Abstract

This research aims to describe the activity of teacher and students, while also examining enhancements improvements in problem-solving skills and student learning outcomes using a PRIMER learning models and KARBO media. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) and uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The participants in the research were carried out in 5th grade of SDN Belitung Utara 1 with an overall 27 students in the 2023/2024 school year. Data analysis in this research employed qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and cross tabulation, explained with tables, pictures and interpretation with percentages. The outcomes of this research show that the teacher’s activity was rated as 36 based on the criteria “Very Good”, classical student activity reached 93% with the criteria “Very Active”, classical problem-solving skills reached 96% with “Very Skilled” criteria, and student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain clasically reached 96%, clasically the affective domain reached 100%, and clasically the psychomotor domain reached 100%. Based on the findings, it can be inferred that the PRIMER learning model and KARBO media can enhance student activity, problem-solving skills, and student learning achievement.

Abstract

The problems in the research focus on low student understanding, limited learning experience, lack of student cooperation, and lack of interest in learning science content in class IV SDN Belitung Utara 1. These problems are caused by a one-way learning approach, lack of use of models. learning that encourages the development of students' collaboration skills, as well as a lack of variety in the presentation of material which results in less interesting and enjoyable learning. Efforts to solve this problem are conducted utilize Problem Based Learning (PBL), Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK), then Talking Stick models. The aim of this look for is to upgrade student activity, collaboration skills, and their learning outcomes. This research used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which was carried out in four meetings. Data was collected through observing activities by teachers and students and student collaboration skills, which were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and cross tabulation techniques to produce tables, figures and interpretations based on percentages.According to the research findings, instructor activity increased from a score of 25 at the first meeting to a score of 35 at the fourth. Student activity also increased significantly from 17% at the initial meeting to 94%, with the criteria being very active. Students' collaboration skills increased from 28% to 100% over four meetings, with very skilled criteria. The criteria for achieving student learning objectives also increased from 22% to 94%. It is possible to draw the conclusion that the application of the model Problem Based Learning (PBL), Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK), then Talking Stick effective in increasing student activity, collaboration skills, and their learning outcomes in science learning in class IV at SDN Belitung Utara 1.

Abstract

The main problem discussed in this study is the lack of learning activities and communication skills for class V children at SDN Alalak Selatan 2. This research aims to describe the increase in teacher activity, learning activities and student communication skills. This is because learning tends to be one-way, Indonesian language learning emphasizes grammar, and learning does not use a variety of models. The method used in this research was Classroom Action Research which was carried out in 4 meetings. The data used is qualitative data obtained by observing teacher activities, student learning activities, and student communication skills. The results obtained were that teacher activity from meetings 1 to 4 increased from 83% to 98%. Student learning activity at the same meeting increased from 41% to 91%, while student communication skills increased from 41% to 86%. Completeness of student learning outcomes also increased from 41% to 100%. Based on these results, conclusions can be drawn that show the PANDIR model is effective in increasing teacher activity, learning activities, communication skills, and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low level of activity, collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. The causes are that learning is still one-way, the lack of use of supportive learning models and media, and the lack of group activities. The solution to overcome this problem is to apply the SOLID learning model, which is a combination of Project Based Learning (PjBL), Scramble, and Course Review Horay (CRH) with the help of audio-visual media. This research was conducted as classroom action research (PTK) over 4 meetings. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN Kuin Utara 5 Banjarmasin, consisting of 18 students in the 2023/2024 academic year. The data collected is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data is obtained from observing teacher and student activities, while quantitative data comes from collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive techniques and cross tabulation, which was explained through tables, graphs and percentage interpretation. The research results showed that the teacher's activity at meeting 1 received a score of 32 with "Good" criteria, and increased at meeting 4 to a score of 39 with "Very Good" criteria. Classical student activity at meeting 1 reached 61% with the criterion "Quite Active" and increased to 94% with the criterion "Very Active" at meeting 4. Student collaboration skills also increased from 61% (Quite Skilled) at meeting 1 to 94% (Very Skilled) at meeting 4. This increase had a positive effect on student learning outcomes, which showed an increase from meetings 1 to 4 with a classical completion level reaching 89%. From the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the SOLID learning model is effective in increasing activity, collaboration skills and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe teacher and student activities, and to analyze the improvement of critical thinking skills, cooperation skills, and student learning outcomes. The problem in this study is the low activity of teachers and students in learning, critical thinking skills and student cooperation in science content. Efforts made to deal with this problem are the use of the PROTON learning model and Wordwall Media in the learning process. This study applies Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in 4 meeting sessions. The research subjects consisted of 17 fourth grade students at SDN Asam Pauh, consisting of 10 male students and 7 female students in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The results of this study indicate that the application of the PROTON model and Wordwall media can improve teacher activity, student activity, critical thinking and cooperation skills, and student learning outcomes. The results of this study are recommended for principals, teachers, and further researchers as an alternative to using innovative learning models to improve the quality of education

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low levels of students’ critical thinking skills, communication abilities, and learning outcomes in Pancasila Education. This issue was caused by one-way teaching methods and a lack of variety in learning models, which made it difficult for students to understand the material and communicate effectively. The proposed solution was the implementation of the ANGKASA model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted over three sessions, involving 18 fifth-grade students at SDN Anjir Muara Lama during the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Qualitative data were obtained through observations of teacher and student activities, as well as assessments of students’ critical thinking and communication skills. Quantitative data were collected from students’ written test results. The data were analyzed descriptively using cross-tabulation and presented in the form of tables, graphs, and percentages. The results showed significant improvement in all aspects: teacher activity increased from 79% to 96%, student activity from 56% to 100%, critical thinking skills from 22% to 89%, communication skills from 44% to 100%, summative learning mastery from 67% to 100%, and formative learning mastery from 70% to 100%. Therefore, the ANGKASA model proved to be effective in enhancing learning activities.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve student learning activity, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes in Pancasila Education through the implementation of the PINTAR learning model in Year IV at SDN Teluk Dalam 12, Banjarmasin. The PINTAR model is a combination of Problem-Based Learning, Think Pair and Share, and Numbered Head Together approaches, designed to encourage active student participation. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using both qualitative descriptive and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and learning outcome tests. The findings indicate a significant improvement in teacher performance, student engagement, critical thinking abilities, and learning achievement over four meetings. This improvement aligns with the optimised learning process and continuous teacher reflection. Thus, the PINTAR model proves effective in creating a more interactive, collaborative, and meaningful learning environment, while also supporting the successful attainment of curriculum goals at the primary education level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan latar belakang yaitu rendahnya aktivitas guru, siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis, kerja sama dan hasil belajar siswa yang disebabkan oleh siswa kurang memahami pembelajaran yang diajarka, pembelajaran yang tidak berfokus pada sisiwa, penggunaan metode yang itu-itu saja, dan tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalhan tersebut dengan menggunakan model PROTAMA yaitu kombinasi dari model Problem Based Learning, Talking Stick dan Make A Match. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan yang terjadi pada aktivitas guru dan siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kerja sama serta hasil belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V di SDN kuin Utara 07 tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Pendekataan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan aktivitas guru yang dilakukan berhasil mendapatkan skor 40 atau kriteria "Sangat Baik". Aktivitas siswa secara klasikal berhasil mencapai 100% atau kriteria "Sangat Aktif". Keterampilan berpikir kritis secara klasikal berhasil mencapai 96% atau kriteria "Sangat Terampil". Keterampilan Kerja Sama secara klasikal berhasil mencapai 96% atau kriteria "Sangat Terampil". Hasil belajar siswa mencapai 100%. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasil temuan bahwa dengan model PROTAMA dapat memenuhi kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan.
