Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh atmosfir restoran, keadilan yang diterima terhadap niat perilaku yang dimediasi oleh mosi positif pada konsumen restoran Well The Food Bengkulu, Indonesia. Data responden dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner online yang disebarkan melalui sosial media Instagram dan Whatsapp. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan regresi termediasi atau mediated regression approach (MRA) pada SPSS, 219. Hasil penelitian menjelasakan bahwa, atmosfir Restoran keadilan yang diterima berpengaruh terhadap Emosi Positif. Emosi Positif berpengaruh terhadap Niat Perilaku, serta atmosfir restoran berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku. Emosi positif memediasi pengaruh atmosfir restoran terhadap niat perilaku, emosi positif memediasi pengaruh keadilan yang diterima terhadap niat perilaku dan keadilan yang diterima berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Economic order quantity level of raw material wheat flour for Surya Bakery and the quantity level of Re-order Point. The design of study was descriptive qualitative. The study used secondary data in order to gain the information about purchasing of raw material of flour. The data analyzed by quantitative method which used Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and Re-order Point. The result shows that EOQ in Usaha Roti Surya Bakery is 4.266 kg with frequency of ordering raw material is 22 times. Wher eas re-order point of the raw material when inventory reach 1.068 kg with lead time are 4 days. Before using EOQ method, the frequency of ordering raw material of flour is 36 times per year. After using EOQ method, it is found the frequency of ordering raw material of flour is 22 times per year. So that, after using EOQ method, the result of ordering cost was Rp. 2.668.00,- carrying cost was Rp. 2.615.000,-, and total cost of raw material was Rp. 5.283.000,-. Therefore, the Surya-Bakery could save money for Rp 533.000 per year.

Abstract

Abstract: The success of the business of entrepreneurs who are in the area behind Unib is very influenced by the factor of location or place of business. Place business which is getting closer to UNIB will be more and more consumers. A strategic place of business will have a profitable impact for businessmen, because the place of business is easily known and easily accessible by consumers, especially students. Research on the Selection of Business Locations and their Influence on Micro and Small Scale Business Success, aims to know the contribution in obtaining profit, and to analyze the influence of business environment factor and location cost on business success. The indicators used in the measurement of this study are competitor, consumer, rent, tax, profit rate and others. In this research use quantitative descriptive analysis method by using multiple regression statiistic tool. The result of the research shows that location selection based on business environment factor and location cost factor have influence to business success. The better the business environment conditions in that location will be easier to achieve success, and vice versa. The size of the costs incurred to obtain the business location, will determine the strategic place of business. A strategic place of business, will accelerate business success. This is supported by the perception of respondents that the success of the business is determined by: customer arrival rate / day, net profit growth, BEP time, rate of return, profit which all of the average value agree.Keyword: Business Environment, Location Cost, Business Success.

Abstract

Banyaknya produksi pertanian di Kelurahan Beringin Raya tidak seimbang dengan sarana perdagangan yang ada. Jumlah tempat petani memasarkan produknya masih sedikit yakni 1 minimarket, 10 toko kelontong dan satu restoran. Permasalahan ini hendaknya bisa ditangani dengan cepat melalui strategi pemasaran yang mencapai target pasar. Namun, menurut data BPS Kota Bengkulu bahwa tingkat pendidikan Kelurahan Beringin Raya masih rendah. Sehingga masyarakat tidak memahami bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan yang mana bertujuan mengubah kehidupan masyarakat menjadi lebih baik dari keadaan semula. Masyarakat diberikan materi mengenai strategi-strategi pemasaran dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan. Tahap selanjutnya masyarakat menyampaikan permasalahan dan berdiskusi mengenai strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan. Terakhir, penambahan wawasan mengenai strategi pemasaran diharapkan dapat memberikan banyak manfaat terutama pada anggota Tunas Harapan.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe accountability, transparency of school financial, and quality of education services. The variables in this study are service quality, accountability, and transparency. The population in this study were schools that were accredited A, B, and C. The number of samples in this study was 93 people consisting of teachers, TU (Administration), committee administrators, and students from schools accredited A, B, and C. Methods of collection The sample in this study used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The study concluded are quality of education services at accredited A schools is in the very quality category with an average perception value of 4.32. The accountability of the financial management of the accredited school is in the accountability level with an average perception value of 4.02. The transparency of the financial management of the A-accredited school is in transparency with an average perception value of 4.19. Quality of Education Services for schools accredited B is in the very quality category with an average perception value of 4.32. The financial management accountability of accredited B schools is in the very accountable category with an average perception value of 4.44. The transparency of the financial management of accredited B schools is in the very transparent category with an average perception value of 4.47. Quality of Education Services for C-accredited schools is in the quality category with an average perception value of 4.06. The accountability for the management of the C-accredited school financial category is accountable with an average perception value of 4.08. The transparency of the financial management of the C-accredited school is in transparency with an average perception value of 4.17. Keyword: Servive Quality, Accountability, Transparency Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan akuntabilitas, transparansi keuangan sekolah, dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sekolah yang terakreditasi A, B, dan C. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 orang yang terdiri dari guru, TU (Administrasi), pengurus komite, dan siswa dari sekolah terakreditasi A, B, dan C. Metode Pengumpulan Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa mutu pelayanan pendidikan pada sekolah terakreditasi A berada pada kategori sangat bermutu dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata sebesar 4,32. Akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah yang terakreditasi berada pada tingkat akuntabilitas dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata 4,02. Transparansi pengelolaan keuangan sekolah terakreditasi A berada pada transparansi dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata 4,19. Mutu Pelayanan Pendidikan untuk sekolah terakreditasi B berada pada kategori sangat bermutu dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata sebesar 4,32. Akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah terakreditasi B berada pada kategori sangat akuntabel dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata 4,44. Transparansi pengelolaan keuangan sekolah terakreditasi B berada pada kategori sangat transparan dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata 4,47. Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan untuk sekolah terakreditasi C berada pada kategori kualitas dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata 4,06. Pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan sekolah kategori terakreditasi C dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata 4,08. Transparansi pengelolaan keuangan sekolah terakreditasi C berada pada transparansi dengan nilai persepsi rata-rata 4,17. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Akuntabilitas, Transparansi

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the resilience of fishermen in the Malabero Urban Village. The method of service is accompaniment. The object of community service is the fishermen’s community in Malabero Village, Bengkulu City. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on fishermen in the Malabero Village. The increase in the unemployed in Bengkulu has reduced people’s purchasing power. Therefore, fishermen need to know how to survive even though the Covud-19 pandemic is not over. Improving fish quality by changing processing methods is one of the best ways to survive. However, the community still needs more information and knowledge. Thus, it is necessary to assist, so that fish processing provides added value. The result of this activity is that the fishing community in Malabero Village is willing to manage fish using a better method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is aimed to know how influence of emotional intelligence and attitude on employee?s performance of PT Toyota Agung Automall Bengkulu. The subject of this study are employee who have worked on PT Toyota Agung Automall Bengkulu. Data were collected via questionnaires and questionnaire was distributed directly to respondents, namely by giving questionnaires directly to employee of PT Toyota Agung Automall Bengkulu, while respondent amount 84 effective samples were collected to verify the hypotheses of this study. For data analysis and hypotheses testing, multiple linier regresion techique was used. Sampling techinique in this study using census method where census method used data collection is done by investigating one by one the entire population. Pursuant of data analysis obtained results that is emotional intelligence have a positive and significantly effect on organizational citizenship behaviour of employee and attitude have significantly effect on organizational citizenship behaviour of employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to discuss bias overconfidence behavior among top managers and examine its impact to lending decisions and performance Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Indonesia. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification research approaches by looking at the effect of managerial overconfidence on lending decisions and performance BPD in Indonesia in the last 10 years (2009-2018). The results show that managerial overconfidence has no significant effect on lending decisions (NPL-to-loan and loan change) and performance (ROA and ROE) of BPD in Indonesia. However, managerial overconfidence has a positive effect on NPL-to-Equity The effects of lending nploan and loanchange decisions have no positive effect on the performance (ROA and ROE) of BPD in Indonesia.
