Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Identified and analyzed the factors that would influences external and internal environment of SMEs in order to maintain their competitive advantages; (2) to found and analyzed what kind of effort that SMEs and government does in order to maintain and supporting the competitive advantage of SMEs at Gorontalo; (3) to analyzed the competitive advantage strategy of SMEs to winning the competition. The method used in this research is a survey method by doing data collection from interviewing, observation, and questionnaire spread up. Analysis doing by identified current external and internal environment, until move to the particular circumstances of competitive advantage strategy in the future. In order to formulating the competitive advantage strategy, researcher used SWOT analysis. The result shown, to achieve competitive advantage between competitors, SMEs must use œaggressiveœ Strategy which is by decreasing a cost, create new product, quality improvement, market expansion. In addition another strategy based on SWOT matrix that could used to achieve competitive advantage are: create a fresh business plan; get more credit to have more capital; fixing and improving product quality; labor insurance (work safety); enter and conquer the market; service quality improvement; and promotion intensity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan (1) efektivitas saluran distribusi di PT. Awet Sarana Sukses Kota Gorontalo (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi saluran distribusi di PT. Awet Sarana Sukses Kota Gorontalo . Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif statistik. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1)       Rata-rata skor efektivitas saluran distribusi di PT. Awet Sarana Sukses Kota Gorontalo sebesar 91,02% yang berada pada kriteria yang “efektif”. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa PT. Awet Sarana Sukses Kota Gorontalo mampu untuk melakukan distribusi dengan baik sesuai dengan target dimana Jenis saluran distribusi yang di terapkan PT. awet Sarana Sukses adalah saluran distribusi intensif dimana strategi distribusi yang menempatkan produknya pada banyak otlet/toko dan pengecer diberbagai tempat. Distribusi intensif ini efektif digunakan untuk barang-barang convenience atau barang-barang kebutuhan sehari-hari yang tidak memakan tempat dan tidak memerlukan keahlian tenaga penjual, seperti rokok, sabun mandi, dan sembako. (2) Rata-rata skor Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi saluran distribusi di PT. Awet Sarana Sukses Kota Gorontalo sebesar 88,12% yang berada pada kriteria yang “cukup efektif”. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa faktor penting dalam saluran distribusi adalah pasar, produk, perantara dan perusahaan dimana dari empat aspek ini faktor perantara dan produk sudah mencapai hasil yang terbaik (efektif), namun untuk pasar dan perusahaan masih belum maksimal. Faktor perusahaan menjadi paling krusial pengaruhnya karena perusahaan harus lebih optimal dalam melakukan manajemen dan pengendalian intern dalam salurran distribusi yang konkritnya dengan melakukan pemetaan saluran distribusi berdasarkan aspek geografis wilayah Provinsi Gorontalo dan mengadopsi dua cara dalam distribusi yakni intensif dan selektif serta meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana untuk distribusi yang lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga sumbangan margin pemasaran dapat diperoleh sebagai nilai tambah ekonomis bagi PT. Awet Sarana Sukses Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Strategi Diferensiasi Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen yang membeli produk usaha Sore Drink di Kota Gorontalo. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Lemeshow karena jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui, sehingga jumlah responden berjumlah 96. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Diferensiasi Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan atau angka R Square dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,597 atau sebesar 59,7%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 59,7% variabilitas Kepuasan Konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh Diferensiasi Produk, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa pengguna Smartphone Xiaomi Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) citra merek berperngaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) harga berperngaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan 3) citra merek dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 56,5 %. yang berarti variabilitas keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh citra merek dan harga sebesar 56,5 %. Abstract

This study aims at finding out the actual condition of community empowerment activity and improvement of productive economic activities through village funds financing and gaining information on Village Funds management to increase productive economy in the village level. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach using Milles and Huberman as its method of analysis. This study finds that village funds financing is able to improve people’s welfare. This is evident from various achievement of the government of Bone Bolango regency. The success of this village funds in improving people’s welfare has made the central government to increase the village allocation funds for this regency annually. This village allocation fund is distributed through two channels: 1) direct disbursement for productive economic activities (grant), (2) fund disbursement for productive economic activity through Village Owned Enterprise (Hereinafter will be referred as BUMDes). To optimize this village funds management, several strategic steps such as: 1) increasing the capacity of village institution; 2). Establishment of Business Units as a joint working group needs to be done.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously the brand image of SMI products, investment through government capital assistance and zakat routines to increase the sales volume of IKM food processed products in Gorontalo Regency. The results showed (1) Simultaneously the brand image of IKM products, investment through government capital assistance and zakat routines simultaneously had a significant effect on the increase in sales volume of IKM food processed products in Gorontalo Regency. (2) partially brand image has a significant positive effect on the increase in sales volume of SMI food processed products in Gorontalo Regency. Investment through government capital assistance has not a significant positive effect on the increase in the sales volume of SMI food processed products in Gorontalo Regency. Zakat routine has a significant positive effect on the increase in the sales volume of SMI processed food products in Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out: 1). partial influence and simultaneous individual factors (personal) partially Sociological (Sociological) and environment (Environmental) towards interest student entrepreneurship from Gorontalo State University. The population of this study was all State University students Gorontalo. The sampling technique is done by purposive method sampling of 98 respondents / students with the criteria of students ever get a student entrepreneurship program grant and ever take part in entrepreneurship courses. Hypothesis testing is done with using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test (ANOVA). The results of the study obtained the regression model equation is Ŷ = 0.873 + 0.186X 1 + 0.279X 2 + 0.085X 3 + e, Based on the partial test (calculated t test) obtained that that individual (personal), Sociological (Sociological) and environmental factors (Environmental) partially influences the interest in entrepreneurship Gorontalo State University students. ANOVA test (calculated F test) was concluded that individual (personal), Sociological (Sociological) and environmental factors (Environmental) together have an effect on interest entrepreneurship for students at Gorontalo State University. Results regression model this research proved to be correct and feasible to use for forecasting. From the results this test is obtained by the coefficient of determination (R²) or the factor contribution value individuals (personal), Sociological (Sociological) and environment (Environmental) amounting to 0.506 or 50.6% while the remaining 0.494 or 49.4% in the form contributions from other factors not examined such as motivation, knowledge, education, and others. Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the abilities obtained by students when they became members of a student cooperative and the role of student cooperatives in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit for students. The research design used in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach. The location of the research was carried out at the student cooperative of the University of Gorontalo. The data collection techniques used in this study were direct observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used by researchers are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that: 1) the abilities obtained by members in student cooperatives include Leadership abilities (leadership), the ability to control themselves and the ability to communicate (public speaking), 2) the existence of student cooperatives is one indicator that the role of student cooperatives can increase the spirit of entrepreneurship among students. As previously explained, the existence of student cooperatives is not just a process of running the cooperative, but more importantly, there is a domino effect obtained by students, which is to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship. In order to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship and running cooperatives, the University of Gorontalo student cooperatives design and run various programs as a support in forming the spirit and knowledge of entrepreneurship or the procedures for running cooperatives that are good and right in various ways, for example making seminars.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja bisnis (Studi Kasus pada Pelaku Usaha Cafe di Kota Gorontalo secara parsial maupun simultan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis kuantitatif inferensial regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis pada Pelaku usaha Cafe di Kota Gorontalo dengan nilai koefisien determinasi parsial sebesar 24,60%. (2) Orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis pada Pelaku usaha Cafe di Kota Gorontalo dengan nilai koefisien determinasi parsial sebesar 23,90%. (3) Orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis pada Pelaku usaha Cafe di Kota Gorontalo. Nilai koefisien determinasi 48,50% sehingga sisanya sebesar 52,50% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti kemampuan manajemen, strategi bisnis, modal sosial, kearifan lokal dan efektivitas bauran pemasaran. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Bisnis, Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar

Abstract

Bongo Village Doulan Village, Bokat Subdistrict, Buol Regency are categorized as remote because of their hilly and coastal geography. The majority of the population is fishermen and traditional farmers. The spread of MSMEs in the village is very large, but the level of income and welfare remains low because the products sold have no added value, are not diversified and there is no production technology intervention. This is exacerbated by the lack of skilled labor, limited means of production and narrow marketing network. This program aims to increase the income of groups of MSME business actors and craftsmen, mostly women (wives and young women) from farming and fishing families. Gender empowerment is intended so that they contribute to the improvement of the family economy. This can be achieved if the craftsmen have the knowledge and skills to produce products that are tested for quality, are attractive and reach a wide marketing network. The results of the service achievements show that 1). The achievements of the planned program are well completed; 2) The realization of the Fish-Based Home Industry Food Processing (IRT) training program for business actors in both villages with visible and measurable changes in the behavior of business actors in maximizing the production process by paying attention to environmentally friendly concepts.
