Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyusun strategi pengembangan obyek wisata Asrama Inggrisan sebagai daya tarik heritage tourism di Banyuwangi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptip kualitatif dengan evaluasi faktor insternal dan eksternaal (IFE) dan (EFE), matrik internal external (IE) dan matrik SWOT. Strategi pengembangan yang dihasilkan antara lain mengembangan Asrama Inggrisan sebagai ikon tujuan heritage tourism; memanfaatkan bangunan Asrama Inggrisan sebagai sarana dan media edukasi bukti peninggalan stasiun kabel telegraf bawah laut zaman Belanda; menjalin kerjasama antara Pemkab Banyuwangi dengan Departemen Pertahanan TNI-AD, komunitas sejarahwan, masyarakat lokal, guide dan sektor bisnis untuk mengoptimalkan dan memperhatikan pengelolaan guna menjaga kelestarian obyek wisata heritage; melakukan revitalisasi Asrama Inggrisan untuk menjaga aset peninggalan heritage;mencipakan sinergisme dalam pengelolaan dan pelestarian cagar budaya Asrama Inggrisan; menggali lebih dalam potensi sejarah yang ada untuk diwujudkan menjadi atraksi wisata yang berbeda; menghimbau masyarakat maupun pengunjung untuk tidak melakukan perusakan/vandalism; melaksanakan workhsop/lokakarya perspektif untuk pengelolaan dan pengembangan Asrama Inggrisan sebagai penunjang kegiatan wisata heritage; melengkapi fasilitas, sarana dan prasarana untuk menunjang kegiatan wisata heritage; dan mengoptimalkan perawatan dan pengelolaan bangunan Asrama Inggrisan.

Abstract

In the global era, agricultural areas have become part of a new trend in the development of sustainable tourism in Indonesia. Branding of Kampoeng Ikan shows the great potential of the agricultural sector in sustainable tourism efforts in Klancing Village, Banyuwangi Regency. Therefore, community-based agrotourism is expected to be the right combination between rural communities and the agricultural sector in village development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the green marketing mix system and the role of the community as supporters in the agro-attraction development area in Klancing Village. Then, formulate an alternative strategy for developing community-based agro-tourism that is right for Klancing Village. This study uses descriptive research through a qualitative approach. The data analysis method uses an interactive analysis model that involves various stages in the community service program carried out from May to October 2021. The results of the analysis of the green marketing mix system and the role of the community are formulated in alternative community based agrotourism development strategies in Kluncing Village, namely, (1) Optimization of the master plan for the concept of community-based agro-tourism, (2) Socialization and Community Assistance related to environmentally friendly agricultural products, and (3) Optimization of existing social media. Through the green marketing mix approach, alternative village sustainable development strategies can have implications for eco-friendly tourism product management models and efficient village community empowerment.

Abstract

This research was done at Dosoen Kakao, Banyuwangi. The aims of this research are to find strength, weaknessess, opportunity and threath and also define the development strategy for Doeson Kakao as educational tourism destination in Banyuwangi. This research is a qualitatif research using SWOT analysis. This research results some strategis such as (1) SO strategy: expanding information, marketing and networking with travel agents, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and also networking with UMKM around Banyuwangi, marketing relationship is done in the form of co-marketing, and co-branding or public private partnership involvement, optimizing tools and equipments of education tourism, improving the inovation on chocolate products. ST strategy: improving  inovation and creativity in creating education tourism, urging tourists not to destroy plants in kakao plantation, community empowering in the destination by informing the value and the purpose of education tourism. WO strategy: Doing promotion and sosialisation especially in the form of word of mouthor electronic media about education tourism package, improving service quality and amenity quality by creating special feature, improving human resource competence through competence sertification or human resource tourism training by profession certification institution, adding supporting facilities, bureaucracy reformation. WT strategy: conducting promotion with various educational tourism packages to kill the boredom of the tourists.

Abstract

Abstrak: Berbagai upaya perlindungan diri dalam upaya menghindari kontaminasi COVID-19 seperti memakai masker, mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan menggunakan hand sanitizer giat disuarakan di berbagai daerah. Sayangnya, upaya pencegahan tersebut membutuhkan biaya mahal. Langkanya Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) di pasaran menyebabkan kenaikan harga yang tidak masuk akal. Hal ini sangat berdampak bagi masyarakaat yang berekonomi rendah. Banyak masyarakat tidak mampu membeli APD seperti masker dan hand sanitizer. Kondisi ini mendorong tim mengadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan masker kain dan hand sanitizer kepada ibu PKK Dusun Gumuk Desa Karangsari, Banyuwangi. Dalam pelatihan ini para ibu-ibu PKK diajarkan bagaimana cara membuat masker kain yang terdiri dari 2 lapis kain yang dapat disisipi tisu atau kertas filter dan dijahit secara manual tanpa menggunakan mesin jahit. Jadi bagi ibu-ibu yang tidak memiliki mesin jahit bisa dengan sangat mudah membuat sendiri masker kain ini di rumah. Untuk pembuatan hand sanitizer, para ibu-ibu PKK diajarkan cara membuat hand sanitizer dengan bahan yang terjangkau namun sesuai prosedur pembuatan dan komposisi yang tepat. Setelah mengikuti pelatiha ini, kemampuan penguasaan ibu-ibu PKK bisa dikatakan mencapai 100%. Hal ini dibuktikaan dengan kemmapuan mereka dalam membuat sendiri masker dan handsanitizer setelah pelatihan selesai. Masker dan hand sanitizer yang dihasilkan oleh ibu-ibu PKK selanjutnya dibagikan kepada masyarakat sekitar. Abstract:  Various self-protection efforts in an effort to avoid COVID-19 contamination such as wearing masks, washing hands with soap and using hand sanitizer are actively voiced in various regions. Unfortunately, these prevention efforts are expensive. The scarcity of personal protective equipment in the market has led to an unreasonable increase in prices. This, of course, has a huge impact on society with a low economy. Many of them cannot afford PPE such as masks and hand sanitizers. This condition encourages us to hold community service in the form of training in making cloth masks and hand sanitizers for PKK members in Gumuk, Karangsari, Banyuwangi. In this training, PKK members were taught how to make 2 layers cloth masks which can be inserted tissue inside and sewn manually without using a sewing machine. So, it ease for those who does not have a sewing machine to make it at home.  In the process of hand sanitizer making, PKK members were taught how to make hand sanitizers using affordable materials, suitable composisition, and correct procedure. After following this training, the capability of PKK improved, using percentage it can be said that they 100% master it. It is proved by their capability in producing mask and hand sanitizer at their own house after training finished. The masks and hand sanitizers produced were then distributed to the surrounding community.

Abstract

Abstrak:Pada suatu destinasi wisata penting untuk memiliki daya tarik tertentu agar menarik minat kunjung wisatawan. Secara teoritis, daerah tujuan wisata harus memenuhi 3 syarat daya tarik, yaitu ada sesuatu yang dapat dilihat, dilakukan, dan dibeli. “Kampoeng Ikan” adalah destinasi wisata baru di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang memiliki keunggulan hasil budidaya ikan tombro. Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan, permasalah yang ada disana adalah kurangnya daya tarik wisata yang dimiliki yaitu pada syarat “ada sesuatu yang dapat dibeli”. Di Kampoeng Ikan tidak ada cenderamata/ oleh-oleh bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar wisata agar terlibat dalam aktivitas kepariwisataan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pemberian pelatihan pembuatan abon ikan tombro kepada kelompok ibu PKK desa setempat serta pemberian design kemasan untuk produk yang dihasilkan. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, terdapat peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat untuk membuat suatu produk oleh-oleh sebesar 100%, yang dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya kemampuan mereka untuk dapat membuat produk abon ikan saat pelatihan selesai dilaksanakan.Abstract: In a tourism destination, the attractiveness factor to grab the visitor attention is very important. Theoretically a tourism destination at least has 3 tourism attractions, there are something to see, to do, and to buy. “Kampoeng ikan” is a tourism destination in Banyuwangi that has advantage in tombro fish cultivation. Based on the situation analysis done before, the problem on the destination is the lack of attractiveness on the destination especially in “something to buy”. There is no souvenir from the destination for the visitors. This service activity is carried out with the aim of supporting the empowerment of the community around tourism to be involved in tourism activities. The method of implementing the service is carried out by providing training through making shredded tombro fish to the Family Welfare Empowerment (FEW/PKK) community members at the destination and providing the packaging design for the product result. After participating in the activity, the participant’s mastery skill achieves 100%, that is proven by their ability to produce shredded fish product when the training is completed.

Abstract

Traveloka is an internet-based tourist information or travel application that allows users to search for and purchase a variety of products and services by online platform, including transportation, lodging, lifestyle, and financial services. Despite the fact that Traveloka is well-known among the general public, there is still lack of knowledge that tourism industry has not used it as promotional and sales media for its products and services. This research was conducted at Banyuwangi in order to determine the impact of partial and simulta-neous hedonic shopping value, shopping lifestyle, and positive emotions on consumer purchasing decisions at Traveloka. The SPSS Version 22 application was used to conduct the research, which included multiple line-ar regression analysis procedures, multiple correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, T-test, and F-test. Sample size of this study were 100 respondents based on purposive sampling. It showed that hedonic shopping value, shopping lifestyle, and positive emotions all have both partial and simultaneous significant impact on customer purchasing decisions at Traveloka, so conventional tourism industry who de-cides to join the Traveloka are expected to be able to offer and sell tourism products or services that are able to provide and adapt into consumer shopping lifestyles, for example by providing promotion, discounts, and cashback for tour packages or services. Therefore, the results of this research can be applied as recommenda-tion for tourism industry, especially for travel agents who has been joined Traveloka as a member so that they can be more competitive in this digitalization era.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the public sector with various problems and crises, including the education sector. The government through the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) finally implemented a learning from home (LFH) policy and the implementation of an independent learning curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar). The independent learning curriculum was created as an answer to many complaints about Indonesian education system. The independent learning curriculum has a concept in building a national education system and returns to the essence of the law by giving freedom to the academic community starting from teachers as the driving force of national education. The purpose of this service activity is to assist teachers in understanding the nature of Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar and to create learning media that are relevant to the curriculum by maximizing the use of information and communication technology used in everyday life. The method used in this service is the implementation of free learning curriculum workshops and training on the creation of technology-based innovative learning media. As a result of this service, teachers are able to create interesting learning media and then used inteaching and learning process.

Abstract

During the covid-19 pandemic, learning was carried out in accordance with the principles contained in the Minister of Education and Culture Decree No. 4 of 2020. The Minister of Education and Culture has also made various innovations in developing the educational curriculum, namely the Independent Learning Curriculum. The existence and role of information technology in the education system has brought about a new era of development in the world of education, but these developments have not been matched by an increase in human resources. This service program is in the form of distance learning evaluation training and the creation of an independent curriculum-based website at SDN 5 Karangsari. The event began with the provision of material on the independent learning program followed by workshops and learning evaluation training that supports independent learning such as Quizizz and Kahoot. The solutions offered for partners are the Service Team developing the making of practical IT-based learning evaluations so that they can improve the quality of teachers and create a pleasant learning atmosphere in accordance with the independent learning program, foster student interest in technology, and provide teaching to teachers in making Cognitive questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). In addition, the Service Team also teaches the management of school websites for the benefit of providing information to the public about SDN 5 Karangsari

Abstract

Potensi sektor pertanian di Desa Kluncing Kabupaten Banyuwangi memerlukan keterlibatan berbagai lapisan masyarakat yang sebagian besar berada di sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi model strategi dalam pengembangan agrowisata berbasis masyarakat di Desa Klancing. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah forum diskusi kelompok dalam sosialisasi masterplan desa, wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan agrowisata berbasis masyarakat di Desa Kluncing membutuhkan dua faktor penting yaitu, 1) produk agrowisata dan daya tarik pendukung di kawasan desa; dan 2) pelibatan masyarakat lokal yang terfokus pada pemuda, ibu-ibu, dan kelompok tani. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah konsep yang dapat dimodifikasi untuk berkontribusi dalam optimalisasi sektor pertanian suatu desa.

Abstract

Pada organisasi perusahaan jasa, dalam hal ini adalah hotel, mengevaluasi kepuasan konsumen adalah hal yang penting untuk dilakukan karena dapat berdampak pada loyalitas konsumen. Kepuasan konsumen tercapai ketika pengukuran kinerja yang diharapkan oleh konsumen memiliki nilai lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kinerja aktual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada tamu oleh salah satu hotel berbintang 4 di Banyuwangi dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian dilakukan dengan memeriksa apakah ada kesenjanngan (gap) antara layanan yang diberikan dengan layanan yang diterima tamu. Selanjutnya diberikan rekomendasi peningkatan layanan berdasarkan posisi atribut pada diagram kartesius. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara persepsi tamu dengan kepuasan tamu terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan Hotel XYZ, namun juga diperoleh atribut yang dinilai memuaskan oleh tamu. Nilai negatif tertinggi terdapat pada dimensi jaminan (assurance). Faktor yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan adalah yang terletak pada kuadran I diagram kartesius.
