Abstract

The problem in this study is the low interest in revisiting tourist objects Kuningan Botanical Gardens. The research objectives are: (1) to analyze the effect of image destination for repeat visits; (2) analyzing the effect of perceived value on the image of the destination; (3) analyze the effect of satisfaction on destination image; (4) analyzing the effect of experience quality on perceived value; (5) analyze the effect of experience quality on satisfaction; (6) analyze perceived value and image of the destination in mediating the influence of experience quality to interest in repeat visits; (7) analyze the satisfaction and image of the destination in mediate the effect of experience quality on intention to revisit. The research population includes all tourists who have visited the object Kuningan Botanical Garden Tourism (starting as a tourist attraction until now) namely as many as 87,288 visitors. The sampling technique uses sampling incidental (visitors encountered by chance). Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that samples are found as many as 400 tourists. Methods of data analysis using SEM analysis with analysis tool in the form of SmartPLS. The results of the study: (1) destination image has a significant positive effect on interest revisit; (2) perceived value has a significant positive effect on image destination; (3) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on destination image; (4) experience quality has a positive and significant effect on perceived value; (5) experience quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction; (6) perception the value and image of the destination are able to mediate the effect of experience quality on interest in repeat visits; (7) satisfaction and destination image are able to mediate influence experience quality on intention to revisit. Abstract

Learning that is passive and does not provide direct experience to students is the cause of low students' science process skills. This study aims to determine the effect of the Children Learning In Science learning model on science process skills. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is to use a Quasi Experimental Design with the type of pretest-posttest control group design research. The subjects in this study were 33 students in class VA as the experimental class and 29 students in class V B as the control class. The results showed that there were differences in science process skills and differences in improving science process skills between the experimental class. This shows that the Children Learning In Science learning model can have an impact on the science process skills of students who use the Children Learning In Science learning model. Thus, fathers/mothers of teachers who are going to ban science, especially those who want to improve their science process skills, would be a good step, to try to apply the Children Learning In Science learning model.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan inovasi dan lapangan kerja yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Akan tetapi permasalahannya adalah rendahnya intensi berwirausaha pada masyarakat, dimana intensi berwirausaha berfungsi sebagai indikasi awalseseorang bertindak sebagai wirausahawan atau tidak, dan menunjukkan bagaimana seseorang berusaha dengan keras untuk mencapai tujuan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan intensi berwirausahaan mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen FEB Universitas Kuningan dan juga mengetahui bagaimana pendidikan kewirausahaan dan media sosial mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha melalui literasi keuangan sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Manajemen FEB Universitas Kuningan angkatan 2020-2021 yang berjumlah 812 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan angket kepada mahasiswa Manajemen FEB Universitas Kuningan angkatan 2020-2021. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah random sampling, dengan jumlah mahasiswa yang dipilih sebanyak 268 siswa. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan tiga poin utama: pertama, pendidikan kewirausahaan berdampak positif dan signifikan meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha; kedua, media sosial berperan positif dan signifikan dalam mendorong intensi berwirausaha; ketiga, literasi keuangan bertindak sebagai faktor mediasi antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan intensi berwirausaha; keempat, literasi keuangan menjadi mediator antara media sosial dan intensi berwirausaha. Untuk meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha dapat dilakukan pelatihan, seminar, workshop literasi keuangan, literasi digital serta kwirausahaan.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan sangat berkaitan erat dengan mutu sekolah dan kepala sekolah sebagai manager pada sekolah dituntut untuk dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dengan maksimal dalam upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajerial kepala sekolah, jiwa kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dan supervisi pendidik baik secara bersama-sama/simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap mutu sekolah pada sekolah menengah pertama se-Kabupaten Majalengka. Populasi sekolah yang ada di kabupaten majalengka yaitu sebanyak 126 sekolah dan peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 56 sekolah dengan responden guru sebanyak 224. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan managerial kepala sekolah, jiwa kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dan supervisi pendidik baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap mutu sekolah. Prosentase keberpengaruhan managerial kepala sekolah, jiwa kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dan supervisi pendidik sebesar 58,5 %, dan secara parsial pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan kepala sekolah lebih kecil pengaruhnya terhadap mutu sekolah dibandingkan dengan variabel yang lainnya.

Abstract

Makalah ini mengkaji penerapan Kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran guru IPS SMP. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran IPS di MGMP SMP Gugus Cilimus Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif yang melibatkan 17 guru IPS SMP Gugus Cilimus selama kegiatan MGMP. Data diambil dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Ditemukan bahwa semua SMP di Gugus Cilimus telah menerapkan Kurikulum 2013. Penerapan Kurikulum 2013 oleh guru IPS melalui tiga proses yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran Scientific dan penilaian secara pendekatan penilaian autentik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan kurikulum 2013 terasa belum maksimal dengan masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung disekolah terpencil, materi yang wajib dikuasi siswa terlalu banyak, guru terbebani dengan banyaknya penilaian dan tidak dilibatkan dalam pembuatan kurikulum. Dampak dari penelitian ini mampu lebih meningkatkan guru untuk mengembangkan diri dan sekolah lebih memperhatikan penerapan dan evaluasi dari kurikulum yang sedang digunakan.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low numeracy skills of students in economic subjects at SMA 2 Kuningan which was known through pre-research conducted. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using educational game-based technology learning media on students' numeracy skills in economic subjects in class XII SMAN 2 Kuningan Regency. The method used in this research is experimental method. The number of respondents in each class was 32 students each. Data processing methodology begins with instrument testing (including validity and reliability tests) followed by prerequisite assessment in the form of normality and homogeneity tests. Hypothesis testing using t-test and n-gain. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there are significant differences in learning outcomes between students who utilize technology-based educational games and students who do not utilize technology-based educational games. These results indicate a difference in learning outcomes and numeracy skills between students who use technology-based educational games and those who do not. The results showed that the average normalized gain score of the experimental class of 76.76% was included in the effective category based on the interpretation of the effectiveness gain index. Therefore, it can be concluded that the integration of technology-based educational games is efficacious in improving students' numeracy skills in class XII economics subjects at SMAN 2 Kuningan

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah tingkat resiliensi mahasiswa yang cenderung masih rendah. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh perilaku mahasiswa yang tidak percaya dengan kemampuan diri sehingga memilih untuk mencontek saat mengerjakan tugas dan ujian. Selain itu ketidakpercayaan diri atas kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa juga terlihat saat aktifitas pembelajaran didalam kelas, aktivitas bertanya dan analisa sebagai aktivitas yang memberatkan, serta rendahnya daya juang siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap tingat resiliensi mahasiswa FKIP UNIKU. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi yaitu seluruh mahasiswa FKIP UNIKU tingkat I angkatan 2021/2022 sebanyak 305 orang mahasiswa yang berasal dari Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan Biologi, Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris dan Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia. Sedangkan sampel yang diperoleh berdasarkan rumus slovin, diperoleh ukuran sampel sebanyak 173 orang mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur skala sikap, perilaku dan kognitif dengan 5 (lima) alternatif jawaban. Adapun Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan path analysis (analisis jalur). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengujian diketahui bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap tingkat resiliensi mahasiswa. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa maka tingkat resiliensi yang dimiliki mahasiswa juga akan semakin baik. Kata kunci: kecerdasan emosional; kecerdasan spiritual; resiliensi AbstractThe problem behind this research is the level of resilience of students who tend to be still low. This is shown by the behavior of students who do not believe in their own abilities so they choose to cheat when doing assignments and exams. In addition, the lack of self-confidence in the abilities possessed by students is also seen during learning activities in the classroom, questioning and analyzing activities as burdensome activities, and the low fighting power of students in completing tasks given by lecturers. This study aims to determine how the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the resilience. The method used in this research is a survey method with descriptive and verification analysis with the population, namely all FKIP UNIKU level I students in the 2021/2022 batch of 305 students from the Economics Education, Biology Education, Mathematics Education, English Education and Indonesian Language Education Study Programs. Meanwhile, the sample obtained based on the Slovin formula, obtained a sample size of 173 students. The sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in this study is to use a questionnaire that measures attitude, behavior and cognitive scales with 5 alternative. The data analysis technique used is to use path analysis. Based on the results of the research, it is known that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence affect the level of student resilience. Abstract

Education is one of the important sectors in the development of a country. Indonesian education is faced with various challenges, both internal and external challenges. Indonesian Government Regulation (PP) Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education being changes policy Number 4 of 2022. This changes cause uncertainty legally and administratively in formal carry out educational activities. Several important changes have been noted in PP 57 of 2021 concerning National Education period 4 of 2022. These changes include curriculum adjustments, building an assessment system, increasing the quality of the number of teachers and teaching staff and changes in education management at the school National level. With the issue arise, there is need for analyze the changes made in PP 57 of 2021 and their impact on national education system. This research aim to investigates the impact of implementation new regulation policy Number 4 of 2022. The method used is literature study. The results show that there’s have been significant changes in PP 57 of 2021 which affect various positive aspects of national education system. Adjusting the curriculum, improving the quality of teachers, and developing evaluations are important steps in improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Finance and funds are resources that directly support the effectiveness and efficiency of education delivery. Schools must be able to plan, implement, evaluate, and be accountable. This study uses literature studies in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the research topic. The constitutional value guarantee for education funding is Article 31 (2) UUD 1945, Law No. 49 of 2003, Law No. 34 of 2003, and Law No. 20 of 2003. The state is responsible for financing education by dividing the education budget into APBN (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara) and APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah). Education financing policies are determined on the basis of fairness, decency and the principle of continuity. Those responsible for education financing are: the government and local government, the community or educational units of parents and assistance activated from other parties.
