Abstract

Capital market has a strategic role for strengthening the economic resilience of the country and as an alternative for profitable investment. Capital market has an important role in economics of the country due to the dual functions, economics function and finance. Capital market is a national driving force through its role as a source of financing for the company and alternative for investor to invest. In capital market, Indonesia important role as this index can be used as barometer on the economic health of the country. Macroeconomics factor is high inflation, interest rate, and depreciation of rupiah to dollar, could lower the stock price. The aim of this research is to study the effect of macro economy e.g. inflation, rupiah exchange rate, and interest rate on Indonesian Composite Index (IDX) at Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE).Method of analysis is carried out using linear regression model equation. Data used in this study is secondary monthly data during the period of 2013-2016. Total number of 36 samples is used. The effect of inflation, interest rate / BI Rate and exchange rate to ISE on model equation is 41.61%. Correlation between variable inflation and interest rate / BI rate is 0.490 quite strong at the same direction. Correlation between inflation and exchange rate is -0,349 which is quite strong but not at the same direction. Correlation between interest rate and exchange rate is 1 which is very strong and at the same direction. From the calculation, calculated F < F table (1.825 < 8,92), which can be concluded that there is no linear correlation between inflation, interest rate / BI Rate and exchange rate to ISE. Structural equation is Y= -0.088 X1 -0.300 X2 + 0,165 X3 + Ɛ.Keywords: Inflation, currency, interest rate, ISE

Abstract

Corporate culture consists of values, beliefs and standards that influence the thoughts and behavior of people in the company and are the key factors used to describe corporate culture. In Indonesia, on July 1, 2020, has inaugurated and established the AKHLAK cultural value as the main principle and value (core value) of every State Owned Enterprise (SOE).  The AKHLAK cultural value is a behavioral guide in achieving the company's vision, namely Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative. This study aims to see the extent to which the implementation of AKHLAK values in Indonesian SOEs. Systematic Literature Review method is used in this research by searching articles in international journal databases. The results of the study underline that there are only 3 articles that highlight the study of organizational culture in Indonesian SOEs and only 1 article that examines the core value of AKHLAK.  Therefore, research on core values in Indonesian SOEs still has a great opportunity to be researched in the future.

Abstract

At present, halal awareness is related to food quality, both in Muslim countries and non-Muslim countries. Food safety and quality assurance of food integrity, including food safety, health, nutrition and quality. The concept of halal includes process control, packaging, storage and delivery. All activities involved in the supply chain, especially food, the question is whether the integrity of halal food products can remain halal throughout the supply chain. Halal traceability, namely recording all information on activities in producing products from upstream, namely the origin of raw materials to downstream, becomes important. This literature review aims to determine the halal traceability system in the halal food supply chain. In particular, this article discusses the traceability architecture in food products. The study suggest some topics of emphasis in developing an economic research gate: Break even point of Halal traceability and tracking, acceptable level of risk in Halal traceability and tracking, participation in Halal traceability and tracking system. The ‘shades’ of food  integrity in the halal supply chain are offered, which can be categorized into four supply chain dimensions, related to raw materials, production, service, and the consumer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty throughcustomer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Furthermore, to apply these objectives, aquantitative approach method with linear regression analysis is used. The results also showthat customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between the influence of servicequality on customer loyalty to Tokopedia users. This study proves that service quality has a directeffect on loyalty and can also have an indirect effect, namely from service quality tocustomer satisfaction (as an intervening variable) and then to loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the knowledge of taxpayers on the fulfillment of taxationobligations of MSMEs by using a systematic mapping study method to examine the scientificpublications of taxpayers' knowledge on the fulfillment of MSME Taxation Obligations produced fromtime to time, the focus and types of research that are most investigated, browse 134 (one hundred andthirty four) articles based on the topic areas studied under the category of Taxation Regulations,Taxpayer Compliance, Implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 and the implementation of PP No. 23 of2018 were later reduced to 50 (fifty) articles that focused on qualitative and quantitative researchmethods and types of research, namely validation research, evaluation research, solution proposals,philosophical papers and experience papers. The results of this study use the theory of mardiasmoand chatarina which suggest three criteria in the knowledge of tax obligations, understanding ofMSME tax regulations, and compliance in implementing MSME tax obligations so that it shows thatunderstanding of taxpayer knowledge on the fulfillment of UMKM tax obligations has a positive effecton MSME taxpayer compliance because the higher the level of understanding of the taxationknowledge of UMKM, the higher the compliance of the UMKM taxpayers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and timeliness of freight forwardingservices on customer satisfaction. This study involved 30 respondents as research samplesselected based on nonprobability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Accordingto Sugiyono, saturated sampling is a sampling technique that is often used when all membersof the population are sampled; the total population is generally relatively small, i.e. less than30 respondents. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The data analysismethod used included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linearanalysis test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test), and coefficient of determination test with thehelp of SPSS version 26. The results showed that simultaneously service quality andtimeliness have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.36> 0.05 and an Fcount value of 3.781 > Ftable 2.92. Simultaneously price and timeliness alsohave a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 16%; theremaining 84% is influenced by other factors not described in this study. This means that H0is rejected and H3 is accepted

Abstract

Fitur GoFood yang disediakan oleh Go-jek adalah layanan pesan-antar (delivery) yang disediakan Go-jek untuk membelikan dan mengantarkan makanan kepada penggunanya. Go-jek dengan persaiangan yang ketat terutama dengan pesaing terkuatnya yaitu Grab-food memiliki kelebihan seperti kelengkapan jenis restoran yang tersedia dibanding applikasi lainnya atau serupa. Keberhasilan GoJek dalam memberikan layanan pesan antar makanan terbilang sukses dengan jumlah konsumen dan patner pemilik usaha yang terbilang banyak. Kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu unsur terpenting untuk memperoleh kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi Go-food pada Go-jek di Institut Stiami Kampus Bekasi B yang menggunakan aplikasi Go-food pada Go-jek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan alat uji analisis statistik SPSS 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengaruh kualitas pelayanan food delivery pada Gojek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dari Mahasiswa Institut Stiami Kampus Bekasi B. Besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan food delivery pada Gojek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dari Mahasiswa Institut Stiami Kampus Bekasi B sebesar 70,0%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengiriman pakaian dinas pemerintah yang di lakukan oleh CV Mentari Bunga Laisa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi dan juga wawancara mendalam kepada  informan: direktur, bagian administrasi keuangan dan bagian logistik pada CV Mentari Bunga Laisa. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan penyebab keterlambatan pengiriman pakaian dinas pemerintah yang di lakukan CV Mentari Bunga Laisa. Diagram pareto dan diagram sebab akibat disusun untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab yang paling banyak di tahun 2018. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jarak memiliki tingkat paling tinggi yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan pengiriman pakaian dinas pemerintah. Kemudian cuaca menjadi tingkat paling tinggi kedua yang menjadi faktor penyebab keterlambatan pengiriman di tahun 2018. Saran untuk CV Mentari Bunga Laisa pada saat menawarkan harga pekerjaan juga memperhitungkan jika dikirim dengan pesawat sehingga pada saat air laut sedang pasang CV Mentari Bunga Laisa bisa mengirim pakaian dinas dengan pesawat.

Abstract

PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa adalah perusahaan manufaktur peralatan listrik menengah yang menggunakan bushing sebagai bahan baku untuk trafo. Untuk itu penting dilakukan proses evaluasi pemasok bahan baku bushing agar mendapatkan kualitas dan kuantitas bahan baku yang sesuai. Saat ini perusahaan menghadapi masalah keterlambatan pengiriman bahan baku yang mengganggu produksi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk evaluasi kinerja pemasok bahan baku bushing menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan fokus pada harga, kualitas, layanan, dan pengiriman. Metode AHP digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan multikriteria untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pemasok dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan software expert choice. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga adalah kriteria utama dalam evaluasi dengan nilai 0,398, dan pemasok A memiliki kinerja terbaik dengan nilai 0,280

Abstract

One of the freight forwarding or logistics service companies that utilizes it is PT Titipan Kilat Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). Not only about service, logistics companies must also pay attention to the timeliness of delivery of goods that are carried out, delivery time is the period of time the customer orders the product until it arrives in the hands of the consumer himself. The research aims to determine the effect of the quality of the tracking system service on JNE delivery services on the satisfaction of the millennial generation in Bekasi Regency and to study the effect of service quality on JNE delivery services on the satisfaction of the millennial generation in Bekasi Regency. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation and library research. While the data collected was analyzed by validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test T. The results of the research conducted were the perception of the millennial generation on the variable perception of the service tracking system that provide experience to know the position of the goods is very good. It can be seen from the value obtained, which is 4.22 with a very good interpretation. The attitude of the JNE courier on the perception variable also shows a good value of 4.13 with a good interpretation. The quality of service at JNE is still lacking, as can be seen from the indicator of the facilities provided by JNE with a value of 3.57, although the interpretation is good, it still needs to be improved so that it is better than its competitors.
