Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that suddenly appeared at the beginning of 2020 spread quickly throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Social restrictions to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 eliminate the essential characteristics of humans and individuals who need to move to maintain their existence as biological and social beings. The effect of inactivity includes a decrease in health quality and an increase in the illness rate. Therefore, this study aimed to examine physically active behavior to fill spare time during restrictions in the Covid-19 pandemic. Related to physical activity behavior from a psychological perspective, motivation to practice in leisure time is seen as a predictor for involvement in physical activity. The participants of this study were Elementary School students aged 10-12 years old, seen as the critical transition stage of physical and psychological development. The number of male and female samples, each consisting of 50 people, were selected through convenience sampling. They were voluntarily willing to be a respondent to answer a self-report process using the motivation to practice in free time scale (MBWL). The construct validity of the scale had met the requirements as well as the internal consistency of each item. The results of the study showed that male students' motivation to practice in their free time was higher than female students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Speed terhadap renang 50m gaya dada; 2) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fleksibilitas terhadap renang 50m gaya dada; 3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara power tungkai pada renang 50m gaya dada; 4) Untuk mengetahui hubungan kecepatan terhadap renang gaya dada melalui power tungkai; 5) Untuk mengetahui hubungan fleksibilitas terhadap renang gaya dada melalui power tungkai. Hasil penelitian menemukan (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan Kecepatan terhadap Renang Gaya Dada ditunjukkan dengan koefisien r sebesar 0,659, dan signifikansi hubungan variabel X1 dengan variable Y dapat dilihat nilai t hitung sebesar 2.113 dengan t tabel sebesar 1.701. Besar pengaruh Kecepatan terhadap renang gaya dada adalah sebesar 43,42%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan Fleksibelitas terhadap renang gaya dada ditunjukkan dengan koefisien r sebesar 0,339 dan signifikansi hubungan variabel X2 dengan variabel Y dapat dilihat nilai t hitung sebesar 2,309 dengan t table sebesar 1,701. Besar Pengaruh langsung  fleksibilitas  terhadap renang gaya dada adalah sebesar 11,60%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan power tungkai terhadap renang gaya dada.ditunjukkan dengan koefisien r sebesar 0,635, dan signifikansi hubungan variabel X3 dengan variable Y dapat dilihat nilai t hitung sebesar 1,997 dengan t table sebesar 1,701. Besar  pengaruh  power tungkai terhadap renang gaya dada adalah sebesar 54,70%.Relationship between speed, flexibility and limb power to breaststroke swimming abilityAbstractThis study aims to 1) determine the relationship between speed and swimming in the 50m breaststroke; 2) To determine the relationship between flexibility to swimming 50m breaststroke; 3) To determine the relationship between leg power in the 50m breaststroke swimming; 4) To determine the relationship of speed to breaststroke swimming through leg power; 5) To determine the relationship of flexibility to breaststroke swimming through leg power. The results of the study found (1) There is a significant direct effect of speed on breaststroke swimming as indicated by a coefficient of r of 0.659, and the significance of the relationship between X1 and Y can be seen from the t-count value of 2.113 with a t-table of 1.701. The influence of speed on breaststroke swimming is 43.42%. (2) There is a significant direct effect. Flexibility on breaststroke swimming is indicated by the r coefficient of 0.339 and the significance of the relationship between the X2 variable and the Y variable. It can be seen that the t-count value is 2.309 with a t-table of 1.701. The direct effect of flexibility on breaststroke swimming is 11.60%. (3) There is a significant direct effect of leg power on breaststroke swimming. It is indicated by a coefficient of r of 0.635, and the significance of the relationship between X3 and Y can be seen in the t-count value of 1.997 with a t-table of 1.701. The influence of leg power on breaststroke swimming is 54.70%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the impact of peer teaching learning methods on the ability of the sickle kick and the T-kick of pencak silat. The population in this study was the Pencak Silat Athletes of the Indonesian Satria Muda College of Cirebon City with total sampling technique with a total of 25 people. The instrument in this study is the Peer Teaching Learning Model, measuring kick skills to measure the ability of the sickle kick and T kick skills before and after being given treatment, namely the peer teaching learning model. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the ability of the sickle kick and T kick skills in athletes after being given treatment

Abstract

Learning achievement is the result of evaluating students using tools after the learning process is carried out in a planned manner, both in terms of material and time. The desired learning achievement is adjusted to the types and activities in research or measurement. Whether or not participants achieve optimal performance can be influenced by several factors, including psychological factors (self-esteem) and physiological factors (physical fitness). This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and physical fitness on learning achievement. The research subjects were 120 Jabal Toriq Boarding School Senior High School. This research is quantitative research with a correlational design. The study results show a significant relationship between self-esteem and physical fitness in the learning achievement of Jabal Toriq Boarding School High School students in 2021/2022, Even during the Semester Academic Year on PJOK subject matter. This is evidenced by the value of p < significance level (0.000 < 0.05) and also the correlation level of 0.892, which is included in the interval (0.80 – 1.000) powerful category

Abstract

The goalkeeper is the player in the last line of the futsal game and must have good reaction speed. Training methods can provide an improved reaction. Methods such as SAQ and 8-Point Star Drill are expected to increase the hand reaction of the female futsal goalkeeper. This study uses a 2x2 Factorial research design. The 2x2 factorial modifies the posttest-only control group or pretest-posttest control group design. The sample used for this study was 28 female futsal goalkeepers from Cirebon U-23 with a purposive sampling technique. The training method data shows a sig value of 0.007 for the effect of the exercise method on reaction speed. The interaction between training methods and the average reaction speed of female futsal goalkeeper U-23 Cirebon shows that the Sig value is 0.019. The comparison between 8-Point Star Drill and SAQ is above the average, with a Sig value of 0.998 and a Sig value of 0.004 for below average. So that the goalkeeper could increase the reaction speed of the female futsal goalkeeper Cirebon U23, she was able to be given SAQ and 8-point star drill.

Abstract

Evaluation is an activity to collect information about the work of something, which is then used to determine the suitable alternative in making a decision. This study aims to assess the evaluation of lectures in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The subject of the research conducted by researcher interviewed four students. This research is qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive method. Study results The results of observations, interviews and documentation that the evaluation of lectures in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor PGSD Penjas students have advantages and disadvantages, especially in terms of lecturers and students who have to work together in lectures that run smoothly

Abstract

Footwork is a movement that regulates the body to position the body in such a way that it makes it easier to perform the movement of hitting the shuttlecock according to its position. The purpose of this technique is so that the shuttlecock can be reached in any area quickly when the opponent attacks. The purpose of this study is to test how much influence predictable and unpredictable training is against the speed of footsteps in badminton games, this study used an experimental method with the pretest-posttest control and experimental group design. The population used was 30 students of UPI Sumedang badminton UKM, the samples taken were 10 students for experimental treatment and 10 students for control treatment using techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, the average pre-test experiment 65,80 and post-test 85 show an increase in the speed of footwork after being given an exercise using android court footwork. In addition, the increase in speed in badminton UKM Students can be seen from the N-Gain scores in both groups. The N-Gain score in the experimental groups was higher than the control group ( 56,85 > 31,78) and in the t-test, on the N-Gain value, the score obtained the Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0,001 < α = 0,05. So, it can be concluded that predictable and unpredictable training affects the speed of footwork of badminton UKM students and there is a significant difference in effectiveness in the application of android court footwork exercises with conventional exercise.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce several forms of digital-based physical education learning in the COVID-19 pandemic era for PJOK teachers in Sumedang Regency. After analyzing the situation, several problems were identified as follows: (1) There are still PJOK teachers who have not delivered physical education materials during this COVID-19 pandemic with digital-based learning media, (2) There is still a lack of knowledge of PJOK teachers about how to form digital learning media for students. children, (3) There are still PJOK teachers who tend to focus more on giving assignments through the Whatsapp group instead of explaining the material using digital learning media. Therefore, this training is a solution for PJOK teachers to try to open scientific horizons regarding digital learning in physical education.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada di SDN se-Kecamatan Rancaekek adalah tidak diketahuinya proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmnai. Proses pembelajaran adalah bagian dari proses interaksi serta komunikasi antara guru dan siswa dalam dalam suatu komunikasi yang timbal balik dalam pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan belajar. Pendidikan jasmani menjadi bagian terpenting dari proses pendidikan. Kuncinya tidak sekedar melampirkan topic tambahan seperti peralatan tambahan ke kurikulum sekolah agar siswa tetap aktif, tetapi juga pendidikan jasmani merupakan bagian penting dari pembelajaran. Tidak hanya itu, jika disertifikasi dan dilatih dengan baik, siswa juga akan meningkatkan keterampilannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atau memperjelas proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SDN se-Kecamatan Rancaekek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang memberikan gambaran terhadap objek yang diteliti. Dengan menggunakan survey beserta angket sebagai instrumennya. Sample yang di ambil yaitu guru penjas di SDN se-Kecamatan Rancaekek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random sampling yang mengambil 10 guru penjas secara acak sebagai perwakilannya. Berdasarkan hasil peneitian dan penyebaran angket jumlah persentase kategori cukup baik sebesar 80% dan sebanyak 20% masuk ke dalam kategori baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SDN se-Kecamatan Rancaekek cukup baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang lebih baik antara model latihan juggling dan zig-zag run menggunakan bola terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola pada siswa SDN Cimanggung IV kelas V. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V sebanyak 20 orang yang di ambil menggunakan sampling jenuh. Seluruh sampel tersebut diberikan pre test untuk menentukan kelompok treatment. Data yang diperoleh di olah menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil uji independent sampel test Jika Sig (2-tailed) 0.05 artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil Latihan Zig-Zag dan Juggling terhadap Dribbling dan sebaliknya jika Sig (2-tailed) 0.05 artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil Latihan Zig- Zag dan Juggling terhadap Dribbling. Oleh karena nilai Sig (2-tailed) 1,0000 0.05 artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan zig-zag menggunakan bola dan latihan juggling pada peningkatan kemampuan dribbling pada pembelajaran sepak bola. Berdasarkan nilai RSquare pada hipotesis satu dan dua yang sudah disampaikan bahwa latihan zig-zag memiliki nilai sebesar 19,8% dan latihan juggling memiliki nilai sebesar 16,8%. Oleh karena nilai RSquare zig-zag (19,8%) RSquare juggling (16,8%) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang lebih besar berkontribusi dalam keterampilan dribbling sepak bola ialah latihan zig-zag run menggunakan bola.
