Abstract

The program to help students learn is a community service carried out at SD Negeri 057239 Sekoci, Besitang District, which is located at Sukaramai Hamlet, Sekoci Village, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. for 1 month starting from March 31, 2021 to May 6, 2021. The activities carried out in this service are teaching and learning activities at home and helping students in doing school assignments which are carried out for 1 month. The material comes from thematic books and guidebooks from schools. In the implementation of this Community Service there are several obstacles such as: The distance to teaching at home between classes 3,4 and 5 is very far in insufficient time, Lack of attention from students in learning at home, students' awareness of their responsibility in doing assignments is still lacking, lack of communication and parental attention to their children.

Abstract

The program to help students learn is a community service carried out at SD Tunas Harapan Tanjung Anom, which is located at Jl.  Griya Permata II housing, Durian Jangak, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra,   for 1 month starting from August 16, 2021 until August 22, 2021. The activities carried out in this service are teaching and learning activities in schools and assisting students in doing school assignments which are carried out for 1 month.  Teachers or students can combine face-to-face learning and online learning which is called blended learning.  Blended learning can bemake it easier for students and teachers to share and receive materials online.  In addition to students can using advanced technology when learning online, students can still learn face to face directly.  The material comes from thematic books and guide books from schools.  In the implementation of this service, there are several obstacles such as: inadequate facilities, lack of attention from students in studying at home, lack of awareness of students about their responsibilities in doing assignments, lack of communication and parental attention to their children.

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of interest rate, world oil price, and world gold price on joint stock price index with inflation as a moderating variables in Indonesia. Population in this research is Indonesia and 20 of them were selected to be the samples for this research through purposive sampling technique. Estimates conducted by the multiple regression analysis. The data that were used in this study were secondary data, consisted of Interest Rate, World Oil Price, and World Gold Price to Joint Stock Price Index for the year 2000-2019. The results of this research, that Based on the partial test (t test), the Interest Rate variable has no significant effect while the World Oil Price and World Gold Price have a significant effect on the variables of the Joint Stock Price Index in Indonesia, the simultan test (F test), Interest Rate, World Oil Price and World Gold Price have a significant effect on the variables of the Joint Stock Price Index. The inflation are unable to moderate the relationship between interest rate, world oil price and world gold price on the joint stock price index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management information technology and intellectual intelligence on the work productivity of employees of PT. Perintis Perkasa Medan. The decline in employee work productivity is due to management information technology and intellectual intelligence. The population in this study was: 128 employees. The number of samples in this study was 97 employees. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The study concludes that Partially Information Management Technology has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Productivity of PT. Perintis Perkasa Medan. Partially, Intellectual Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Productivity of PT. Perintis Perkasa Medan. Simultaneously Management Information Technology and Intellectual Intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Productivity of PT. Perintis Perkasa Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organisational culture and work environment on the employee performance of PT. Nafasindo Medan. The decline in employee performance is due to corporate culture and work environment. The population in this study was: 75 employees. The number of samples in this study was 75 employees. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The study concludes that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Nafasindo Medan. Partially, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on the Employee Performance of PT. Nafasindo Medan. Simultaneously Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Nafasindo Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan prosedur penyitaan barang-barang wajib pajak akibat utang pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Petisah telah sesuai berdasarkan UU No.19 tahun 2000. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah daftar wajib pajak orang pribadi pada KPP Pratama Medan Petisah tahun 2018-2020, dengan jumlah sampel adalah100 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, wawancara dan kuesioner (angket). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan rumus Mean dan Grand Mean diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan prosedur penyitaan barang-barang wajib pajak akibat utang pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Petisah pada tahun 2018-2020 telah sesuai berdasarkan peraturan undang-undang No.19 tahun 2000. Kata kunci: Prosedur Penyitaan Pajak, Utang Pajak, KPP Pratama Medan Petisah

Abstract

Program penyuluhan penggunaan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran online bagi Guru SD Yayasan Perguruan Tunas dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk wujud tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Pengabdian dilaksanakan Di SD Tunas Harapan Tanjung Anom Kabupaten Deli Serdang dari tanggal 25 Mei 2022. Google Classroom merupakan salah satu bentuk pembelajaran e-learning dan diharapkan mampu memberi kemudahan pada dunia pendidikan karena dapat diakses kapan saja, dimana saja dan dapat menghubungan dosen dan mahasiswa pada saat kapanpun. Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan agar kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal sehingga akan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dari sekolah dan membuat tujuan utama dari pendidikan tersebut dapat tercapai tanpa adanya hambatan. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode workshop Metode workshop dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dimulai dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terlebih dahulu mengenai bagaimana cara menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom, fitur-fitur yang ada pada aplikasi Google Classroom sehingga peserta dapat memahami mengenai penggunaan aplikasi Google Classroom. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peserta antusias dan sangat proaktif dalam proses peningkatan pembelajaran e-learning di SD Tunas Harapan.

Abstract

Program penyuluhan penggunaan Alat Peraga Sempoa sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran matematika bagi anak di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Talenta Delpita dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk wujud tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Pengabdian dilaksanakan Di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Talenta Delpita pada tanggal 10 November 2022. Pengguna sempoa sebagai media untuk mempermudah siswa dalam memahami operasi hitung, fokusnya yaitu kemampuan operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan.. Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar anak-anak khususnya pelajaran matematika di panti asuhan secara efektif dengan penggunaan media sempoa. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode workshop Metode workshop dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dimulai dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terlebih dahulu mengenai bagaimana cara menggunakan alat bantu sempoa sehingga peserta dapat memahami mengenai penggunaan alat bantu sempoa. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peserta antusias dan sangat proaktif dalam berhitung secara cepat, tepat dan akurat.

The data that were used in this study were secondary data, consisted of World Oil Price, Economic Growth and Government Expenditure to Unemployemnt for the year 2000-2021. The results of this research, that Based on the partial test (t test), the World Oil Price, Economic Growth, and Government Expenditure have significant effect on the variables of the Unemployment in Indonesia, the simultan test (F test), World Oil Price, Economic Growth and Government Expenditure have a significant effect on the variables of the Unemployment.
