Abstract

Dahlia variabilis is one of plant that commonly growing in highland hills in Indonesia. The preliminary screening on secondary metabolitesshowed that the presence of flavonoids, phenolics and saponin in methanol extract of this plant’s tuber. Its methanol extract was subjectedto the evaluation of non-specific parameter of extract standardization as well as antimicrobial assay using disc diffusion method againstEscherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The result revealed that the methanol extract contained 25.48±1.63% of water content,4.06±0.15% of ash content, and there was no heavy metal contamination detected. Antibacterial activity assay of three differenceconcentrations of the extract (10; 8 and 2%) demonstrated that extract with 10% of concentration gave the strongest activity against twotested bacterium with diameter of inhibition of 8.67±0.57 and 8.33±0.28 mm against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, respectively.

Abstract

The aims of this reasearch are to find out the influence of POE model through experiment and demonstration methods viewed by prior knowledge and generic science skill and the interaction of them to students’ cognitive, afective, and phsycomotor learning achievements on environment pollution subject. The population of this reseach was all students of the seventh grade of MTs PPMI Assalam Sukoharjo. The sample of this reseach was determined by using cluster random sampling and the result got two classes. Experiment class I (7C) used POE model with experiment method and experiment class II used POE model with demonstration method. Data collected technique used test to get students’ cognitive achievement, while observation sheets were used to get students’ affective and phsycomotor acievements, and test sheets were used to get students’ prior knowledge and generic science skill. Hypothesis was analyzed used ANAVA. The results of the research were as follow: There was influence of prior knowledge and generic science skill to the student cognitive achievement and also there was interaction between the POE model through experiment and demonstration methods, prior knowledge, and generic science skill to the students’ cognitive achievement.

Abstract

Women's leadership in the political arena reaps controversy in Islam. This is due to the authentic hadith which states that a people will not be lucky if they are led by women. For conservative scholars, they will understand the hadith as it is (textual). However, moderate scholars will understand it from a contextual perspective. The Islamic religion is guided by the Qur'an and hadith, therefore, it would be unfair if you only take pictures from the side of the hadith and ignore the al-Qur'an. This article will discuss women's leadership from the perspective of the Al-Qur’an, hadith, women's biology and the sociology of the Indonesian nation. The conclusion of this article is that the Al-Qur’an legitimizes women's leadership through the story of the queen of Saba' (Bilqis). The hadith about women's leadership can be understood as the Prophet's 'comment' on the change of leadership in Persia and has a local-temporal content. Women have biological weaknesses during menstruation and pregnancy, physical weaknesses compared to men, psychological and emotional weaknesses. Meanwhile, the Indonesian nation actually adheres to patriarchy. So, political contestation is wide open to anyone, regardless of gender. Whoever is the best, he has the right to be a leader.

Abstract

Abstrak – Bahasa Arab adalah bahasa Al-Qur’an yang merupakan pedoman hidup manusia,dan harus kita pahami serta amalkan, dengan bahasa Arab pula kita dapat berkomunikasi dan berkunjung ke negara-negara Arab yang dapat menambah wawasan dan pengalaman kita.Terdapat berbagai macam metode dalam mempelajari bahasa terkhusus Bahasa Arab. Salah satunya adalah dengan metode lagu. Metode ini sangat efektif dilaksanakan dalam pengenalan kosa kata begitu juga dalam merangkai kalimat sederhana, terkhusus bagi pemula atau anak-anak. Karena selain mudah dipahami, dengan lagunya juga anak-anak tidak akan merasa jenuh dan bosan, sehingga akan sagat mudah bagi mereka untuk memahami pelajaran yang disampaikan.Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang sangat kondusif dalam pembelajaran bahasa, selain karena lingkungan yang baik, pelatihan dan praktek menggunakan bahasa bahasa asing seperti bahasa Arab juga sangat efektif, karena adanya kewajiban untuk selalu bercakap dengan bahsa Arab atau bahasa asing lainnya.Pesantren Sultan Hasanuddin yang terletak di desa Pattunggalengang kabupaten Gowa, merupakan salah satu pesantre yang menjadikan Bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa wajib, sehingga sangat baik bagi pondok tersebut, untuk dapat menerapkan berbagai metode dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arabnya, salah satunya dengan metode lagu yang akan disampaikan oleh Tim PKM kami, dengan harapan semoga dengan penerapan metode ini, para santri dan santriwati semakin semangat mempelajari Bahasa Arab.Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah Ceramah,dialog dan praktek Kata kunci: Media Lagu dan Bahasa Arab

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena serta kejadian kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh para akuntan profesional dalam menjalankan praktek akuntansi dan penyalahgunaan laporan keuangan dikarenakan telah lunturnya etika dan moralitas. Praktek etika akuntansi menjunjung tinggi kejujuran, kerahasiaan, profesionalitas, kompeten dan kehati-hatian dalam entitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelanggaran yang terjadi pada PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) tahun 2005. Etika profesi akuntan dimaksudkan sebagai panduan dan aturan untuk semua anggota, baik yang berpraktik dalam auditor, pekerja pemerintah dan pekerja swasta. Metode penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan ialah dengan metode library research atau studi kepustakaan dengan cara memperoleh informasi yang diperlukan melalui jurnal, buku, atau sumber lain yang mempunyai kaitan dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini bersifat analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan memberikan uraian atau pemaparan mengenai fenomena atau kejadian-kejadian. Penelitian ini sumber pengambilan data berupa data sekunder yakni melalui jurnal ilmiah pada google scholar, situs berita maupun website lain yang reliabel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Mudharabah and Murabahah financing on the development of UMKM members of the Tumang branch of Boyolali. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing or providing several lists of statements that will be given to respondents and respondents will provide responses or answers to questions given by researcher. The sample used was 50 people taken from the customer population at the BMT Tumang Boyolali branch. Data analysis used is data instrument, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. And the result obtained partially are Mudharabah and Murabahah financing which is variable X1 with a significant value of 0,020 < 0,05 which means that H1 is accepted, thus it can be said that the mudharabah variable has a positive influence on the development of MSME. Murabahah financing is a variable X2 which has a significant value of 0,266 > 0,05 which means H2 is rejectec and it can be said that the murabahah variable has no significant influence on the development of MSME.
