Sending emergency message in VANET environment has been studied lately to improvetheir effectivity. Due to the absence of network infrastucture and vehicle movement, every packet must be send to itâs destination by multi-hop. By using wireless network means that packet will be transmitted as broadcast. Every vehicle in the sources signal range will get the data packet and it has to rebroadcasted. Unfortunately some researchers has been studied that rebroadcast data packet at the same time will lead into broadcast storm program.There are many technique was developed to overcome broadcast storm but the most reseach using forwarder candidate to avoid broadcsat storm. This reseach will studied how to choose forwarder candidate among others node to rebroadcast emergency message efficiently without causing broadcast storm. Every node will calculate its delay time depend on some calculated value before  rebroadcasting emergency message.  If a node  receive emergency message before itâs delay timeâs up then it will cancel the delay countdown dan will not broadcast emergency message. There will be one broadcaster at a time dan the data packet will activate or deactivate delay countdown

Penelitian ini merupakan kelanjutkan dari penelitian sebelumnya dimana telah terbukti bahwa keberadaan Road Side Unit (Static Intersection Node) pada lingkungan VANET dapat meningkatkan pengiriman data. Pada penelitian ini lebih fokus kepada pencarian lokasi Road Side Unit yang optimal dimana dengan meletakkan Road Side Unit pada lokasi yang optimal akan didapatkan peningkatan pengiriman data dengan jumlah Road Side Unit yang minimal.

VANET is a fairly new technology that enabling data to sent through vehicles wirelessly. The most challenging part is because VANET using ad-hoc principle, so there will no direct connection between sender and receiver. Data will be transmitted to nearby vehicles wirelessly. Routing algorithm take the most important part to find the best path from sender to receiver. VANET adalah sebuah pengembangan teknologi yang memungkinkan komunikasi antar kendaraan meskipun tidak terdapat koneksi secara langsung antara kendaraan yang berkomunikasi. Data akan dikirimkan secara estafet sampai ke kendaraan yang dituju. Dalam hal ini algoritma routing memiliki peranan yang sangat penting untuk mencari jalur yang paling efektif untuk mengirimkan data. Tantangan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengukur performa algoritma routing topology based untuk pengiriman data pada kondisi topologi dinamis dimana posisi kendaraan dapat berubah – ubah sehingga jalur pengiriman data juga akan berubah.

Video conferencing is one of the technologies widely used for learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is one of the universities that implements online learning and has a video conference platform that is connected to an electronic learning system (e-learning). However, not all students can access a smooth internet connection. This causes a decrease in the quality of video conferencing that interferes learning process. This study seeks to find ways to improve the quality of video conferencing on a limited internet connection. This research use the packet priority technique at the router to manipulate the packet queue. Video conference data packet will be prioritized upon another application data. The results of the research show that manipulating the queue of data packets on a computer network can improve the quality of video conferencing on a limited bandwidth from the delay and jitter parameters between 20% to 30%. Meanwhile, packet loss shows 0%, but packet retransmission is quite a lot in the scenario without packet priority, especially at bandwidth < 3Mbps. The results of this study indicate that the priority manipulation of data packets has an impact on reducing lag / lost information when the video conference process takes place, especially at bandwidth < 3Mbps.

Forecasting is an art and a science predict events that will occur in the future based on data in the past. The ability of the restaurant in Management shows success in taking advantage of business opportunities optimal for interpreting past performance and planning for the future. This research uses Triple HoltWinters Exponential Smoothing Multiplicative method for sales forecasting. Multiplicative Holt-Winters Triple Exponential Smoothing Method has the smallest percentage error (PE) of 9.946% with parameter values (α=0.1, β=0.1, ϒ=0.3). While the largest percentage error (PE) is obtained Multiplicative models with parameter values (α=0.3, β=0.3, ϒ=0.1) produce percentage error (PE) value of 11.879%. Menu sales forecasting results chickens using the Holt-Winters Triple Exponential Smoothing Method Multiplicative in the next month using parameter values (α=0.1, β=0.1, ϒ=0.3) is 4782 pcs.
