Abstract

The persistent issue of malnutrition in Manjung Village, Wonogiri Regency, is significantly exacerbated by limited economic access and a lack of diversity in the available nutritious food sources within the community. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge of Posyandu health cadres regarding the importance of balanced nutrition for children. The initiative focused on three main areas: education on essential nutritious food materials, innovative food processing, and the effective utilization of local resources, specifically Moringa leaves, as a health supplement. The activity, conducted on October 19, 2024, involved 23 Mawar Posyandu cadres and employed a lecture method combined with interactive discussions to maximize active participation. Evaluation results demonstrated a significant increase in understanding: knowledge of malnutrition improved from 21.7% to 86.9% in the high category, while comprehension of Moringa leaf utilization increased from 17.4% to 91.3% in the same category. This educational initiative proved highly effective in substantially increasing the technical knowledge of health cadres, thereby contributing directly to efforts to mitigate malnutrition in the community. Furthermore, the program encourages the sustainable utilization of local resources, such as Moringa leaves, as a long-term approach to improving public health.

Abstract

PT.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) implementation, spanning TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and website utilization, on consumer buying interest within the context of Haji Edi's hotplate chicken noodle micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Surakarta, Indonesia. Rooted in contemporary marketing strategies, it underscores the significance of segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) to nurture customer loyalty and fuel business growth. The findings reveal that SEO, with a specific emphasis on Instagram, exerts a substantial influence on consumer buying interest, resulting in heightened sales. Notably, product quality, particularly the delectable taste of chicken noodles and meatballs, emerges as a pivotal driver of consumer buying interest, further amplifying the efficacy of the marketing strategy. This research adds a valuable perspective to the literature by showcasing the untapped potential of SEO, especially on social media platforms, in propelling consumer buying interest traditional MSMEs in the Indonesian market.

Abstract

The traditional batik industry still depends on non-ergonomic tools, especially during the Colet dyeing process, which exposes artisans to significant musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) risks. Prolonged static postures, repetitive arm movements, and mismatched table heights cause discomfort in the back, shoulders, and neck, ultimately reducing productivity. This study aims to design an ergonomic workstation that enhances safety and comfort for batik workers through the integration of the Nordic Body Map (NBM), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approaches. Three workers from Batik Mahkota Laweyan participated in the research through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. NBM identified the colet process as the most discomfort-inducing activity, while the initial REBA score of 9 indicated a very high ergonomic risk. The QFD analysis translated workers’ needs into specific technical criteria, such as adjustable height, tiltable surface, and lightweight materials, resulting in a redesigned dyeing table prototype. CATIA simulations validated the improvement, with the REBA score decreasing from 9 to 3, signifying a shift from high to low risk. The findings confirm that integrating ergonomic analysis tools with participatory design effectively reduces MSD risk and supports user-centered innovations in traditional craft industries. The study contributes theoretically by proposing a replicable framework that bridges ergonomic assessment and design application, and practically by providing a validated workstation design that improves comfort, health, and productivity. The novelty lies in the combined use of NBM, REBA, and QFD within a single methodological framework, an approach rarely applied in the traditional batik sector, demonstrating how systematic ergonomic integration can modernize artisanal practices while preserving cultural craftsmanship.
