Abstract

Increasingly advanced technology in the world of banking transactions began to use computer-based technology to facilitate transactions with customers. who used to serve customers by having to meet / customers come to bank branches provided by the bank where he used to save / invest it has become easier because banks have started using computer-based technology and now they can access via the internet even with mobile "cell phones" with SMS already used by many banks. The use of information and communication technology in national banking is relatively more advanced than other sectors. Various types of technology include Automated Teller Machines, Banking Application Systems, Real Time Gross Settlement Systems, Electronic Clearing Systems, and internet banking. Bank Indonesia itself often uses the term Banking Information System Technology (TSI) for all applications of information and communication technology in banking services. Another term that is more popular is Electronic Banking. Electronic banking covers a broad area of rapidly developing technology these days. Some of them are related to banking services at the "front line" or front end, such as ATMs and banking computerization (systems), and several other groups are back end, namely technologies used by financial institutions, merchants, or transaction service providers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction and the implications for customer loyalty from franchise restaurant. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and the sampling technique used was cluster sampling with a total of 111 respondents. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to visitors to the franchise restaurant. The results showed that service quality and product quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Service quality has a greater influence on customer satisfaction than product quality. In addition, consumer satisfaction also has a significant influence on consumer loyalty. The implication of this research is the importance of restaurant managers in improving the quality of service and products served to achieve customer satisfaction and build strong customer loyalty. In the restaurant business, customer satisfaction is very important because satisfied customers will come back and recommend the restaurant to others. Therefore, restaurants must ensure that the quality of service and products served can meet consumer expectations.

Abstract

The creative economy sector is one of the sectors that is growing in Indonesia. Not only does it make a real contribution to national economic growth, this sector is also one of the main drivers in building the image and brand awareness of a product. To achieve this, the use of social media is an important key in introducing and expanding market reach. With the increasing number of social media users, the creative economy sector can utilize social media to increase brand awareness and expand market reach. The implementation of digital technology in increasing brand awareness in the creative economy sector is also followed by measurement and data analysis. This study used quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis techniques, and data analysis tools used the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was found that the significance value of the influence of digital technology on increasing brand awareness was 0.001, because the sig. < 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient of 846,715, it is concluded that digital technology has a positive and significant effect on increasing brand awareness, meaning that the better the digital technology, the higher the increase in brand value.

Abstract

Incentive approaches and effective stress management techniques, technology startup companies in Indonesia can increase the productivity of their employees. Employees will be more motivated, more high-performing, and produce better results. Through an incentive approach and effective stress management techniques, technology startup companies can create a work environment that allows employees to feel satisfied and productive. Satisfied and productive employees can contribute to improving company performance and achieving long-term success. The results of the correlation analysis between compensation and employee performance of 0.809 indicate a significant and very strong relationship. Work stress with employee performance of 0.680 shows a significant and strong relationship. Job satisfaction with employee performance shows a significant and very strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.786. In this study, a combined incentive approach and effective stress management techniques can significantly increase employee satisfaction and work productivity in Indonesian technology startup companies.

Abstract

This research aims to examine various innovative strategies that can be implemented by organizations in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the performance of human resources (HR) while identifying the challenges and opportunities that arise in the transformation process. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data sources were taken from various international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, EBSCO Business Source Complete, Emerald Insight, and Science Direct, with a time coverage between 2019 and 2025. The results show that the success of AI-based HR transformation is highly dependent on the synergy between people and technology, an ethical system design that focuses on employee needs, and the implementation of a strategy that is structured, sustainable, and able to respond to challenges from both the technical and cultural sides of the organization. Thus, it can be concluded that the integration of AI in HR management does not simply rely on technology alone but also demands fundamental changes that are strategic, ethical, and human-centered. Several key strategies such as augmented intelligence, ethical governance, continuous intelligence systems, and employee needs-based design are potential pathways to drive overall HR performance improvement.
