of the implementation of the Asean Economic Community in the end of 2015.Key words: Entreprenuer Oriented, Market Oriented and SMEs performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, was conducted on organic employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero),, with a total sample of 158 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires filled out by employees then analyzed using SPSS and SEM software.This study will use two kinds of analysis techniques, namely (1) Confirmatory Factor Analysis on SEM which is used to confirm the most dominant factors in one group of variables and (2) Regression Weight on SEM which is used to examine how much the relationship between variables. The results showed that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable had the strongest relationship with Employee Performance, with CR a value of 4.249 with a P-value <5%. which means the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop of new Entrepreneur of the Housewives inSutorejo village, Surabaya Municipality, Indonesia. This study began by providingequipment and batik materials, than training of batik design and coloring as well asbusiness management so that the partners of this study becomes an entrepreneur, so thatcould generate additional income in the prosperous family. This activity is aimed athousewife in Sutorejo village, Mulyorejo Sub-district with name "Group of Serasi 1 andSerasi Group 2" which has the number of members as many as 16 people each group,Previously they did batik in Village office with equipment in turn because there are onlyfew of tools used by all members, and they have minimal of skills especially indesigning, coloring, and business management.This Community Partnership Program (PKM) is done by providing equipment andmaterials as well as training in the field of batik with the design and coloring thatcharacterizes its own as a batik icon that will be in the production of the Serasi group.Moreover, the purpose of this activity is to prepare them as SMEs which capable toproduct, sell and well manage the business appropriately, they must have knowledge inthe field of management, especially business management, Marketing and managingfinance. With equipment, competence on designing batik with coloring techniques andmanagement skill they able to produce and sell batik product to earn income.Keywords: Enterprenuer, Batik Design, Batik Coloring, and Business Management

Abstract

This paper discusses the causal relationship between servant leadership, professionality, work culture, motivation, and the performance of Surabaya City government employees. One model is proposed to examine the role of motivation as a mediating variable in the indirect relationship of servant leadership, professionality, work culture and performance. The population is the government employees of Surabaya City. Analysis by SEM, on 290 respondents, using the convenience sampling method. The results show that the model is accepted, and also show that servant leadership, professional, and work culture has an effect on motivation. Servant leadership, work culture and motivation have an effect on employee performance. Motivation is a positive mediating variable in the relationship between servant leadership, professional, and work culture with performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan dalam membantu UMKM di masa pandemi Covid-19, dimana penjualan dan pendapatan mengalami penurunan. Kemudian diadakan pendampingan pelatihan digital marketing bagi UMKM di Dusun Segunung Desa Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang. Masyarakat sangat antusias saat mengikuti kegiatan tim pelaksana pelayanan, dan saat dimintai masukan tentang pelatihan pendampingan, ada 30 peserta yang sudah memahami Digital Marketing; 35 peserta memahami penggunaan Digital Marketing; 34 peserta tertarik dengan pembuatan Konten Materi; 35 peserta memahami Materi Presentasi; sebanyak 35 peserta mendapat tambahan pengetahuan selama diskusi; 35 peserta ingin mengikuti Pelatihan Perorangan; dan terakhir, 35 peserta merasakan manfaat dari program sosialisasi dan pendampingan tersebut.

Abstract

Situation analysis Gresik Regency is one of the regencies in East Java, which used to be very well known as an industrial city because there are many industrial companies, one of which is "Semen Gresik" but here are also quite a lot of tourist sites which are also frequented by local tourists, as well as local tourists. from foreign countries, in the southern region of Gresik Regency, precisely located in Miru Hamlet and Pendem Hamlet which is in Banyuurip Village, Kedamean District, has the largest ornamental plants, has the potential for an export market that is wide open. The location of this village is very strategic, being a center for ornamental plants with various types of plants including: Antorium, Chrysanthemum Orchids, Ferns, Cacti, Bonsai, and others. In the village of Banyuurip, there is a flower farmer association with around 914 members. This ornamental plant business association has not yet been in the form of an institution such as a Cooperative. With the above problems, the research team from Untag Surabaya intends to conduct a research entitled: Development Strategy for the Association of Ornamental Plant Farmers and Traders, as a Primary Cooperative Institution, "Kampung Wisata Bunga" in the village. Banyuurip, Kec. Kedamean, Gresik Regency. Research problem: How is the Strategy for Development of the Association of Farmers' Families and Ornamental Plant Traders, as the Primary Cooperative Institution, "Kampung Wisata Bunga" in Banyuurip Village, Kec. Kedamean, Gresik Regency? Research objectives: 1.Mapping the legal entity form of the Association of Farmers' Families and Ornamental Plant Traders, which already exist in Banyuurip Village. 2. Improving the form of the Association of Farmers' Families and Ornamental Plant Traders, towards a Cooperative Legal Entity to support the activity of "Flower Tourism Village, in Kab. Gresik. Research outputs a. Research reports that can be used as input for the Gresik Regency Government in making policies for the Association of Farmer Families and Ornamental plant traders in developing the "Flower Tourism Village" destination in Banyu Urip Village, Kab. Gresik. b. Scientific Journals with ISSN or Indexed Journals and Plans for Cooperative Legal Entities Research Methods; SWOT analysis. The results of the study: The IFAS matrix area is 0.66 and the EFAS is 0.71. Matrix breadth and strategy priorities 1. Aggressive, 2 Diversification, 3 Defensive, 4. Turnaround.
