Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap performa bertanding atlet bola basket SMA Negeri 4 Kota jayapura. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan diri terhadap performa bertanding atlet bola basket SMA Negeri 4 Kota jayapura. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi diri terhadap performa bertanding atlet bola basket SMA Negeri 4 Kota jayapura. (4) mengetahuaiPengaruh kepercayaan diri motivasi, dan kecemasan terhadap performa bertanding atlet bola basket SMA Negeri 4 Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Sampel terdiri atas 50 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analisis deskriptif- kuantitatif, menggunakan instrumen dan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dikuantifikasi dan dikategorikan menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu: kategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Data dipetakan secara persentase data kuantitatif dan juga dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Kontribusi kepercayaan diri, motivasi, dan kecemasan terhadap performa bertanding pada atlet bola basket SMA Negeri 4 kota jayapura adalah adalah 57,1%.

Abstract

Physical fitness is a crucial aspect in supporting the health, well-being, and academic achievement of students in schools. This issue is particularly relevant at SDN 003 Loa Janan Ilir, Samarinda City, especially following the pandemic period which caused a significant decline in students' physical activity. The problem statement and objective of this community service project are to explore how to develop the physical fitness of students at SDN 003 Loa Janan Ilir, Samarinda City, through the implementation of traditional game-based models. Differences in daily activities result in varying levels of students' physical fitness. Based on the calculation and analysis of research data, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) The physical fitness level of students at SDN 003 Loa Janan Ilir, Samarinda City, improved compared to the pre-test results, although still classified as moderate and low. 2) The implementation of physical fitness training based on traditional games successfully created a fun and interactive learning environment for the students. Traditional games were chosen because they are easily accessible, inexpensive, and engage all aspects of students' motor skills comprehensively. With this approach, students not only exercise but also learn through play. 3) The development of physical education teachers’ competencies at SDN 003 Loa Janan Ilir also showed progress. 4) Through training and mentoring provided, physical education teachers were able to master traditional game-based teaching methods more effectively and confidently. This community service activity at SDN 003 Loa Janan Ilir successfully introduced an innovative approach by applying traditional games as a medium for fostering students' physical fitness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the training teaching style on forehand overhead clear skills in badminton. This study employs an experimental method with a randomized control group pretest and posttest design. The study population consists of all 40 students in the 11th grade at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano, with a sample size of 20 students. Data collection techniques utilize a skill test. The research instrument used is a standardized forehand overhead clear skill test with a scoring system of 1–4 points per stroke. Data analysis results From the hypothesis testing calculations, the calculated t-value was 6.01. Based on the t-distribution table at α 0.05 with degrees of freedom n1 + n2 - 2 = 10 + 10 – 2 = 18, the table t-value was 2.101. Thus, the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value, i.e., t-calculated = 6.01 > t-table = 2.101. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, if the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value (t-calculated > t-table), then Ho is rejected, meaning HA is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that teaching styles can be an effective learning strategy to improve basic badminton skills in high school students.

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan kemampuan sesorang untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik sehari-hari secara efesien dan aktif tanpa menimbulkan kelelahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas XI SMK Yadika Langowan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 16–19 tahun yang mencakup lari 60 meter, angkat tubuh, sit up, loncat tegak, dan lari 1200 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43,33% siswa berada pada kategori sedang (26 siswa), 20% kurang (12 siswa), 6,67% kurang sekali (4 siswa), 21,67 % baik (12 siswa), dan 8,33% baik sekali (5 siswa).Jumlah nilai rata-rata keseluruhan TKJI siswa berjumlah 15,67. maka dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan tes, kondisi kebugaran jasmani Siswa kelas XI SMK Yadika Langowan berkategori “Sedang”. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran PJOK, penambahan program olahraga ekstrakurikuler, serta evaluasi kebugaran jasmani secara berkala. Abstract Physical fitness is a person's ability to perform daily physical activities efficiently and actively without causing fatigue. This study aims to analyze the level of physical fitness of grade XI students of SMK Yadika Langowan. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 60 students. The instrument used was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) for 16–19 year olds which includes 60 meter running, body lifting, sit ups, vertical jumps, and 1200 meter running. The results showed that 43.33% of students were in the moderate category (26 students), 20% were less (12 students), 6.67% were very less (4 students), 21.67% were good (12 students), and 8.33% were very good (5 students). The total average value of the overall TKJI students was 15.67. It can be concluded based on the overall test results, the physical fitness condition of grade XI students of SMK Yadika Langowan is in the "Moderate" category. This study recommends improving the quality of physical education (PJOK) instruction, adding extracurricular sports programs, and conducting regular physical fitness evaluations.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknik dasar futsal pada guru PJOK dan siswa SMK Yadika Langowan, Kabupaten Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya pemahaman teknik dasar futsal (passing, dribbling, controlling, dan shooting), kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran, serta minimnya panduan praktis dalam pembelajaran futsal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, latihan praktik, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi pre-test serta post-test. Peserta terdiri atas 23 siswa dan 2 guru PJOK. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan teknik dasar futsal. Nilai rata-rata pre-test peserta adalah 68,4, meningkat menjadi 86,8 pada post-test, dengan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 18,4 poin (26,9%). Program ini juga meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal serta menambah kompetensi guru PJOK dalam mengajar futsal. Jumlah siswa yang aktif mengikuti ekskul futsal meningkat dari 25 orang menjadi 30 orang. Dengan demikian, coaching clinic terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dasar futsal dan dapat dilakukan pada sekolah lain.
