Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang which are mediated by intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 151 population of employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 102 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a significant effect as mediator between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. This new research proposed a model for building the organizational commitment among the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership with intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality on user satisfaction of online learning systems at a private university in Tangerang. The number of research samples was 429 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analytical method used is SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that system quality, information quality, and service quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction of e-learning systems. The better the perception of system quality, information quality, and service quality, the more user satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of innovation climate, learning capability, and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. The sample of this research was taken from 102 lecturers of a private university in Indonesia using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 software as a statistical tool. The results of this study state that all hypotheses are supported and it is found that innovation climate, learning capability, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. The novelty of this research finding is that it is successful in combining individual, organizational, and environmental level variables in higher education that influence innovative work behavior among private higher education lecturers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional para pimpinan di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang terhadap information system success model (kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan). Demikian juga mengukur pengaruh ketiga variabel mocel tersebut terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem e-learning di kampus. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 170 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketiga variabel information system success model. Demikian juga, kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem e-learning. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi pijakan penelitian sejenis berikutnya, yang hingga saat ini masih relative minim eksplorasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of employees from five of MSME companies in Banten. With the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software, the results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological safety climate has a significant direct effect on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also found evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through mediating the psychological safety climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model.

ABSTRAKSIPT Catur Sentosa Berhasil merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang furniture yang memilikimerk dagang ATRIA Inspiring Living. Perusahaan ini merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT CaturSentosa Adiprana Tbk yang berdiri pada tahun 2009. Salah satu komponen perusahaan tersebut adalahwarehouse sebagai tempat penyimpanan produk-produk furniture.Sistem yang berjalan saat ini belummampu memonitoring alokasi stok barang dan data pergerakan barang secara spesifik.Hal ini tentunyamembuat efektifitas kerja menjadi berkurang. Dengan permasalahan tersebut makan akandikembangkan sistem dengan menggunakan tools Micosoft Visual Basic .Net 2012 dengan databaseSQL Server 2008. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi pustakan danmetode penelitian lapangan dengan wawancara langsung kepada pihak yang terkait. Untuk mengatasipermasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya pengembangan sistem sehingga dapat memperbaikikekurangan sistem yang berjalan saat ini.Dengan pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan segalaketerbatasan pada sistem yang berjalan dapat diperbaiki sehingga membuat efektifitas kerja menjadilebih baik.Kata Kunci :Analisa, Pengembangan, Sistem Informasi, Warehouse, Model Three Tier Web Service
