Kebugaran jasmani merupakan kemampuan sesorang untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik sehari-hari secara efesien dan aktif tanpa menimbulkan kelelahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas XI SMK Yadika Langowan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 16–19 tahun yang mencakup lari 60 meter, angkat tubuh, sit up, loncat tegak, dan lari 1200 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43,33% siswa berada pada kategori sedang (26 siswa), 20% kurang (12 siswa), 6,67% kurang sekali (4 siswa), 21,67 % baik (12 siswa), dan 8,33% baik sekali (5 siswa).Jumlah nilai rata-rata keseluruhan TKJI siswa berjumlah 15,67. maka dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan tes, kondisi kebugaran jasmani Siswa kelas XI SMK Yadika Langowan berkategori “Sedang”. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran PJOK, penambahan program olahraga ekstrakurikuler, serta evaluasi kebugaran jasmani secara berkala. Abstract Physical fitness is a person's ability to perform daily physical activities efficiently and actively without causing fatigue. This study aims to analyze the level of physical fitness of grade XI students of SMK Yadika Langowan. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 60 students. The instrument used was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) for 16–19 year olds which includes 60 meter running, body lifting, sit ups, vertical jumps, and 1200 meter running. The results showed that 43.33% of students were in the moderate category (26 students), 20% were less (12 students), 6.67% were very less (4 students), 21.67% were good (12 students), and 8.33% were very good (5 students). The total average value of the overall TKJI students was 15.67. It can be concluded based on the overall test results, the physical fitness condition of grade XI students of SMK Yadika Langowan is in the "Moderate" category. This study recommends improving the quality of physical education (PJOK) instruction, adding extracurricular sports programs, and conducting regular physical fitness evaluations.
