Abstract

ABSTRAK: Pendidikan memiliki peran penting untuk mengembangkan segala potensi yang dimiliki siswa baik secara intelektual, spiritual, dan moral. Namun,siswa masih sering mendapatkan hasil pembelajaran yang rendah, terkhusus pada materi karya ilmiah. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini yaitu utuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa melalui model problem based learning dengan pendekatan TaRL. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan siswa sebanyak 37 siswa di kelas XI 9. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi keaktifan, hasil belajar siswa, dan dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XI 9 memiliki kekatifan dan hasil belajar yang rendah dengan rata-rata nilai Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus pertama, keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa masih rendah 64,00. Kemudian diterapkan Kembali siklus dua dengan perbaikan pendalaman materi, barulah terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dengan hasil rata-rata 82,11. Hal tersebut didukung dengan hasil uji-t yaitu  nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, penerapan model PBL dengan pendekatan TaRL dalam upaya meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa terbukti berhasil dan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa. KATA KUNCI: Hasil Belajar, Keaktifan Pendidikan, Penilitian Tindakan Kelas, Problem Based Learning, Teaching at The Right Level. >  EFFORTS TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN GRADE XI 9 ON THE STRUCTURE AND LANGUAGE MATERIAL OF SCIENTIFIC WORKS USING THE TARL APPROACH   ABSTRACT: Education has an important role to develop all potentials possessed by students both intellectually, spiritually, and morally. However, students still often get low learning outcomes, especially in scientific work material. The purpose of this study is to improve student activity and learning outcomes through the problem based learning model with the TaRL approach. The study was conducted in two cycles with 37 students in class XI 9. Data collection was carried out through observation of activity, student learning outcomes, and documentation of learning activities. The results of the study showed that students in class XI 9 had low activity and learning outcomes with an average value of The results of the study showed that in the first cycle, student activity and learning outcomes were still low at 64.00. Then the second cycle was re-applied with improvements in the depth of the material, only then was there a significant increase with an average result of 82.11. This is supported by the results of the t-test, namely a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). So it can be concluded that the application of the PBL model with the TaRL approach in an effort to improve student activity and learning outcomes has proven successful and can be used as a reference in improving student activity and learning outcomes. Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia also faced a tendency to increase the number of cases. Stigma that arises from the community both to patients and health workers will actually have an impact on nurses' psychology such as feelings of guilt, anxiety, fear, feeling as a source of disease transmission. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of social stigma on nurses' coping with stress in handling Covid-19. This study used a correlative quantitative approach with a sample of 101 nurses. Questionnaires are used as instruments in data collection. This study uses the SPSS 20 application to perform statistical tests in the analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the probability number obtained is p of 0.015 < from the value of (0.05) then this means that the emergence of social stigma affects nurses' coping stress in handling COVID-19. The figure of the coefficient of determination (r square) means that Social stigma variable affects coping stress in handling covid-19 at Tk II Hospital dr. Soedjono Magelang by 5.9%, while the remaining 94.1% is influenced by other variables outside of factors or variables that are not examined. Further research is needed, especially factors that were not investigated in this study such as gender, age, education, and social support.
