Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand image, price and service quality on the purchase decision of delivery services at the J&T Express branch in Boyolali. The study's population was service users at the J&T Express branch in Boyolali. Data collection technique through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents using the Accidental Sampling method. Using quantitative methods and descriptive analysis of case studies. Testing of data instruments is carried out with validity tests and reliability tests, for data analysis, normality tests, multicholinearity tests, heteroskedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests are used. The t test and the f test and the determination test (R2) are used for hypothesis testing. Validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests whose data have been met are then processed to produce regression equations: Y = 3,455 + 0.168 X1 + 0.186 X2 + 0.535 X3. Partially the brand image and price variables do not affect the purchase decision variable, while the service quality variable affects the purchase decision variable indicated by hypothesis testing, namely test t. The results of the f test are shown simultaneously the influence of the three free variables on the bound variable. It is stated that the results of the determination test (R2) that the value of R Square is 0.599, which means that the variable bound by the purchase decision with a value of 59% is able to explain the three free variables and the value of the remaining 41% is explained by variables outside the study such as location, facilities and so on. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of 3 independent variables (partial) which are work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the dependent variable Y, namely work productivity and also to determine the effect together (simultaneously). And the participants of this study are some of the company's employees. Purposive sampling was used to select samples for research. 100 company workers in ready-made cloth factories who were enrolled in this study became the research sample. Questionnaire data in the form of a questionnaire is the type of data used. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in the analytical method. According to the results of the F test, all the company's independent variables X1, X2, X3 have a significant effect on the dependent variable Y. well, the t-test reveals that while the variables X2 (work motivation) and X3 (work discipline) have a significant impact on the Y variable (productivity work), while variable X1 (work environment) does not significantly affect productivity. The R-square value indicates a coefficient of determination of 0.650. This shows that the three independent variables, namely X1 (work environment), X2 (work motivation) and X3 (work discipline) can explain 65.0% of the dependent variable Y (work productivity), while the remaining 37.5% is explained by the factors outside the model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the impact of online shops on Instagram in changing the consumer lifestyle of students in the Management Study Program at Boyolali University. This research uses qualitative methods and data is analyzed descriptively. Qualitative data was collected by distributing questionnaires with open questions. The first research stage is to collect data by interviews and observations, the second is to analyses the results of the interviews, then discussion and conclusions. Management Study Program students, in this case represented by selected respondents, experienced lifestyle changes, although not significant. Even though 73% do not buy products because of the lure of prizes, 87% of students are influenced to shop because of advertisements on Instagram and 100% of students follow celebrities or celebrities. Students should be wiser in spending their money and better understand advertising styles that will lead to consumer behavior and not have to follow selebgrams so as not to have an impact on their desire to style like their idol artists. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode Balanced Scorecard dalam mengukur kinerja pegawai dari segi perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan demi meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada organisasi sektor publik yaitu Pemerintah Desa Kalinanas, Kecamatan Wonosamodro, Kabupaten Boyolali. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pemerintah desa, pegawai bumdes, badan permusyawarahan desa dan masyarakat desa yang memenuhi kualifikasi sebagai responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 91 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dimana dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara langsung dan menyebarkan kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini pada perspektif keuangan pemerintah desa kalinanas cukup baik, penggunaan anggaran dana yang sesuai target, transparansi anggaran pada publik dan pemetaan pengeluaran yang terukur, pada perspektif pelanggan indeks kepuasan masyarakat tergolong kurang baik, prosedur pelayanan yang kurang memuaska dam keadilan pelayanan yang belum sama, pada perspektif bisnis internal masih kurang baik, pengelolaan badan usaha milik desa yang kurang maksimal, fasilitas masyarakat desa yang belum memadai dan kurangnya respon pemeritah dalam mengikuti perkembangan tekhnologi yang ada, pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan tergolong sudah cukup baik, kapasitas pegawai yang memadai, lingkungan kantor yang nyaman serta perhatian pemerintah dalam mengadakan pelatihan kerja dan keleluasaan dalam berpendapat. Kata kunci : Perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know the impact of implementation Balanced Scorecard method in measuring employee performance from a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, learning and growth perspective in order to improve employee performance in public sector organizations, namely the Kalinanas Village Government, Wonosamodro District, Boyolali Regency. The population and sample in this study were village government employees, BUMDEs employees, village consultative bodies and village communities who met the qualifications as respondents using the Slovin formula, totaling 91 respondents. This type of research is quantitative descriptive where data collection uses direct interview methods and distributes questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research from the financial perspective of the Kalinanas village government are quite good, the use of budget funds is according to targets, budget transparency to the public and measurable expenditure mapping, from the customer perspective the community satisfaction index is classified as poor, service procedures are less than satisfactory and service fairness is not the same. , from an internal business perspective it is still not good, management of village-owned enterprises is not optimal, village community facilities are inadequate and the government's response is lacking in keeping up with existing technological developments, from a learning and growth perspective it is considered quite good, employee capacity is adequate, a comfortable office environment as well as government attention in providing job training and freedom of opinion. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial pengaruh kompetensi aparatur pengelola dana desa, sistem pengendalian internal, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan penggunaan siskeudes terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa didesa se-Kecamatan Simo. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner, jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 responden yang ditetapkan menggukan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengujian data pada penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen data meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi, uji hipotesis meliputi uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F) dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui nilai signifikasi masing-masing variabel independen adalah X1 0,009 < 0,05 , X2 0,000 < 0,05, X3 0,038 < 0,05 dan X4 0,000 < 0,05. Maka disimpulkan bahwa variabel kompetensi aparatur pengelola dana desa, sistem pengendalian internal dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas dana desa. Sedangkan variabel penggunaan siskeudes berpengaruh negatif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa, karena diketahui dalam analisis regresi linier berganda pada variabel tersebut menunjukkan arah yang negatif. Kata kunci : Akuntabilitas, Kompetensi, Sistem Pengendalian Internal, Pemanfataan Teknologi Informasi, Penggunaan Siskeudes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada era modern saat ini keberhasilan suatu perusahaan tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas layanan dan produknya, tetapi juga pada daya tarik karyawan yang lebih baik karena tekanan persaingan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employer Branding dan E-Recruitment terhadap Niat Lamaran Kerja Generasi Z melalui analisis. Penggunaan teknik purposive sampling dalam penelitian ini diperlukan karena sampel hanya diperoleh dari karyawan generasi Z dan calon karyawan PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar, dan digunakan SPSS versi 26 sebagai alat analisis. Formulir Google digunakan untuk mengirimkan kuesioner kepada karyawan saat ini dan calon karyawan, yang memberikan informasi. Total sampel 61 responden. Employer Branding memiliki dampak yang signifikan dan menguntungkan terhadap Lamaran Kerja di PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar dengan hasil uji t 0,004. Berdasarkan penelitian ini minat melamar di PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh E-Recruitment dengan hasil uji t 0.057. Uji Simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel-variabel independen memiliki hubungan positif terhadap niat melamar kerja generasi Z di PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000. Kata kunci : Employer Branding, E-Recruitment, Niat Melamar Kerja Generasi Z ABSTRACT In today's modern era, a company's success depends not only on the quality of its services and products, but also on attracting better employees due to Generation Z's competitive pressure.. This research seeks to determine the influence of Employer Branding and E-Recruitment on Generation Z's Job Application Intention through analysis. The use of purposive sampling technique in this study is necessary because the sample is only obtained from generation Z employees and prospective employees of PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar, and SPSS version 26 is used as an analysis tool. Google forms were used to send questionnaires to current and prospective employees, who provided information. There were 61 respondents in total. Employer Branding has a significant and favorable impact on job applications at PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar with a t-test result of 0.004. Work at PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar with a t test result of 0.004. Based on this study the interest in applying at PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar is not significantly influenced by E-Recruitment. significantly influenced by E-Recruitment with t test results 0.057. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of e-filling implementation, service quality, tax socialization and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Boyolali. Data collection techniques with a questionnaire with a sample of 111 respondents using purposive sampling. The method used is quantitative with analysis regression linier multiplied. Testing data instruments with validity and reliability tests, analyzing data with normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests and multicollinearity tests. Hypothesis testing used the t test by looking at the significance if below 0.05 there is an influence. The significance value of 0.048 <0.05 the application of e-filing has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, a significance value of 0.004 <0.05 it can be said that H2 is accepted because service quality has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 tax socialization has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance and hypothesis H3 is accepted, a significance value of 0.643> 0.05 it is clear that tax sanctions have no positive effect on taxpayer compliance, so H4 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Mudharabah and Murabahah financing on the development of UMKM members of the Tumang branch of Boyolali. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing or providing several lists of statements that will be given to respondents and respondents will provide responses or answers to questions given by researcher. The sample used was 50 people taken from the customer population at the BMT Tumang Boyolali branch. Data analysis used is data instrument, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. And the result obtained partially are Mudharabah and Murabahah financing which is variable X1 with a significant value of 0,020 < 0,05 which means that H1 is accepted, thus it can be said that the mudharabah variable has a positive influence on the development of MSME. Murabahah financing is a variable X2 which has a significant value of 0,266 > 0,05 which means H2 is rejectec and it can be said that the murabahah variable has no significant influence on the development of MSME.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence between work discipline, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at UD. Amik Art Gallery. In this study using quantitative methods with primary data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study was 62 people and then a saturated sample of 62 respondents was taken. The data is processed using SPSS. The results showed that based on the results of the t hypothesis test, the work discipline variable had a significance value of 0.092 > 0.05 which means that partially the work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. The compensation variable has a significance value of 0.213 > 0.05 which means that partially the compensation variable has no effect on employee performance. Work environment variables have a significance value of 0.028 < 0.05 which means that partially work environment variables affect employee performance. Based on the F test, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 is obtained which means simultaneously the variables of work discipline, compensation and work environment affect employee performance. Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas dan sistem pendidikan. Tidak hanya pengelola sekolah dan tim pendidik, namun pemerintah sebagai regulator juga memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan dan membentuk sistem dan aturan yang pro terhadap pembangunan dan menjaga keberlanjutan kualitas setiap anak didik, sehingga kelak mereka dapat lulus dengan kualitas mumpuni dan siap berkompetisi baik secara nasional atau global. Sesi FGD ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan mengidentifikasi berbagai topik atau fenomena yang hangat untuk dibahas dan memiliki nilai urgensi bagi pendidik dan pengelola institusi pendidikan, karena dosen pengabdi menilai institusi pendidikan dewasa ini dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan untuk berubah dan berbenah menuju kearah yang lebih baik. Hasil dari tahapan FGD kemudian disimpulkan bahwa dosen pengabdi bersepakat untuk membahas tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan pada suatu institusi pendidikan mampu meningkatkan kinerja segenap sumber daya manusianya dan juga kinerja institusi. Simpulan dari sesi sharing dengan topik peran kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja institusi pendidikan menyimpulkan bahwa institusi pendidikan memegang peran yang penting dan krusial bagi peningkatan daya saing dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Kualitas pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dan kualitas dari sumber daya manusia yang jadi pendidik di institusi pendidikan.
