Abstract

ABSTRAK Masa usia sekolah merupakan periode penting dalam perkembangan anak, di mana aspek fisik, kognitif, emosional, dan sosial berkembang secara signifikan. Optimalisasi perkembangan anak usia sekolah menjadi prioritas untuk memastikan anak mencapai potensi maksimalnya dalam berbagai dimensi kehidupan. Perkembangan anak usia sekolah yang tidak optimal dapat memberikan dampak negatif yang signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan anak, baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka Panjang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengoptimalisasi perkembangan anak usia sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui intervensi terintegrasi, diawali dengan Pendidikan Kesehatan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan terapi kelompok terapeutik dan terapi bermain. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 10 Desember 2024 di SDN Rawabunga 11 Jakarta Timur. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 60 anak usia sekolah. Setelah dilakukan Pendidikan Kesehatan dan terapi kelompok terapeutik, serta terapi bermain, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, psikomotor, bahasa, emosional, spiritual, dan psikososial pada anak usia sekolah.Optimalisasi perkembangan anak usia sekolah diharapkan mampu menciptakan individu yang sehat, berdaya saing, dan berkarakter kuat di masa depan. Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Sekolah,  Terapi  Bermain, Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik  ABSTRACT The school age period is an important period in a child's development, where physical, cognitive, emotional and social aspects develop significantly. Optimizing the development of school-aged children is a priority to ensure children reach their maximum potential in various dimensions of life. The suboptimal development of school age children can have a significant negative impact on various aspects of children's lives, both in the short and long term. The aim of this community service activity is to optimize the development of school-age children. The method of implementing activities is through integrated intervention, starting with Health Education, then continuing with therapeutic group therapy and play therapy. The activity was held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at SDN Rawabunga 11, East Jakarta. The participants involved were 60 school age children. After health education and therapeutic group therapy, as well as play therapy, there was an increase in cognitive, psychomotor, language, emotional, spiritual and psychosocial abilities in school-age children. Optimizing the development of school-age children is expected to be able to create healthy, competitive and characterful individualis strong in the future. Keywords: School Age Children, Play Therapy, Therapeutic Group Therapy

Abstract

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) can attack the nose, throat and lungs. The causes of ARI are bacteria, viruses and fungi. Children are vulnerable to ARI because their immunity is still low. The impact of ISPA if not treated immediately can cause more serious infections, namely lung infections, brain membranes, decreased consciousness, respiratory failure, and can even cause death. One of the appropriate nursing treatments for ISPA cases in children is eucalyptus oil steam therapy. Eucalyptus oil steam therapy is a therapy carried out by inhaling steam that comes from hot water vapor added with eucalyptus oil. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of eucalyptus oil steam therapy in reducing rhonchi sounds in patients at Hermina Bekasi Hospital. The respondents in this study were pediatric patients aged 2 years 8 months. Data from the patient's assessment was coughing up phlegm and crackles were heard in both lung fields. The primary nursing diagnosis is ineffective airway clearance. The nursing action taken was administering eucalyptus oil steam therapy. After administering eucalyptus oil steam therapy 3 x 24 hours with a frequency of 1 time a day for 5-10 minutes using 4-5 drops of eucalyptus oil by covering the head with a clean towel, the patient's ineffective airway cleaning resolved, characterized by coughing and rhonchi sounds in both lung fields. has decreased. Giving wood oil steam therapy is effective in reducing rhonchi sounds. It is hoped that patients and families will be able to apply eucalyptus oil steam therapy at home when their child experiences ARI.

Abstract

Abstract Adaptation is a form of healthy response to stress and as an improvement in homeostasis in the internal environmental system. Changes that occur during the development of the elderly are stressors for the elderly and require adaptation to complete their developmental tasks. Psychosocial development that occurs around the age of 60 and above, there is a conflict between Integrity vs. Despair. The aim of this research is to determine the adaptive capacity and development of self-integrity of elderly people in Rawabunga Village, East Jakarta. The research method used was cross sectional. The sample in this study was 27 elderly people. This research was conducted in January - June 2023. The questionnaire used was a sheet measuring the development of personal integrity and a sheet measuring adaptability used by (Guslinda, 2011). The results of the research show that the elderly's ability to adapt to all aspects of change is quite good and the average development of the elderly's self-integrity is good. It is hoped that the elderly will have the ability to adapt and develop good personal integrity, in order to avoid psychosocial problems of despair with the characteristics of behavioral deviations, such as: not having appropriate self-esteem, criticizing/regretting the life they have lived, feeling lost, having no meaning in life, still wanting doing more but feeling afraid of not having enough time, blaming yourself, others and the environment, isolating yourself and not accepting the arrival of death. Abstract

Bullying among female adolescents is a significant psychosocial issue that can lead to increased levels of anxiety, impaired self-esteem, and long-term emotional consequences. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive therapy combined with supportive therapy in reducing anxiety among female adolescents who have experienced bullying. Cognitive therapy focuses on restructuring maladaptive thought patterns, while supportive therapy emphasizes empathy, encouragement, and strengthening of coping skills. The research design used true experimental pre- post test with control group with a sample of 60 respondents and using random sampling techniques. The questionnaires used in this study were the Olweus Bully/Victims Questionnaire to determine adolescents who are victims of bullying and HARS (Hamilton anxiety raising scale) to determine the level of anxiety. The findings suggest that the integration of cognitive and supportive therapy offers a synergistic approach to addressing psychological distress caused by bullying, (pv = 0.048). A combination of cognitive therapy and supportive therapy is recommended to overcome mental health problems in adolescent victims of bullying.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mimisan atau epistaksis merupakan kondisi yang sering terjadi pada anak usia sekolah, terutama akibat faktor lingkungan, trauma ringan, atau kondisi medis tertentu. Penanganan mimisan yang tepat menjadi penting untuk mencegah komplikasi dan memberikan rasa aman bagi anak. Selain aspek medis, penanganan mimisan juga berkaitan erat dengan perkembangan psikososial anak, mengingat usia sekolah adalah tahap perkembangan yang kritis dalam membangun kemandirian, rasa percaya diri, dan kemampuan beradaptasi sosial. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk melakukan edukasi tentang penanganan mimisan yang meliputi pertolongan pertama, pemantauan kesehatan dan Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik (TKT) anak usia sekolah guna mendukung perkembangan psikososial anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan kesehatan dan TKT anak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 10 Desember 2024 di SDN Rawabunga 11, Jakarta Timur dihadiri oleh 30 anak. Setelah diberikan edukasi dan TKT anak, anak menjadi lebih paham mengenai penanganan mimisan dan implikasi psikososialnya, diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak usia sekolah. Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Sekolah, Mimisan, Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik  ABSTRACT Nosebleeds or epistaxis are conditions that often occur in school-aged children, especially due to environmental factors, minor trauma, or certain medical conditions. Proper handling of nosebleeds is important to prevent complications and provide a sense of security for the child. Apart from medical aspects, handling nosebleeds is also closely related to children's psychosocial development, considering that school age is a critical developmental stage in building independence, self-confidence and social adaptability. The aim of this community service activity is to provide education about handling nosebleeds which includes first aid, health monitoring and Therapeutic Group Therapy (TKT) for school-aged children to support children's psychosocial development. The methods used are health education and children's TKT. The activity was held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at SDN Rawabunga 11, East Jakarta, attended by 30 children. After being given education and TKT for children, children will understand more about handling nosebleeds and their psychosocial implications, it is hoped that this can help improve the quality of life of school-aged children. Keywords: School age children, nosebleeds, Therapeutic Group Therapy

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bullying is aggressive behavior that is done intentionally and repeatedly against someone who is weaker or unable to defend themselves. Bullying has a negative impact on adolescents, one of which is feelings of anxiety that can affect academic achievement, prolonged stress that makes adolescents feel uncomfortable and unable to focus on learning. Therefore, nursing actions are needed to reduce the level of anxiety for adolescent victims of bullying. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of cognitive therapy and supportive therapy on anxiety in adolescent victims of bullying. The research design used was True Experimental Pre-Post Test With Control Group with  sample 60 respondents and using random sampling techniques. The study was conducted in January - April 2025 in the East Jakarta area. The questionnaire used in this research was the Olweus Bully / Victims Questionnaire to determine adolescents who were victims of bullying and HARS (Hamilton anxiety raing scale) to determine the level of anxiety. The results showed that cognitive therapy and supportive therapy significantly reduced the level of anxiety in adolescent victims of bullying (pv = 0.048). A combination of cognitive therapy and supportive therapy is recommended to overcome mental health problems in adolescent victims of bullying. Keywords: Anxiety, Bullying, Cognitive Therapy, Supportive Therapy.  ABSTRAK Bullying merupakan perilaku agresif yang dilakukan secara sengaja dan berulang-ulang terhadap seseorang yang lebih lemah atau tidak mampu membela diri. Bullying  menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi remaja, salah satunya adalah perasaan cemas yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi akademik, stress berkepanjangan yang membuat remaja merasa tidak nyaman dan tidak focus dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan tindakan keperawatan untuk menurunkan tingkat ansietas bagi remaja korban bullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi kognitif dan terapi suportif terhadap ansietas remaja korban bullying. Desain penelitian yang dipakai adalah true experimental pre-post test with control group dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang remaja  dan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada Januari sampai April 2025 di Wilayah Jakarta Timur. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Olweus Bully/Victims Questionare untuk mengetahui remaja yang menjadi korban bullying dan HARS (Hamilton anxietyraing scale) untuk mengetahui tingkat ansietas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terapi kognitif dan terapi suportif signifikan menurunkan tingkat ansietas pada remaja korban bullying (pv=0,048). Kombinasi terapi kognitif dan terapi suportif direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan jiwa pada remaja korban bullying.  Kata Kunci: Ansietas, Bullying, Terapi Kognitif, Terapi Suportif.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan ibu merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup keluarga, karena ibu memiliki peran sentral dalam aspek pengasuhan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan sosial-ekonomi rumah tangga. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini supaya ibu memiliki kemampuan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dimulai dari pre test, pemberian materi tentang gaya hidup sehat, deteksi dini kanker serviks, melatih pengecekan gula darah sewaktu dan terapi suportif guna meningkatkan kesehatan mental ibu, serta post test. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Rabu, 5 November 2025 di Puskesmas Kelurahan Rawa Bunga, Jakarta Timur. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 30 ibu usia subur dan 3 Kader Kesehatan. Hasil menunjukkan setelah di lakukan edukasi Kesehatan pada ibu, terlihat peningkatan yang signifikan pada aspek kognitif dan psikomotor ibu. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa peningkatan kapasitas ibu melalui edukasi kesehatan, pelatihan keterampilan pemeriksaan mandiri, dan penguatan dukungan psikologis dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun keluarga yang sehat, mandiri, dan berkualitas. Program pemberdayaan berbasis keluarga diharapkan dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan oleh lembaga kesehatan dan pemerintah daerah untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Ibu, Gaya Hidup Sehat, Kualitas Hidup Keluarga, Kesehatan Reproduksi, Terapi Suportif.  ABSTRACT Maternal empowerment is an important strategy in improving the quality of family life, because mothers have a central role in the aspects of caregiving, health, and socio-economic welfare of the household. The purpose of this community service activity is so that mothers have the ability to improve the quality of family life. The method of implementation of this activity starts with a pre-test, providing material on a healthy lifestyle, early detection of cervical cancer, training in checking random blood sugar and supportive therapy to improve maternal mental health, and a post-test. The activity was held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at the Rawa Bunga Village Health Center, East Jakarta. Participants involved were 30 women of childbearing age and 3 Health Cadres. The results showed that after the health education for mothers, there was a significant increase in cognitive and psychomotor skills in mothers. The conclusion of this activity is that increasing maternal capacity through health education, self-examination skills training, and strengthening psychological support can be an effective strategy in building healthy, independent, and quality families. Family-based empowerment programs are expected to be implemented sustainably by health institutions and local governments to create a prosperous society. Keywords: Maternal Empowerment, Healthy Lifestyle, Family Quality Of Life, Reproductive Health, Supportive Therapy.
