Abstract

Taman Nasional Baluran merupakan salah satu cagar biosfer dunia yang ditetapkan oleh UNESCO situs hayatinya sebagai cagar biosfer dunia. Taman Nasional ini memiliki daya tarik berupa savana, pantai, dan hutan evergreen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan di Taman Nasional Baluran serta pengembangan berdasarkan prinsip berkelanjutan khususnya pada aspek lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Kriteria Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 9 Tahun 2021 tentang Pedoman Destinasi Pariwisata Berkelanjutan. Hasil analisis keberlanjutan lingkungan di Taman Nasional Baluran yaitu untuk aspek konservasi warisan alam mendapatkan 91,66% (sangat baik), aspek pengelolaan sumberdaya 15% (sangat kurang baik), dan aspek pengelolaan limbah dan emisi 20% (sangat kurang baik

Abstract

Pantai Pasir Putih merupakan ikon wisata di Kota Situbondo yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Bungatan. Daya tarik wisata ini berupa atraksi wisata air yang snagat popular di kalangan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh daya tarik wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Pantai Pasir Putih Kabupaten Situbondo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan meliputi:  uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji regresi linear sederhana, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan wisatawan. Hal ini, dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan nilai 0,586 artinya 58,6% kepuasan pengunjung dipengaruhi oleh    daya tarik wisata sedangkan sisanya 41,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Wisata Pantai Bama di Taman Nasional Baluran Situbondo.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat, meliputi bentuk-bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dan tingkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam wisata Pantai Bama.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis model Miles & Huberman (pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan).Teknik Sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik Purposive Sampling.Hasil yang diharapkan nantinya dapat memberikan referensi terkait partisipasi masyarakat, khususnya bentuk-bentuk dan tingkatan partisipasi masyarakat bagi masyarakat Desa Wonorejo untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan Taman Nasional Baluran Situbondo. Abstract

The existence of homestays in tourist villages is expected to reflect the characteristics and cultural characteristics of the village with the aim of providing a different experience for guests or tourists. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of homestays spread across tourist villages in Banyuwangi Regency through observation and interviews with a three-step analysis technique, namely, data condensation, presenting data and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that there are different characteristics between homestays in tourist villages with advanced and developing status based on the Banyuwangi Regent's Decree in 2021. Differences in characteristics are based on the criteria of the ASEAN Homestay Standard 2016.

Abstract

Macan Putih is one of the coffee producing areas in Banyuwangi with the coffee variety produced being Robusta coffee. Coffee in this area has the potential to improve community welfare which is developed as a joint farming activity under the Curah Indah Farmers Group. However, the use of coffee by the Curah Indah Farmers Group is still limited to processing it in the form of coffee logs or beans in the form of green beans that have not been roasted. The process of processing coffee cherries into green beans produces 65% coffee beans and 35% coffee skin waste. This waste is usually thrown in the yard or in waterways, causing a bad smell because the coffee skin still has a fairly high air content, namely 75-80%. This makes it easier for spoilage microbes to grow. If this condition is not handled properly, it will cause soil and air pollution, which can disrupt public health and the environment around where you live. Coffee skin waste in Macan Putih has not been utilized due to the limited knowledge possessed by the Curah Indah Farmers Group. For this reason, the Poliwangi Team's PKM activities provide a solution for utilizing coffee husk waste in the form of making Cascara tea as a functional drink that is packaged attractively, so that it has added value for marketing. The content of coffee skin waste in the form of antioxidants, caffeine, and cholorogenic acid is able to maintain the digestive tract, reduce blood sugar levels, inhibit cancer cells, and maintain heart health. The technique for making Cascara tea is done by adding cinnamon, so it has a high antioxidant content. Cascara tea is made as a souvenir (something to buy) for tourists and supplies the needs of guests (amenities) staying at hotels, resorts and homestays in Banyuwangi

Abstract

Banyuwangi is one of the coffee and coconut producing centers in East Java Province and nationally. Coconut and coffee productivity has increased from year to year. One of the MSMEs that operates in the field of processing plantation products is CV. Latanza Dua Kelapa which produces ant sugar. Ant sugar comes from coconut sap which is produced in original flavor variants. There are several problems experienced by CV. Latanza Dua Kelapa includes: 1) Making ant sugar which is still done traditionally and 2) Ant sugar products which still do not have other flavor variants (only original flavor variants) so it is necessary to automate the production process and add flavor variants to avoid market saturation. One additional flavor variant that can be produced is a coffee flavor variant. The addition of coffee flavor variants also aims to highlight local wisdom from Banyuwangi district because it is one of the areas famous for producing Robusta Coffee. The aim of this Community Service (PKM) is to utilize coconut and coffee which are abundant in Banyuwangi through the use of automatic equipment in the crystallization process. The product that will be produced is ant sugar with a coffee flavor variant. It is hoped that this new product can be an alternative souvenir for tourists visiting Banyuwangi.

Abstract

UD. Eyang Sobor merupakan Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) yang memproduksi kopi dari hulu sampai hilir. IKM ini dalam usahanya mengalami permasalahan pada proses menurunnya nilai rendemen setelah proses pengolahan kopi. Selain itu, proses pengemasan produk yang masih menggunakan kemasan sederhana terbuat dari plastik dengan dilengkapi label kemasan serta perekat pada bagian atas. Penggunaan bahan kemasan plastik oleh industri pangan telah mendominasi industri makanan dengan porsi 80%. Kemasan plastik menjadi pilihan produsen sebagai kemasan sekali pakai karena sifat plastik yang ringan, praktis, dan ekonomis. Namun, penggunaan kemasan plastik bagi kesehatan memberikan dampak timbulnya penyakit berbahaya seperti kanker, gangguan kehamilan, dan kerusakan jaringan tubuh. Selain itu, dampak terhadap lingkungan mengakibatkan munculnya sampah plastik yang sulit diolah dan terurai oleh tanah yang akhirnya dapat merusak tanah serta sumber air tanah. Abstract

Banyuwangi has immense potential in terms of natural tourism and cultural heritage, which greatly attracts both domestic and international tourists. This presents an opportunity for Banyuwangi's souvenir businesses to continuously develop their enterprises. Blimbingsari Creative Craft (BCC) is one of UMKM in the craft industry, established in 2003. Its products have been marketed internationally, and BCC frequently receives financial support from the government to expand its business. Although BCC has already reached international customers, it currently lacks a website to showcase its company profile and products. The Community Service Program (PKM) conducted by lecturers and students from Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi focuses on building a website to manage information on activities and product catalog. The program also includes training for BCC staff to manage data, ensuring that the displayed information is always up-to-date and available in real-time. The outcome of this project is a web-based platform with bilingual features, serving as a digital promotional tool for BCC's products. BCC staff expressed that the website has greatly facilitated the management of information and product catalog, making it easier to organize and store the data in a database
