Abstract

BAUK is one of the work units at STIKI Malang which has the duty and authority to manage the inventory activities of non-IT facilities and infrastructure at STIKI Malang. Inventory must be carried out to ensure the quality, existence and management process of thousands of inventories in an institution. Previous research couldn’t be implemented due to differences in Inventory SOP and the lack of features made. The Information System for Inventorying Non-IT Facilities and Infrastructure at STIKI Malang which is currently being developed can record inventory faster and be able to display the latest accurate data, and provide features that are in accordance with the SOP for Inventorying the BAUK unit. The Information System for Inventorying Non-IT Facilities and Infrastructure at STIKI Malang is also equipped with features that can assist the BAUK unit in making decisions regarding the inventory process at STIKI Malang. With a research and development research method approach, this information system provides a broader development with updated features and services that are in line with the current needs of the BAUK unit inventory business process. The developments that have been carried out have resulted in new features and services that can help overcome existing problems in the BAUK unit, making it easier for the BAUK unit to carry out the inventory process at STIKI Malang.

Abstract

Real estate agencies are here to help people find their dream home. There are lots of housing with various types of houses. Prospective buyers have a hard time deciding on their dream home, and so do real estate agencies. Housing agencies have difficulty providing housing recommendations according to the wishes of prospective buyers. Housing has many criteria such as location factors, land area, building area, price and others. To help the Housing Agency Team recommend housing with optimal results, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed, which is an interactive information system that provides information and manipulates data. The appropriate method is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method used for decision making with many criteria. A view that can make it easier for the Marketing Team to see housing locations requires a map-based application (Geographical Information System). The results of this study are a decision support system for selecting the best housing.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a campus introduction website interface for STIKI Malang by implementing Motion UI to enhance information delivery effectiveness and user experience. Currently, the STIKI website uses a multi-page structure that requires visitors to open sub-menus separately to access information, resulting in significant resource consumption and long loading times. By transforming the website structure into a single-page application (SPA) and integrating dynamic animation elements through Motion UI, it is expected to increase engagement and conversion rates. Qualitative analysis results show significant improvements in user engagement and information comprehension, with page loading times drastically reduced to an average of 2.6 seconds. Evaluation using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) also demonstrates significant improvements in attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, and stimulation aspects. This research concludes that implementing Motion UI on STIKI's single-page website successfully enhances user experience, access speed, and information delivery effectiveness. The results of this research can serve as a reference for developing interface design strategies for other educational institution websites

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the tourism industry, yet challenges remain in developing comprehensive and accessible tourism web applications. This research aims to develop a multi-platform tourism web application that addresses the fragmentation of information services and trip planning, as well as accessibility limitations in destinations with limited connectivity. The research methodology includes system design using an agile approach with Scrum methodology, implementation of key features such as trip planning and article writing, and comprehensive testing through functional and acceptance testing. Implementation of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Trusted Web Activities (TWA) technologies is integrated to enhance accessibility and user experience. Test results show a success rate of nearly 100% in various usage scenarios, including offline conditions. The main conclusion demonstrates that the developed application successfully creates a digital ecosystem supporting holistic travel experiences, transforming how travelers plan, experience, and share their journeys. This research paves the way for innovation in leveraging web technology to improve accessibility of tourist destinations, support local economies, and promote sustainable tourism, with significant potential to transform the landscape of the digital tourism industry.

Abstract

Raskin adalah salah satu program pemerintah untuk membantu masyarakat yang miskin dan rawan pangan, agar mereka mendapatkan beras untuk kebutuhan rumah tangganya. Perangkat Kelurahan Pisang Candi dalam proses operasionalnya telah memiliki fasilitas dan teknologi yang cukup lengkap dan memadai, namun belum sepenuhnya terkomputerisasi dengan baik. Pemberian Raskin kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Pisang Candi masih menggunakan cara manual dan juga tidak tersedianya akses kontrol data yang terkompeterisasi pada operating system dan database, yakni tidak tersedianya akses informasi untuk melihat atau menentukan masyarakat yang termasuk kedalam daftar penerima Raskin sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk pengolahan data. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). Metode F-AHP ini sering juga dikenal istilah metode perangkingan yaitu dengan menentukan bobot kriteria dan kriteria alternatif. Lima belas kriteria yang digunakan, yakni pekerjaan, jumlah anggota keluarga, luas tanah, jenis lantai, jenis dinding, fasilitas bab, penerangan, air, bahan bakar, pakaian baru, konsumsi, penghasilan, pengobatan, pendidikan dan tabungan. Aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan peneriaan Raskin ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu dalam menentukan calon penerima Raskin dan memberikan kemudahan dalam proses seleksi penerima Raskin. Dengan sistem ini diharapkan mampu memudahkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan F-AHP dalam proses seleksi calon penerima raskin dengan menentukan kriteria dan alternatif sehingga tidak akan terjadi kecurangan untuk penentuannya dan membantu pihak kelurahan agar penerima raskin tepat sasaran, akurat dan efektif.

Abstract

Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) adalah sekumpulan prosedur berbasis model untuk data pemrosesan dan penilaian guna membantu para manager mengambil keputusan. Salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan diantaranya adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi simulasi penentuan akreditasi sekolah dasar berbasis web dan menggunakan framework Code Igniter serta menerapkan metode Analytic Network Process untuk pengambilan keputusan penentuan akreditasi. Proses akreditasi yang sampai saat ini masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional, membutuhkan sebuah simulasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana proses akreditasi dilakukan. Dengan adanya sistem simulasi diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi kemungkinan kesalahan dalam pemberkasan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengusulkan aplikasi simulasi sistem penunjang keputusan akreditasi sekolah untuk penentuan akreditasi sekolah sesuai dengan kriteria yang mengacu pada perangkat akreditasi yang telah ditentukan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan uji coba menggunakan aplikasi pada sepuluh sekolah dasar di korwil dinas pendidikan kecamatan Pakisaji. Aplikasi menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan hasil akreditasi yang dilakukan pada sekolah secara manual. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi simulasi pentuan akreditasi dapat dijadikan simulasi dalam menentukan nilai sementara akreditasi sekolah sebelum diajukan ke tingkat pusat. Namun dalam pengembanganya aplikasi ini masih memungkinkan menggunakan metode yang lain untuk membandingkan akurasi dalam penentuan akreditasi.

Abstract

PT.Telkom Akses Kepanjen is a state-owned company PT Telkom Indonesia which engaged in information technology services and communications with a product called Indonesia Digital Home (INDIHOME). Installation, handling, maintenance, and network migration activities are the responsibility of PT. Telkom Access as a company of PT Telkom Indonesia which trusted to manage access to learning. In order to increase company income PT Telkom Access through the new installation sector (PSB) requires good management of human resources by management so that technical performance can be carried out according to the vision and management of the company. One of them is by providing a reward as a form of appreciation for technical performance as well as for improving technician performance. But the ongoing reward giving is only a par with the amount of acquisition of new pairs or provisioning starts (PS) so that the performance indicator (KPI) is not included in the assessment parameters. The system of support for the decision to give new pairs of technical returns by using the weighted product method is very helpful for management for the process of giving monthly returns to new pairs of technicalities by using several parameters including PI to PS, FFG, TTI, data validation, attendance, attendance and photo briefing, accuracy of work attendance and work permit. The results of the application of reward system by using the weighted product method on some of these parameters can produce more competitive and varied a reward values ​​between technicalities and greatly assist the management of PT Telkom Akses Kepanjen in determining the rewards of paper as a new evaluation material for technical performance.

Abstract

Dog is a not popular animal pet in Indonesia, there are many neglected dog that need help in Indonesia. There are many dog owner that lack information about dog diseases, even though there are many disease that can give the dog a complication or even worst dead when not treated quickly. The lack of accurate information about dog diseases made many people joint a dog owners community, naturally there are some misinformation and inaccurate information there. Based on foreign and domestic study, type of dog diseases that come to animal hospital is digestive system diseases. Around 35% of the data from dog that treated in animal hospital suffer from digestive system diseases. This study aims are people who looking for information about dog can be helped and dog that suffer from disease can be quickly treated.
