Abstract

Infants under five years old (Toddlers) is one of the goals posyandu quite important, becausea toddler is a sizeable proportion of the composition of the population of Indonesia, so theanalysis of the factors that encourage mothers to visit keposyandu needs to be done (MOH,RI 2007) .Ibu which do not weigh their babies to Posyandu terpantaunya can cause growthand development of infants. Toddlers are not weighed consecutive nutritional risk situationdeteriorated so impaired growth (MOH, 2006). The purpose of this study to determine thefactors associated with the level of participation of the community to visit keposyandu, in thevillage Lahendong South Tomohon sub districtThis research is a survey research with descriptive approach. Number of samples 45 people,the study was conducted in South Tomohon sub district KelurahanLahendong for 1 week.Respondents in this study were mothers with young children and mothers who are willing tobecome respondents, data collection in this study by using a questionnaire. The resultsshowed the majority of toddlers rarely below to Posyandu, that there are as many (75.6%)infants were not under posyandu faithful bbulan. Factors influencing that there is one factorage, maternal age, maternal education, and the role of cadres Posyandu distance. Based onthe research results also in the know that of all five factors that most influence on people'sparticipation, namely age, maternal age, and distance posyandu.

Abstract

School age children often skip breakfast for various reasons eg to rush off to school. Children whodo not eat breakfast, less task that requires concentration in class, often have values lower examresults, have limited memory and often absent. Breakfast effect on concentration and learningachievement of school children where there is a real difference of concentration ability usingsymbol-digit test between ordinary child breakfast with unusual breakfast. Results of other studiesshowed no significant relationship between energy intake breakfast with a concentration in school.Diversification of food consumption will provide encouragement and incentives on the supply offood products are more diverse and safe for consumption, including food products based on localresources.Organoleptic testing is a test that is based on sensing process. Hedonic data processingusing Kruskal Wallis test showed no significant difference from the third menu tested.Conclusion statistically no significant difference between the three breakfast menu with aconventional menu, but based on the average value of the hedonic score differences.

Abstract

Hypertension including disease can not be cured but can be controlled through routinehealth controls, a diet low in salt and consume regularly to reduce the risk of cardiovascularcomplications and other organs that exist in the patient. Salt is a critical role in thepathogenesis of hypertension. Table salt contains 40% sodium and 60% chloride. Nutritionalcounseling can assist patients in dealing with health issues. Changes in behavior will occur ifthe client receives knowledge so that clients can understand his state of health then theclient can take the correct attitude and action that has been agreed counselors to deal withtheir health problems.This type of research is the design of pre experiment with one group pretest posttestapproach, a population of 234 and the number of samples obtained from the calculationLemesshow (1997) a number of 40 samples. Wilcoxon test results before and after thesodium intake of nutritional counseling obtained significant value (0.000) <α (0:05) with anaverage intake of sodium respondents generally before and after counseling has decreasedfrom 3067 mg and 1490 mg after counseling.There are differences in sodium intake in hypertensive patients before and after nutritioncounseling. Prior to nutritional counseling patient sodium intake more than the recommendeddaily sodium intake, and nutritional counseling after the patient had begun to reduce eatingfoods that contain high sodium

Organoleptic testing is a test that is based on sensing process. Sensing can also mean mental reactions (sensation) if the senses receive stimuli (stimulus). Reaction or impression that is caused due to the stimulation may be an attitude to toward or away from, liking or disliking objects will cause stimulation.Formulation of the problem in this research is how the acceptance and preference level of primary school students towards some kind of breakfast menu using local food in North Sulawesi in order to fulfill nutritional needs.The general objective of this study is to make local food in North Sulawesi as a basic ingredient in making a breakfast menu with a variety favored by children in order to fulfill the nutritional needs of elementary school. Abstract

Gout or gout is a chronic arthritis caused by swelling and usually attacks the big toe. Factors causing gout arthrits are excessive uric acid products, obesity, diabetes accompanied by high blood pressure, excessive protein consumption, sex, and alcohol. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between purine intake and uric acid levels in patients with gout arthritis in the Ranotana Weru Public Health Center. The method used in this study uses a cross sectional design on a total of 44 samples. The sample criteria are patients with symptoms of gout arthritis and can communicate well. Research sites in the Ranotana Weru Public Health Center in Manado in 2018. Data on age, sex, and occupation can be obtained through interviews using the informed consent form. Purine intake data can be obtained through interviews with the Semi Food Frequency Questinary (FFQ). Gout criteria are divided into two, namely normal and high bivariate data analysis using the chi square test. The results of research on patients with high uric acid levels are 73% and 27% normal, asupa purin more 68%, 21% enough and less 11%. The conclusion from this study is that there is a chi square test relationship showing that intake of purines has a significant relationship between uric acid levels with a value of p = 0,000 (p = 0.05).

Abstract

Feeding intake is all types of food and beverages consumed by the human body food is also one of the very basic human needs because it affects the existence and survival of human today. This study aims to determine the effect of nutritional counseling on the intake of eating obese adolescents and to know the intake of food before and after counseling in SMP Kristen Woloan Tomohon.This type of research is a type of pre-experimental study with a pre-test design of one gramoup design. The number of samples used in this study were 20 respondents. Feed intake data was taken by first measuring the treatment in the study gramoup (pre-test) with a 24-hour recall method carried out 3 days, and providing nutritional counseling, and measured again after being given nutritional counseling treatment (post test) with a 3-day recall method . Data analysis using wilcoxon analysis From the results showed that energy intake, protein intake, fat intake, and carbohydrate intake experienced penuruna after being given counseling. Based on the results of statistical analysis using wilcoxon test ρ =0.000 (<0.05) which means there is influence counseling on feeding intake of adolescent obesity. Conclusion There is the influence of nutritional counseling on the intake of eating obese adolescents

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Posyandu adalah tempat untuk melayani kebutuhan masyarakat di bidang kesehatan dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan, sehingga mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Permasalahan yang ada di posyandu saat ini masih ada kader kesehatan yang tidak aktif dalam pelayanan posyandu. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap kader kesehatan dengan pelayanan posyanduMetode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kakaskasen Kecamatan Tomohon Utara Kota Tomohon, yang total populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu kader kesehatan yang berjumlah 60 orang. Data dinalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kepercayaan yang digunakan adalah 95% α <0,05.Hasil : penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu baik sebanyak 36 orang (60%) dan tingkat pengetahuan ibu kurang baik sebanyak 24 orang (40%) dengan nilai X2 9.882 dan p=0.002. Sikap rsponden positif 37 responden (62%) dan sikap responden negatif 23 responden (38%) dengan nilai X2 27,787 dan p=0,000.Kesimpulan : semakin baik pengetahuan pasti baik juga pelayanan yang diberikan dan sikap yang postif akan menunjukkan pelayanan yang baik. Saran perlu melakukan pembinaan secara berkala oleh petugas puskesmas maupun tokoh masyarakat.
