Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Sosial Media dan E-Money berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel responden pelanggan Café Justmie Kota Gorontalo. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel non probability sampling dan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Sosial Media berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung 2,889 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,661, sedangkan E-Money berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying dengan nilai t hitung 7,722 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,661. Sedaangkan hasil penelitian uji F menunjukan F hitung 29,407 lebih besar dari F tabel 3,09 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Artinya Sosial Media dan E-Money secara simultan mempengaruhi Impulse Buying pelanggan Café Justmie Kota Gorontalo. Nilai R Square dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Sosial Media dan E-Money dalam menjelaskan variabel Impulse Buying sebesar 0,547 atau 54,7% masuk kategori sedangkan, 45,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini seperti variabel cashback dan price discount. Abstract

This study aims to 1). analyze and find out what factors affect the internal and external environment in order to maintain the competitive advantage of SMI, Karawo handicraft industry ?; 2). find out and analyze what efforts were made by both business people (SMI) and local governments in order to maintain and support competitive advantage from SMI, Karawo handicraft industry in Gorontalo City; 3). analyze the competitive advantage strategy that is carried out by every SMI in Gorontalo city in winning the competition. The method used in this study is a survey method by conducting data collection techniques through interviews, observation and through questionnaires. The assessment is carried out by identifying the current internal and external environment so as to achieve the conditions expected in the future related to the competitive advantage strategy of the Karawo handicraft industry in Gorontalo City. To analyze these factors in order to formulate a competitive advantage strategy for SMI, especially the Karawo handicraft industry, it is carried out with a SWOT Analysis approach. The results show that the strategy to achieve the competitive advantage of the furniture industry in Gorontalo in the future can be done with Turnaround strategy, namely the way the internal approach can be done is by shortening the production chain that has been producing Karawo embroidery requires different skills and craftsmen. through this strategy or stage, it can be done by one of the craftsmen. The second stage is externally through a process of training and mentoring by universities, local governments and entrepreneurs to conduct training for mothers, the younger generation to train the process of slicing and embroidering in other words creating new craftsmen and fostering the interest of young people to like and use products The Karawo.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program kegiatan ini adalah memberikan dorongan/ spirit kepada kelompok tani/ usaha lebah madu untuk meningkatkan produktifitasnya dalam rangka peningkatan ekonomi tani lebah madu dan masyarakat desa Maleo pada umumnya melalui budidaya/ ternak lebah madu. Hal ini bisa dicapai bila para petani lebah memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagaimana menghasilkan produk yang teruji kualitasnya tidak hanya hasil produksi utama yakni madu akan tetapi juga meliputi Lilin, Propolis, Royal Jelly, dan Tepung Sari/ Pollen yang juga dihasilkan dari lebah madu. Kelompok masyarakat sasaran adalah masyarakat petani yang telah memiliki usaha ternak lebah madu tetapi membutuhkan pendampingan untuk melakukan kegiatan peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran hasil produksinya. Keberadaan program ini diharapkan akan membantu kelompok tani lebah madu dengan memberikan metode pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis produksi dan pengemasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar diversifikasi produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 96 sampel responden konsumen Mixue di Kota Gorontalo. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel non probability sampling dan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial diversifikasi produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian ditunjukkan dengan nilai  t hitung 3,005 > 1,66088 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Sedangkan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung 4,482 > 1,66088 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung 86,588 > 3,09 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya diversifikasi produk dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai R Square dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel diverifikasi produk dan harga dalam menjelaskan variabel keputusan pembelian diperoleh sebesar 0,648 atau 64,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,352 atau 35,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing on Purchase Interest with Consumer Satisfaction as a Mediator at the Tropical Space Coffee Shop. The approach in this study is quantitative with a correlational method. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. The number of samples was 75 people obtained through a saturated sampling process. Data analysis in this study was quantitative inferential path analysis. The results of the study show that (1) Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 28.60%. (2) Experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 41.90%. (3) Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 19.50%. (4) Experiential marketing has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 7.60%. (5) Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 50.40%. (6) Store atmosphere through consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 33.90%. The results of a significant influence mean that consumer satisfaction is able to be a good intervening variable in increasing the influence of store atmosphere on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop. (7) Experiential marketing through consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop with a path coefficient of 28.70%. The results of a significant influence mean that consumer satisfaction is able to be a good intervening variable in increasing the influence of experiential marketing on consumer purchasing interest at the Tropical Space coffee shop.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously the brand image of SMI products, investment through government capital assistance and zakat routines to increase the sales volume of IKM food processed products in Gorontalo Regency. The results showed (1) Simultaneously the brand image of IKM products, investment through government capital assistance and zakat routines simultaneously had a significant effect on the increase in sales volume of IKM food processed products in Gorontalo Regency. (2) partially brand image has a significant positive effect on the increase in sales volume of SMI food processed products in Gorontalo Regency. Investment through government capital assistance has not a significant positive effect on the increase in the sales volume of SMI food processed products in Gorontalo Regency. Zakat routine has a significant positive effect on the increase in the sales volume of SMI processed food products in Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to implement an application of the management models; micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises based on economic potential. The research applies a qualitative descriptive approach and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research has taken place at Bone Bolango Regency, Sulawesi, Indonesia. The result of the study shows that variable human resources and production operation are effective other three variables’ marketing, financial management, and institution are shows not that effective yet through the management model. This research finding shows that these fish farming enterprises have several challenges but through ability mind set increasing networking (AMIN) strategy, which is an effort in increasing the capacity and the ability of the businessmen in managing the productions, operational, administration management, financial and digital modernizations, and marketing network that will factually implicate in increasing the Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises’ performance.

Abstract

Research aims to examine and confirm in manner of empiric (1) whether the compensation has direct and positive effect on the implementation of entrepreneurial government; (2) whether the applicationof compensation system directly and positively influences the performances of local government officers; (3) whether the implementation of entrepreneurial government effects directs and positives manners onthe performance of local government officers; (4) whether the compensation gives effect indirectly and positively on the performance of government officers through the implementation of entrepreneurial governmentas intervening variables Results of research indicate that: (1) the compensation provision system consisting of local performance benefit (TKD), promotion, self development, admission, and facility, provideseffect directly and positively to the implementation of entrepreneurial government; (2) the compensation provision system consisting of local performance benefit (TKD), promotion, self development, admission,and facility, gives effect directly and positively to the performance of local government officers; (3) the implementation of entrepreneurial government applied and prevailed into the organization life of the localgovernment of Gorontalo Province has direct and positive effect on the performance of local government officers; (4) the provision of compensation extends positively indirect effec on the improvement of theperformance of local government officers through the implementation of entrepreneurial government.

Abstract

Interoperability is a vital strategic component in the digital payment ecosystem in Indonesia, and QRIS is a concrete manifestation of this strategic project. This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) on the Behavioral Intention of QRIS users. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents who are QRIS users in Gorontalo City, determined through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-based questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results show that PEOU and PU have a significant effect on the Behavioral Intention of QRIS users. In addition, both technology acceptance variables simultaneously drive Behavioral Intention with a significance value of 82.5%, indicating the significant influence of this technology acceptance among the Gorontalo community

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of human resource development (HRD) strategies based on education and training on lecturer quality in higher education institutions in Gorontalo, with organizational support as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach and correlational method, data were collected from 84 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that both education- and training-based HRD strategies have a significant positive effect on organizational support. However, their direct effects on lecturer quality are not significant. Organizational support has a significant positive effect on lecturer quality and significantly mediates the relationship between HRD strategies and lecturer quality. These findings highlight the crucial role of organizational support in enhancing the effectiveness of HRD strategies in improving lecturer quality in higher education institutions.
