Abstract

This study aims to describe how to plan the implementation of the profile of Pancasila students in learning PAI Class X at MAN 2 Gresik, to describe how the implementation of the profile of Pancasila students in learning PAI Class X at MAN 2 Gresik, to describe how to evaluate the implementation of the profile of Pancasila students in learning PAI Class X at MAN 2 Gresik. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research on the Implementation of Pancasila Student Profiles in Class X PAI Learning at MAN 2 Gresik include: 1) The process of compiling a Pancasila learning profile learning can be done by identifying learning objectives, learning materials, selecting learning methods, learning assessments, learning adjustments. 2) The implementation of Pancasila student profiles is carried out through several techniques, namely group discussions, giving individual assignments, simulations, techniques for using media, and group project techniques. 3) To measure the achievement of the Pancasila student profile at MAN 2 Gresik, it is carried out in several ways, namely written tests or oral tests that can be used to measure students' knowledge of Pancasila values ​​and their application in everyday life, observation and interviews, portfolios and self -assessment.

Abstract

In fact, the Al-Qur'an is a holy book as well as the main source and lessons of the Islamic religion, which is a guide for human life, as an incomparable blessing for the universe, in the Al-Qur'an it also regulates relationships with each other (Hablu min Allah waHablumin al- Nas) as well as humans and their environment. Based on the problems above, the problem in this research is: How to Apply the At-Tartil Method to Learning the Qur'an at TPQ Nurul Qur'an Banjaran Driyorejo Gresik. The results of this study indicate that in practice the application of the At-Tartil method to learning the Qur'an at TPQ Nurul Qur'an Banjaran has been going well and effectively in accordance with the guidelines and rules set by the central institution BMQ At-Tartil Sidoarjo Center, by applying the At-Tartil method through Talqin and Ittiba' which is then followed by the classic urdloh in each class with an allotted time of 90 minutes. And to find out the level of success of each student, daily evaluations and level evaluations (volume increases) are carried out by each class teacher and also a final evaluation carried out by the munaqsyp team at BMQ At-Tartil Sidoarjo when students complete all the material in the At method book -Tartil, so that the queue is accustomed to reading the Qur'an using the At-Tartil method and students are sensitive to wrong readings of the Qur'an, sensitive in the sense of knowing and having the awareness to justify the reading. The application of the At-Tartil method cannot be separated from several supporting factors, namely teachers who are professional in their field (the At-Tartil method), the creation of effective and efficient learning that is also conducive, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, the amount of community support, a strategic location, and there are no burdensome costs for guardians. While the inhibiting factors are differences in the level of understanding between students in one class, lack of cooperation between teachers and guardians, lack of awareness of the students' guardians of the importance of learning the Qur'an and also an increasingly sophisticated environment with the times.

Abstract

The term tasawwuf was known in the 2nd century and then in its development it started to enter a period of intuition, kashf, and dhauq. In this period, contrasts emerged from the two groups of tasawwuf, namely the sheikh and darvish groups where both were considered as groups that eliminated aspects of the tasawwuf experience that the previous Sufis embraced and understood. At this time there was a mujaddid al-Islam who was held with Shaikh al-Islam from the descendants of a woman named Taimiyyah, he was Ahmad Ibn Taimiyyah. His criticism of the deviant beliefs and behavior of the Sufis, especially the adherents of the tarekat, was very well known in his time and was part of his jihad in restoring the purity of Islam. Among the cases that became part of his criticism was the sheikh's position in the tarekat which he considered part of a form of cult towards pious people, besides that he also criticized the issue of khirqah which is part of the shi'ar of the Sufis as a symbol of obedience to the sheikh and a symbol of obedience to someone muris. in the tarekat. Both of these matters in the view of Ibn Taymiyah are something far from what Allah has outlined and taught by the Prophet Muhammad and previous pious scholars (Salaf al-saleh).

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the important challenges of Islamic educational institutions today is the weak managerial quality of the institution. This article will discuss Total Quality Management (TQM) in educational institutions, how to improve the quality of educational institutions that are managed. TQM is a management approach that can be applied in Islamic education institutions to be more effective in managing their educational resources. TQM is also called integrated quality management because it departs from efforts to improve quality in an integrated manner, covering quality, energy, infrastructure, management, and graduates.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the analysis of Miles and Huberman. Test the validity of the data by triangulation and reference adequacy. The results of the research show that the process of building religious character in Islamic elementary schools based on the Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan Islamic Boarding School through dhuha prayer, tahfidzul qur'an, congregational prayer, courtesy, through religious activities such as Eid al-fitr, Eid al adha, sharing zakat, sharing takji, and break fast together. Read the yasin letter every Friday, share on Friday legi, read juz amma ', memorize daily prayers, and do active pesantren activities. The obstacle is synchronizing the vision and mission of the school with what parents expect, there are still children who arrive late, teachers are expected to be more careful in guiding children and providing good examples, children's abilities during the learning process, and children do not want to follow orders from teacher.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam semakin berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Banyak para pakar yang mendefinisikan dan bahkan mendesain ulang format pendidikan Islam khususnya pendidikan Islam modern seperti sekarang ini. Pendidikan Islam bukan hanya transfer of knowledge tetapi lebih merupakan pondasi keimanan dan kesalehan. Oleh karena itu, format pendidikan Islam yang bagaimanakah yang sesuai dengan kehidupan modern seperti sekarang. Melalui tulisan ini didapatkan bahwa Dalam menghadapi perubahan masyarakat modern, secara internal pendidikan Islam harus menyelesaikan persoalan dikotomi, tujuan dan fungsi lembaga pendidikan Islam, dan persolalan kurikulum atau materi yang sampai sekarang ini belum terselesaikan, Lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu mendesain ulang fungsi pendidikan, dengan memilih model pendidikan yang relevan dengan perubahan zaman dan kebutuhan masyarakat, Pendidikan Islam didesain untuk dapat membantu meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan untuk bekerja lebih produktif, dan Pendidikan Islam harus mengembangkan kualitas pendidikannya agar memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan masyarakat yang selalu berubah-berubah. Abstract

Supervisi memiliki urgensitas untuk proses pengembangan lembaga pendidikan. Supervisi, bisanya, terbagi-bagi menjadi beberapa tingkatan dan perbedaan scope garapan. Tulisan ini tak ubahnya selayang pandang berbasis akademik tentang supervisi manajerial di lembaga pendidikan. Sebagaimana diektahui bahwa proses supervisi memiliki banyak cakupan dan campur tangan banyak orang. Oleh karenanya, tulisan ini ingin menawarkan beberapa proseduralisme dan kerangka tekhnis yang bisa dilakukan oleh seorang supervisor dalam melaksanakan supervisinya di sekolah. Fokus utama, sebagaimana tertera dalam judul di atas, adalah pada proses manajerialisme kelembagaan pendidikan. Artinya, supervisi yang dilakukan tidak berhubungan dengan satu pokok persoalan semata, misalnya supervisi di bidang pengembangan kurikulum sekolah atau peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Abstract

Apapun profesi seseorang perlu adanya standar yang mengikat agar pelaksanaan profesi tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik, begitu juga dengan profesi guru. Tulisan ini ingin menjawab kegundahan para praktisi pendidikan yang merasa masih banyak oknum yang berlaku dan bertindak tidak sesuai dengan aturan. Oleh karena itu pemahaman dan penegakan kode etik profesi khususnya profesi guru menjadi sangat penting, sebab dengan memahami dan menegakkan kode etik profesi yang telah ditetapkan maka melakukan pekerjaan dan pengabdian akan merasa sangat senang. Penegakan kode etik ini juga perlu dilandasi dengan asas-asas yang membangun antara lain: Asas Tut Wuri Handayani, asas keadilan, asas kekeluargaan, asas komunikasi, dan asas keguruan. Asas-asas tersebut sesuai dengan filsafat pendidikan yang telah digagas oleh para filosof pendidikan.

Abstract

Actually, in my sense, this paper theme was a difficult thing to be constructed. Because, the term of leadership was a huge discourse and still studied until this contemporary era. In other side, the shift of leadership study that far away from; collective evidence of leaders (in mean-stream) to personality and individual subjectivity; from common condition to situations were faced; and braches of method-theoretical framework were used, contributed the difficulties to write this paper more simply. So that, the paper will be focused, steered, and discussed three aspects of leadership studies: firstly, sources of leadership style and model based on scientific tradition (modern) or Islamic tradition. Secondly, the stand-point that contributes to frame leadership type. Thirdly, spatialization based on spatial theory what they call for leadership in educational administration or management studies. In the last, may this paper will give a new paradigm, how to frame and explain what leadership is, without bringing the normative perspective from religious life, because the leadership was a universal value that can arise from every human being, every place, and every situation based on the challenges face and the treat and solved them.

Abstract

This study aims to explore Gus Dur's views on multiculturalism and the concept of multicultural Islamic education. This research belongs to the category of library research, because the main data source comes from literature review. The collected data is then analyzed using content analysis techniques with a descriptive approach. Indonesia is a country that consists of various ethnic groups, races, ethnicities, religions, languages. This diversity is a uniqueness that characterizes the Indonesian nation, diversity is sunnatullah, but on one side of the diversity often lead to conflicts between groups that have differences from one another. Multiculturalism is an understanding that upholds the values ??of tolerance between groups with differing views on ethnicity, religion, culture, race, ethnicity and gender, this understanding offers equality between groups, and further promotes human values, namely equal rights to life. One of the ways to provide multicultural understanding is through education. The results showed that Gus Dur's multiculturalism thinking included several aspects, namely, the indigenization of Islam who wanted to integrate Islam with local culture. Democracy and the enforcement of human rights is a logical consequence that is considered as one of the dimensions and an inseparable part of Islamic teachings, so that the commitment to uphold humanitarian values ??is obligatory. Humanism and plurality are entirely based on a deep understanding of the teachings of Islam and NU's own scientific traditions. The characteristics of Gus Dur's multiculturalism thinking are highly anthropological theological that emphasizes social contextualism. And the results of Gus Dur's thoughts on the concept of Multicultural Islamic education include the idea of ??Gus Dur in an effort to display the image of Islamic education into social life is a multicultural-based Islamic education. Gus Dur believes that multicultural Islamic education can be done with various approaches and strategies. The curriculum that must be achieved in multicultural-based Islamic education must contain the universalism of Islamic teachings, humanitarian principles, the purpose of education must be emphasized more on the affective and psychomotor aspects coupled with spiritual and humanism aspects. Application of multicultural Islamic education, so that students who study are students who have religious knowledge and have a strong general knowledge in a balanced way.
