Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM di Malang adalah menciptakan kemasan yang menarik khususnya produk makanan dan oleh-oleh khas Malang. Padahal peran kemasan sangat penting karena menciptakan kesan pertama bahkan sebelum produk dikonsumsi. Kemasan telah mendukung penciptaan nilai tambah bagi sebuah produk dari segi bentuk, warna, hingga grafisnya. Kemasan juga berfungsi dalam membangun indentitas sebuah produk. Indentitas yang tidak konsisten dapat menyebabkan konsumen kesulitan dalam mengenal produk tersebut. Program pengabdian ini akan melakukan proses redesign kemasan dari produk oleh-oleh khas di Malang. Program pengabdian ini akan dilakukan di Desa Gajahrejo terletak di Kecamatan Gedangan di Kabupaten Malang. Program pengabdian ini akan fokus bagaimana mendampingi pelaku UMKM di Desa Gajahrejo untuk mengembangkan desain kemasan yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan tingkat daya saing produk tersebut. Program pendampigan pada pelaku UMKM di Desa Gajahrejo yang terdiri dari: persepsi dan harapan UMKM terhadap kemasan yang ingin dihasilkan untuk produk dengan pengisian data. Luaran yang diharapkan dalam program ini adalah desain baru dari produk peserta pelatihan. Proses pemetaan produk-produk Desa Gajahrejo menemukan bahwa produk-produk yang dihasilkan disana memiliki kualitas yang baik dan potensial untuk dikembangkan. Pendampingan pembuatan kemasan produk Desa Gajahrejo sementara hanya fokus pada dua produk yaitu kopi dan nugget kulit pisang yang diyakini memiliki potensi untuk diterima di pasar. “Gajahrejo” merupakan merek (brand) yang akan digunakan untuk produk-produk Desa Gajahrejo. Meskipun hanya dua produk yang dikembangkan, pengemasan dengan berbagai volume dilakukan untuk produk-produk bervariasi.

Abstract

The business dynamics of the 21st century have led to sudden changes. This sudden shift manifested itself as a shift from industry-based business to technology and knowledge. The purpose of this research is to understand various aspects that support the practice of intellectual capital disclosure, intellectual capital measurement methods, barriers and challenges to intellectual capital disclosure, as well as guidelines that can be used for intellectual capital disclosure. This research uses the library method. The type of information used in this research is secondary information sourced from previous literature. The results of the study indicate that the practice of disclosing intellectual capital is very important. This is because intellectual capital is important and relevant information that must be known by stakeholders. Intellectual capital is taken into account in the decision-making process, which can help companies manage assets more optimally. Basically, the guidelines regarding intellectual capital in Indonesia are implicitly stated in PSAK 19. Keywords: Efficiency, Disclosure, Intellectual Capital

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with good economic growth, one of the main contributors of gross domestic product (GDP) is the tourism sector. The country's foreign exchange receipts from the sector continued to grow to US$ 16.11 Billion in 2018. The existence of tourist villages is now a concern of the government in increasing economic equality and reducing the Gini ratio from Indonesia. The potential of tourist villages is huge, about 1,734 potential tourist villages that have the potential to be developed salag the only one is Gajahrejo village located south of malang regency. Gajahrejo village has tremendous economic potential with its wealth and superior products. So, the creation of a website is one of the solutions to the economic improvement of Gajahrejo village. By using waterfall method in the development process that begins with analysis until maintenance is able to provide outstanding website results, by going through 3 stages namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. With the process and methods used produced a website that serves as a data center and the sale of products from Gajahrejo village as an effort to strengthen the branding of the village.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang cepat berubah dan memiliki sistem yang modern memiliki dampak yang meningkat pada efisiensi kerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Saat ini, kemampuan perusahaan untuk menggunakan alat pemasaran yang tepat melalui ruang virtual sangat penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam proses branding. Tujuan program pengabdian di Desa Gajahrejo yang mengangkat tema “Strategi E-Marketing Produk Olahan Kelapa Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) pada pelaku UMKM Desa Gajahrejo Kabupaten Malang” berusaha untuk memfasilitasi pelatihan guna menunjang produk desa, sehingga memberikan manfaat yang berkelanjutan kedepannya. Program pengabdian ini melibatkan beberapa pihak utama dalam menyukseskan kegiatan ini yaitu: UMKM dan usaha rumah tangga yang mengolah bahan kelapa menjadi Virgin Coconut Oil, pemerintah desa, dan pihak Universitas Negeri Malang.

Abstract

Business feasibility studies have an important role in the success of business actors in carrying out their business activities. The insights of this business feasibility study are expected to provide a change in the concept of thinking of entrepreneurs in achieving measurable success. The purpose of this community service is to provide insight for business actors regarding business feasibility studies to improve the quality and competitiveness of SMEs through BMC. Business planning and business feasibility tests through the BMC approach are considered very easy and complete so that they can accommodate a business plan with nine elements in the BMC dialog box. This community service activity was carried out on October 29, 2022 in Malang City with 25 participants. The result of service activities is that MSMEs managed by young entrepreneurs can understand the importance of business feasibility studies and apply business with a BMC approach. This community service activity does not only take place offline, but is continued with assistance to business actors in order to improve the quality and competitiveness of businesses so as to be able to build the economic welfare of the Indonesian people

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan sebuah solusi bagi keluarga untuk menciptakan kebebasan finansial, karena dengan berwirausaha mampu memberikan peluang lebih besar untuk mentarget keuntungan atau profit sesuai kebutuhan. Perencanaan keuangan dan kewirausahaan dalam mencapai kebebasan finansial keluarga, maka tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Negeri Malang merasa perlu adanya upaya terkait peningkatan kedua hal tersebut kepada masyarakat sebagai dorongan terciptanya kesejahteraan sosial yang lebih baik. Upaya tersebut khususnya akan dilakukan pada wilayah kabupaten malang. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), yaitu sebuah metode riset yang dilaksanakan secara partisipatif di antara warga masyarakat dalam suatu komunitas untuk mendorong terjadinya aksi-aksi transformatif dengan melakukan pembebasan masyarakat dari belenggu ideologi dan relasi kekuasan (perubahan kondisi hidup yang lebih baik). Keluarga sebagai entitas terkecil dalam masyarakat memiliki peran penting untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan sosial, sehingga kesejahteraan dari setiap keluarga di Indonesia menjadi cerminan atas tingkat kesejahteraan nasional

Abstract

Empowerment and sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is an important matter to pay attention to in order to improve people's welfare by alleviating poverty, increasing employment, and increasing people's living standards. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide socialization regarding entrepreneurial insights that focus on business management and development strategies. The methods used in this activity are situation analysis, counseling, and mentoring, as well as activity evaluation. The result of this service activity is that activity participants gain a good understanding of entrepreneurial insights through business management and development strategies so that they can maintain the continuity of their business

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic affects businesses facing the dilemma between the company's health and risks. This study aims to investigate the practice of CSR of food and beverage companies in Malang on the economic and social dimensions before and during the pandemic. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to the managers or owners of the companies. Thirty questionnaires were descriptively analyzed. The results of this study indicate that some companies in Malang increase their CSR quality during the pandemic, such as by adding CSR quantity, implementing health protocols inside their restaurants, maintaining product cleanliness, giving more attention to employees' health, and increasing more alms by distributing masks and vitamins to customers and the public.

Abstract

This community service programme aims to improve the welfare of the people of Jengglungharjo Village through strengthening MSMEs based on business digitalisation and sustainable tourism. This activity is carried out through a series of training, mentoring, and preliminary surveys involving various stakeholders, namely MSME players, the Village Government, and BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises). The main focus of the programme is to equip the community with digital skills to optimise local product marketing and promote village tourism potential. One of the main outputs of the programme is the development of a tourism village website, visitjengglungharjo.id, which not only provides tourism information but is also equipped with e-commerce features to market local products. The results of this implementation show an increase in community understanding in utilising digital technology, an increase in MSME product transactions through online platforms, as well as an increase in tourist visits. This programme proves that digitalisation can be an effective solution to expand the market reach of MSMEs while supporting sustainable tourism in rural areas

Abstract

Purpose: Increase the added value of coconut fiber waste in Rejosari village by processing waste using appropriate technology into cocopeat products. Method: This service activity uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model method, Participatory Technology Development Model, Community Development Model and Education in the implementation of its activities. Practical Application: The use of appropriate technology is expected to facilitate the processing of coconut coir waste into cocopeat. This technology can help process coconut fiber into fine granules in a short time. Conclusion: The application of appropriate technology in processing coconut coir waste into cocopeat can increase the value of the waste which was initially less than optimal. The processing of coconut fiber waste into cocopeat is expected to increase the income of the Rejosari Village community.
