Abstract

Simple bookkeeping is a means to organize income and expenditure in lower-middle businesses. Kelulud beekeepers are a part of small and medium-sized enterprises. Simple bookkeeping is very easy to apply at the level of Kelulud bee farmers since it involves the use of straightforward recording using four columns that specify income and expenditure, thus showing significant results and streamlining the farmers’ effort in managing their finances. The training was carried out by explaining in details each column and its function when recording financial transactions. Seven out of ten Kelulud beekeepers participating in this seven-day training managed to fully understand the application of simple bookkeeping methods, while three others showed the need for further training. The application of simple bookkeeping is such a .l;kiouseful practice for farmers in managing their expenditure and income that the business they run can develop well.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan dalam budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (library research) yaitu penelitian berdasarkan penelaahan terhadap buku, jurnal, dan literatur terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan tema yang akan diteliti. Dengan metode studi pustaka data akan diinterpretasikan seacara analisis deskriptif. Tahap analisis data adalah hal-hal yang bersifat umum kemudian disimpulkan menjadi hal-hal tertentu. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan mempunyai peran penting dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang efektif, pemimpin mempunyai peran dalam perubahan budaya dan juga sebagai manajer budaya. Secara signifikan bahwa kepemimpinan yang baik dalam suatu organisasi akan melahirkan budaya organisasi yang baik dan menunjang produktivitas sebuah organisasi. Dan secara general kepemimpinan saling berkaitan dengan budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan yang baik akan melahirkan budaya organisasi yang sehat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap KinerjaKaryawan PT. Maju Kemuliaan Bersama Jaya dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling jenuh, dengan jumlahresponden sebanyak 55 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pemgumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisisdalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji fdengan program SPSS22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Sementara Penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan simutan terhadap kinerjakaryawan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how factors such as value creation, brand image, brand trust, sharia perceptions, price, and location impact customer loyalty in supermarkets. Moreover, to determine which elements have the greatest impact. In this study, 300 people were interviewed, mostly grocery customers. Use the purposive sampling approach. Multiple regression analysis is the method used for data analysis. The findings demonstrated that 55% of consumer loyalty in supermarkets is influenced by brand perception, value creation, brand image, brand trust, pricing, and location. Sharia perceptions are favorable when the sig. 886 value is more than 0.05. With a sig. 115 value > 0.05, value creation has a favorable impact. With a sig value of 000 < 0.05, brand image is positively impacted. With a sig value of 0.03 < 0.05, brand image has a favorable impact. With a sig value of 0.01 < 0.05, price has a positive influence, and location has a positive effect with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05. Consumer loyalty to supermarkets is simultaneously influenced by value creation, brand image, brand trust, perception of Sharia, pricing, and location with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

To guarantee the halalness of a product that is produced, MSMEs need halal certification. Not only is it a guarantee of halal products, but this halal certificate is also something that MSMEs must have to improve the quality of their competitiveness. However, currently there are still many MSMEs that do not have halal certificates, especially in Mandailing Natal Regency. Because this service was carried out in Mandailing Natal Regency, it was carried out with partners, namely the Mandailing Natal Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service, MUI Mandailing Natal Regency, Ministry of Religion Mandailing Natal Regency and PPH. Meanwhile, there are 25 MSMEs assisted by micro and small business actors who do not yet have a halal certificate with an implementation time of 30 days (1 month), namely in October 2025. The implementation of this service is carried out by providing outreach to SMEs about independent halal certification (self declare) in the form of an FGD, then providing halal certification registration assistance to SMEs who are accompanied by partners. The results of this service show that it is important to provide understanding or education to SMEs about halal guarantees for the products they produce, because there are still many SMEs who still experience limitations in developing NIBs, limitations in mastering and processing technology in using halal product guarantee system applications/websites (halal), so SMEs need intensive assistance.

Abstract

This research study explores the evaluation of compensation policies and their impact on employee retention in the food industry. Employee retention is a critical concern for businesses operating in this highly competitive sector. The study aims to understand the relationship between compensation policies and employee retention, providing insights into the strategies that can be implemented to attract and retain skilled employees. The research methodology involves a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, industry reports, and case studies to gather relevant data on compensation policies and their impact on employee retention in the food industry. The findings highlight the significant factors that influence employee retention and the effectiveness of compensation policies in addressing these factors. The study reveals that fair and competitive compensation packages play a vital role in attracting and retaining skilled employees in the food industry. When employees feel adequately rewarded for their contributions, they are more likely to stay with the organization. Regular market analysis and benchmarking are crucial to ensure that compensation policies remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Performance-based incentives, such as bonuses and recognition programs, are found to have a positive impact on employee motivation and retention. By rewarding high-performing employees, organizations foster a culture of excellence and encourage continuous improvement. Additionally, offering comprehensive benefits and perks, including healthcare plans, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities, is instrumental in enhancing job satisfaction and promoting employee retention.
