Abstract

This research intends to identify customer satisfaction with the service quality provided by the personal trainers. This research was arranged based on theoretical studies related to the level of customer satisfaction with a particular service. The research was a descriptive quantitative study with a survey method and a questionnaire as the research instrument. This study was done in Health and Sports Center Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (HSC UNY) Fitness Center. Purposive sampling was used to do sampling on this research. Criteria of the samples were customers who used the services of a personal trainer at the HSC UNY Fitness Center, and the personal trainers were registered as employees of the facility. The sample size consisted of 15 people out of the total population of 700 people. Research data were analyzed by the Likert scale method. The validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire obtained a validity value of 0.875 and 40 valid statement items out of a total of 50 statement items. The result of data analysis showed that the level of customer satisfaction with the service quality of personal trainers is Very Satisfactory, with a mean score of 87% for all aspects. The tangible element scored 87%, the reliability aspect scored 88%, the responsiveness aspect scored 89%, the assurance aspect scored 88%, and the empathy aspect scored 81%. This study suggested that personal trainers improve their service quality to the customers to increase the number of customers.

Abstract

The high case of hypertension in the elderly requires curative action. One of the efforts to prevent and treat hypertension is by nonpharmacological methods with massage therapy combined with stretching. This research aimed to discover the effectiveness of massage therapy followed by stretching toward the blood pressure of older people with hypertension. Employing a Quasi Experiment design with one group pretest-posttest, the study involved 25 people who had hypertension With 14 of which were selected using specific criteria. The research used Digital Sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure. The treatment given to the samples was massage therapy for hypertension with the Ali Satia Graha method for about 20 minutes followed by stretching for about 20 minutes. The data analysis technique of this research was the paired t-test, which aimed to find the significant gap. The research findings showed that the systole value before getting the treatment was 158.36 mmHg, and after getting the treatment, it decreased to 137.93 mmHg (12,90%) with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Diastolic blood pressure before getting the treatment was at 98.07 mmHg, and after getting the treatment, it dropped to 86.79 (11,50) mmHg with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Hence, it could be concluded that Ali Satia Graha massage method with stretching effectively decreased the blood pressure of older people with hypertension

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on tourist satisfaction at Ledok Sambi tourist attraction, the effect of facilities on tourist satisfaction at Ledok Sambi tourist attraction, the effect of service quality and facilities simultaneously on tourist satisfaction at Ledok Sambi tourist attraction. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, data collection techniques with incidental sampling and instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis, hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient, as well as validity and reliability tests to ensure the accuracy of the research instrument. The results of the study are as follows: (1) It is proven that service quality has an effect on tourist satisfaction, because the sig value is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t is 5.273> t table (0.197). (2) It is proven that facilities have an effect on tourist satisfaction, because the sig value is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t is 3.851> t table (0.197). (3) It is proven that the quality of service and facilities together have an effect on tourist satisfaction, because the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f is 50.850 > F table (3.09). tourist satisfaction, because the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f is 50.850 > F table (3.09). This finding strengthens the theory of tourist satisfaction which states that the quality of service and facilities are the main factors in forming a positive tourist experience.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how high the anxiety level of Men's Futsal players is after experiencing an injury. This research is a descriptive research. The method used is a survey. The data collection technique uses a Google Form questionnaire. The population in this study was UNY's male Futsal players, totaling 33 people. Sampling in this research was carried out using purposive sampling. The criteria for determining this sample include: (1) willing to be a research sample, (2) willing to fill out the Google form happily, according to the existing reality, and (3) having experienced an injury. Based on these criteria, there were 26 players who met. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis presented in percentage form. The results of the study showed that the anxiety level of UNY Men's Futsal players after suffering an injury was in the "very low" category at 3.85% (1 person), "low" at 19.23% (5 people), "fair" at 46.15 % (12 people), "high" was 26.92% (7 people), and "very high" was 3.85% (1 person).
