Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on the teacher performance of private schools teachers in Tangerang which are mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private schools teacher population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, transformational leadership have not significant effect on the teacher performance directly without mediating organizational citizenship behavior. This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of perceived organizational support on the affective commitment and performance of private higher education lecturers in Tangerang which are mediated by lecturer engagement. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private higher education lecturer population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 231 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment and lecturer performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating lecturer engagement. This new research proposed a model for building the affective commitment and performance among the private higher education lecturers in Tangerang through enhancing perceived organizational support with lecturer engagement as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 676 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the capability of teachers’ innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediation of the organizational learning. As well as the capability of teachers’ innovation has a positive and significant effect on their performance. This new research proposed a model for building innovation capability and teachers’ performance among teachers in Jabodetabek through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with the organizational learning as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teachers’ readiness in facing the education era 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of a transformational leadership and on employees’ performance in an Indonesian manufacturer through motivation and work environment as a mediating variables. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to 851 employees population in an Indonesia manufacturer. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 627. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance, both directly and indirectly through a mediating effect of motivation and work environment. This study proposes a model to improve employees’ performance in Indonesia manufacturers by a transformational leadership through motivation and work environment as a mediator. This study can open the way to improve employee readiness in facing industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of students' perceptions on the learning environment and vocabulary mastery of English speaking ability at Balaraja Private High School. The method used in this study is a survey with correlation and regression analysis, which is connecting data that shows the level of students' perceptions of the learning environment and vocabulary mastery with the ability to speak English in Balaraja Private High Schools. Sampling is done by random sampling technique. Total population of 806 with respondents in this study was 60 students. The research instruments used were questionnaires and multiple choice test questions. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant influence on students' perceptions of the learning environment and shared vocabulary mastery of the ability to speak English in private high school students in Kec. Balaraja, Banten. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0,000 <0.05 and Fh = 14,160. Together, the perception of the learning environment and vocabulary mastery contributed 33.2% to the variable in English speaking ability. 2) There is a significant influence of perceptions on the learning environment on the ability to speak English in high school students in Kec. Balaraja, Banten. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0.013 <0.05 and th = 2.578. Perception variable on learning environment contributed 14.32% in improving English speaking ability. 3) There was a significant influence on vocabulary mastery on English speaking ability of private high school students in Kec. Balaraja, Banten. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0.003 <0.05 and th = 3.144. The vocabulary mastery variable contributed 18.90% in improving the ability to speak English.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction through organizational commitment (affective, continuence, normative) as mediation. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 215 population of woman employee in a packaging industry in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 170 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have not significant effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict have significant effect on organizational commitment (affective, continuence, normative), and organizational commitment (continuence and normative) have mediating effect on relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction, except affective commitment have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among woman employee of packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing organizational commitment and by manage the work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 151 population of employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 102 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a significant effect as mediator between organizational justice and organizational commitment. This new research proposed a model for building the organizational commitment among the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang through enhancing organizational justice with intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.
