Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh metode latihan dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap akurasi pukulan forehand sidespin service tenis meja. Metode latihan dalam penelitian ini adalah distributed practice dan massed practice, sedangkan koordinasi mata tangan terdiri atas koordinasi tinggi dan rendah. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksprerimen desain fakorial 2x2. Subjek penelitian delapan maha-siswa UKM tenis meja UPI yang terbagi atas empat kelompok. Berdasarkan placed kelompok koordinasi tinggi dan rendah dengan perlakuan MDP, kelompok persepsi motorik tinggi dan rendah dengan perlakukan MMP. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 16 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) metode latihan distributed practice lebih efektif meningkatkan sidespin service tenis meja; (2) Terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dan tingkat koordinasi dalam meningkatkan sidespin tenis meja; (3) Metode latihan distribut-ed practice lebih efektif digunakan pada kelompok koordinasi tinggi dalam meningkatkan sidespin service tenis meja; (4) Tidak terdapat pengaruh (pengaruhnya sama) metode latihan distributed practice dengan metode massed practice terhadap forehand sidespin service tenis meja pada kelompok koordinasi rendah. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa metode latihan distributed practice lebih efektif digunakan pada atlet yang memiliki tingkat koordinasi tinggi, sedangkan untuk atlet yang memiliki koordinasi rendah bisa menggunakan kedua metode latihan tersebut.Kata Kunci: distributed practice; massed practice; akurasi forehand sidespin service tenis meja. Method of exercise and hand-eye coordination improves the accuracy of the forehand sidespin table tennis service AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the practice method and hand-eye coordination on the accuracy of forehand sidespin table tennis services. The training methods in this study are distributed practice and massed practice, while hand-eye coordination consists of high and low coordination. The research method uses the 2x2 factorial design experiment method. The research subjects were 8 UPI table tennis UKM students who were divided into four groups. Based on the high and low coordinated groups with MDP treatment, the high and low motor perception groups with MMP treatment. The study was conducted during 16 meetings. The results showed (1) The method of distributed practice was more effective in increasing the sidespin of table tennis service; (2) There was an interaction between the training methods and the level of coordination in improving the sidespin of table tennis; (3) The method of distributed practice was more effectively used in high coordination groups in improving the sidespin of table tennis service; (4) There is no influence (the same effect) on the method of distributed practice training with the massed practice method on the forehand sidespin table tennis service in the low coordination group. The conclusion in this study that the method of distributed practice is more effectively used in athletes who have a high level of coordination, whereas for athletes who have low coordination can use both methods of training.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan temuan dilapangan yaitu jumlah minat mahasiswa terhadap UKM tenis meja berbanding jauh dengan minat minat mereka terhadap matakuliah pilihan yaitu tenis meja. Dari 38 mahasiswa yang mengambil matakuliah tenis meja, hanya 3 mahasiswa saja yang terdaftar sebagai anggota tenis meja UPI kampus Sumedang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu hubungan pengetahuan permainan tenis meja dengan minat mahasiswa terhadap UKM tenis meja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasi, dengan desain korelasi sederhana. sampel penelitian 38 orang.Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Tes pengetahuan permainan tenis meja dan tes minat tenis meja. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai sig.(2tail) hubungan variabel yang diteliti memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,000<0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Selanjutnya pada nilai pearson correlation senilai 0,785>0,05 terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel yang diteliti. Dan nilai ini berada dalam kriteria pedoman derajat kuat 0,61 s/d 0,80.

Teknik pukulan forehand topsin dalam tenis meja merupakan teknik yang dominan dipergunakan. Peningkatan terhadap penguasaan teknik ini sangat perlu diupayakan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan dengan penggunaan Return board dan Spin whell. Mahasiswa anggota UKM Tenis Meja yang terdiri dari 30 sampel dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pelakukan pada kelompok eksperimen maupun control dilaksanakan, selama dua kali dalam seminggu belangsung selama 16 kali pertemuan. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain The Matching-Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Hasil akhir perlakukan menunjukkan bahwa latihan kedua latihan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan ketepatan forehand topspin. Kesimpulannya berdasarkan nilai rata-rata kedua kelompok bahwa latihan dengan menggunakan Return board lebih berpengaruh signifikan dari pada Latihan Spin whell terhadap peningkatan ketepan forhand topspin tenis meja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan psikologi dengan kelincahan terhadap ketepatan forehand topspin tenis meja. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain factorial 2x2, penelitian dilaksanakan di PTM Cortesa Kabupaten Sumedang dengan jumlah sampel 12 orang dan penempatan sampel kepada kelompok dilakukan dengan teknik Random Assigment. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis two way ANNOVA menunjukan bahwa terdapat peengaruh latihan psikologi terhadap ketepatan forehand topspin tenis meja, terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan psikologidengan tingkat kelincahanterhadap ketepatan forehand topspin tenis meja, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan psikologi terhadap ketepatan forehand topspin tenis meja pada kelompok kelincahan tinggi dan tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan imagery dan konsentrasi terhadap ketepatan forehand topspin tenis meja pada kelompok kelincahan rendah. Kesimpulannya bahwa latihan imagery lebih baik digunakan pada kelompok kelincahan tinggi dibandingkan dengan latihan konsentrasi, sedangkan pada kelompok keincahan rendah kedua latihan imagery dan konsentrasi sebanding berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan ketepatan forehand topspin tenis meja.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh alat bantu latihan roller ball terhadap ketepatan backhand topspin dalam permainan tenis meja. desain penelitian yang digunakan The Static-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dari club PTM Cortesa Sumedang sebanyak 15 orang dengan sampel sebnyak 10 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini mengunakan instrumen ketepatan backhand topspin. nilai rata-rata kelompok roller 37,40 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kelompok tanpa treatment 22,20. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kelompok dengan menggunakan media roller lebih baik dalam melakukan ketepatan teknik backhand top spin dalam tenis meja dibandingkan dengan kelompok tanpa treatment.

This research is motivated by the lack of ability of high school students in making drive strokes, especially backhand strokes so that they are not on target. Therefore, the students have problems in the game of table tennis, especially backhand strokes. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of individual drill exercises and pair drills on the accuracy of the backhand drive of the table tennis game of Darmaraja High School Sumedang students. The research method used in this study was a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental research design with the non-equivalent, pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted with two groups that were given treatment. The results of this study were obtained an average increase in the individual drill method group, with a pretest value of 9.4 and a posttest of 10.6. While the results in the pair drill training method group, which was originally 7.9 to 10.08. Data analysis performed on the individual drill group in the two-different test has an average value of sig.0.537 > 0.05, which means that there is no significant difference between the individual and paired drill methods. The results of the study show that both training models can improve the accuracy of Backhand Drive strokes in table tennis games

In this study, the author aims to determine the relationship between random practice and block practice training methods with single category pencak silat skills. The method used by this researcher is a factorial experimental method to determine the effect of the training methods used on the skills of martial arts mastery. the single category of the Satria Muda Indonesian pencak silat college. In this study, the researcher used a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with the number of samples taken as many as 20 people with the research instrument to measure the mastery of single category pencak silat moves. From the data, the results of data processing show that the values in the pretest and posttest scores of all groups are greater than 0.05 with the value of each group (1) 0.794, (2) 0.083, (3) 0.119, (4) 0.875. Then the sentence hypothesis shows that the data is normally distributed. Then on the correlation value between the method and the skill level of mastery of pencak silat in the group when there is a motivation variable of rsquare = 0.654 so that it can be concluded that when the athlete is given a treatment, the mastery of the moves increases by 65.4% then the value between the correlation between method and skill level of pencak silat mastery in the group when there is no motivation variable, the value of rsquare = 0.319 is obtained so that from the data shows that there is an increase of 31.9%. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between training methods and motivation on the ability of single category pencak silat skills

This study aims to determine whether outdoor education games have an effect on increasing students' fitness with motivation. The research method used is an experimental method with 2x2 factorial, this research was conducted at SDN 2 Jatimunggul, Terisi District, Indramayu Regency with the samples collected were students of class V and VI SDN 2 Jatimunggul. The data analysis used in this research is the two way ANOVA test and the Tukey test with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study are outdoor education games have an effect on increasing students' physical fitness, there is an interaction between outdoor education games and the level of motivation on students' physical fitness, fortified outdoor education games are better used than moving bomb games to increase physical fitness in the high motivation group, while in In the low motivation group, there was no significant difference between the two outdoor education games on increasing students' physical fitness

Education, in general, has a meaning as a life process in developing each individual to live and carry out daily life. Each student has a different environment and background, which affects their personality and the formation of their self-confidence and interaction with or environment. Self-confidence will arise if there is a need to be respected and appreciated because this will grow the strength, ability, and feeling of being valuable that other people need. This study aims to determine outdoor education through hiking and camping on self-confidence. The research method used is an experimental design with a pretest, post-test two experimental design. The sample in this study was 39 students divided into two groups at SMA PGRI 1 Subang; the data collection technique used a questionnaire. This study revealed that the average results of self-confidence increased, outdoor education can increase self-confidence, and it is recommended to be part of student education in schools.

This study aimed to determine the effect of physical fitness and self-confidence on the martial art of Pencak Silat. The research method used is the ex post facto method. The research design describes the relationship or influence between a variable and other variables. The population is students who take extracurricular Pencak silat at SMPN 1 Parongpong, with a sample of 30 people. The test instrument for martial arts skills is the Pencak silat regarding single empty-handed moves; physical fitness tests are TKJI for the age range of 13-15 years and a self-confidence questionnaire. Based on the processing and analysis, they use the technical correlation analysis but were previously tested for normality, regression and linearity. The hypotheses of this study are 1) With a positive effect, the higher the physical fitness, the better the martial arts skills of Pencak silat. There is an influence of physical fitness on the martial art of Pencak silat by 55.91%, 2) With a positive impact, the higher the self-confidence, the better the martial arts skills of Pencak silat. There is an influence of self-confidence on the martial art of Pencak silat by 27.29%, and 3) Of the two variables, the effect is excellent on these skills. So there is an influence between physical fitness and self-confidence on the martial art of Pencak silat by 235.26%.
