This study aims to understand and examine the influence of Work Culture and K3 on the performance of PT Darmex Oil & Fats employees. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in the study were all production employees of PT Darmex Oil & Fats Bekasi Branch, with a total sample of 41 respondents. The analytical technique used in this study uses Partial Least Square. The results show that work culture has a positive effect on employee performance, as well as occupational safety and health (K3) has a positive effect on employee performance. In conclusion, work culture is able to contribute to the performance of employees of PT Darmex Oil & Fats Bekasi Branch. Also, K3 is able to contribute to the performance of employees of PT Darmex Oil & Fats Bekasi Branch. Keywords: Work Culture, Occupational Health and Safety, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and competence on a commitment to the PUBMSDA Office of Sidoarjo Regency. The population in this study were employees of the PUBMSDA Office of Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling technique. The sample taken amounted to 42 respondents. The data used are primary data, namely questionnaire data from respondents' answers, and secondary data, namely supporting data obtained from the PUBMSDA Office of Sidoarjo Regency. While the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research and discussion of research results, it has been found that knowledge sharing and competence positively affect a commitment to the PUBMSDA Office of Sidoarjo Regency.

Management of human resources in the organization needs to be done as well as possible so that employee performance is good. Work stress and burnout are factors that affect performance. Job stress is a condition where tension is caused by physical and psychological imbalances that affect one's emotions, thought processes, and condition. Meanwhile, burnout arises when a person feels pressure from work. In this study there is a goal to determine the effect of work stress and burnout are factors that affect nurse performance. In early 2020, the world was shocked by the phenomenon of an epidemic originating from Wuhan, which then spread rapidly to more than 190 countries and territories affected by Covid 19. The population in the study were all nurses who were in the multazam room and shofa – marwah at home. Surabaya Islamic Hospital A. Yani, totaling 40. In this study using quantitative methods and using structural equation modeling and PLS which are used as tools of analysis. The results of the study show that work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance, burnout has a negative and significant effect on performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Etos Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja volunteer di Komunitas Senyum Anak Nusantara Chapter Trenggalek. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan tiga variabel yaitu Etos Kerja, Kompetensi dan Kinerja volunteer yang dilakukan pada Komuitas Senyum Anak Nusantara Chapter Trenggalek. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu volunteer Komunitas yang berjumlah 40. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, untuk pendekatan menggunakan purposive sampling kriteria: minimal Mengikuti 2 Program Kegiatan. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala ordinal melalui skala likert dengan skor pilihan jawaban responden yaitu 1 sampai 5. Data primer didapat dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber data dari Komunitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial least Square (PLS). Adapun langkah dalam menganalisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji struktural model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Etos Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja. Sedangkan, Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Volunteer, Etos Kerja, Kompetensi, Komunitas, Senyum Anak Nusantara

In this era of competition, knowledge is an important factor for a company, therefore knowledge management and work discipline are needed which are considered to be able to make a good participation as human resources, especially in the world of work. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of knowledge management and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Tri Tunggal Putra. This study is a quantitative study that uses a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population included in this study is the security staff at PT. Tri Tunggal Putra with a total of 724 security. Samples in PT. Tri Tunggal Putra as many as 66 security using random sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that 1) knowledge management is able to contribute to employee performance at PT. Tri Tunggal Putra, 2) work discipline able to contribute to employee performance at PT. Tri Tunggal Putra.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi Terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan variabel Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai vriabel intervening pada UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis software Smart PLS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh berjumlah 37 responden. Pengunpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, R-Square dan uji hipotesis bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban, budaya organisasi melalui komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban.

Employee performance is the result or performance of employees who are assessed in terms of quality and commitment based on work standards set by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Job Rotation and Compensation on Employee Performance. It is expected to make considerations for decision makers in the company. The population in this study is employees PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah as many as 39 people, with the sampling method is the Census or Saturated method. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: 1) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) job rotation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and 4) compensation has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance. Human resource management has an important role in managing, organizing, administering and establishing staffing programs that can cover employee performance issues, so that they can function productively, effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and relational capital on employee performance at PT. Eka Tama Makmur Surabaya. The population in this study were all members of PT. Eka Tama Makmur Surabaya's marketing employees as many as 40 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique through a non-probability sampling method so that the number of samples taken is 40 employees. Smart partial least squares (PLS) is the analysis method employed. (1) Employee engagement at PT. Eka Tama Makmur Surabaya demonstrates a relationship with staff productivity; the greater the amount of involvement, the greater the firm's performance or value produced by employees. (2) Relational capital demonstrates a link between it and employee performance, and at PT. Eka Tama Makmur Surabaya, an adequate relational capital model can enhance employee performance.

The primary objective of this analysis is to ascertain the influence of information sharing and competency on employee performance within the context of the Department of Public Works and Highways Water Resources in Sidoarjo Regency. The study's target population consists of individuals employed in general or executive functional roles. The sample methodology utilised in this study involves the use of non-probability sampling, specifically employing a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of a total of 77 individuals. The data was derived from primary sources. Simultaneously, the study employs the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings of the study suggest that there is a noteworthy positive relationship between knowledge sharing and commitment. Conversely, competence is found to have a significant negative influence on commitment. Additionally, knowledge sharing is found to have a positive impact on employee performance, while competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Moreover, commitment is found to have a positive influence on employee performance. Furthermore, commitment is identified as a mediating factor in the relationship between knowledge sharing and employee performance, but it does not mediate the effect of competence on employee performance.

The objective of this study is to assess the influence of knowledge sharing on employee performance via individual innovation capabilities at PPTQ Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. The research encompasses teachers from both junior high school (SMP) and senior high school (MA) levels as the target population. The sampling method utilized is non-probability sampling with a purposive approach, resulting in a total sample size of 65 respondents. The dataset comprises two types: primary data, acquired from respondent responses to questionnaires, and secondary data, sourced from PPTQ Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. Data analysis is conducted employing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The research outcomes disclose a favorable effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance through individual innovation capabilities within the context of PPTQ Darul Fikri Sidoarjo.
