Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi sistem pakar secara khusus untuk mendeteksi dini penyakit tuberkulosis paru, tuberkulosis tulang dan tuberkulosis kelenjar. Aplikasi dikembangkan untuk berjalan di perangkat Android. Proses diagnosis menggunakan metode forward chaining dari 18 gejala ketiga penyakit tersebut, baik gejala wajib maupun gejala tidak wajib. Basis data menggunakan SQLite. Untuk menghitung jumlah gejala yang dipilih oleh pengguna terhadap jumlah gejala penyakit tersebut, digunakan probabilitas klasik. Secara fungsional, sistem pakar telah dapat berjalan di perangkat Android untuk mendeteksi dini penyakit tuberkulosis paru, tulang dan kelenjar serta telah divalidasi hasil deteksinya oleh pakar secara langsung.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information and communication technology (ICT) facilitate human activity. Along with this rapid development, emerge a gap between individuals who have access to technology and those whose not. This is what we called the digital divide. The main challenges of e-government development are the ability and readiness of management not only the technology. The skill divide between human resources in the government will certainly affect the implementation of e-government in Indonesia.The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the digital divide between individuals in the government, to measure the condition of the digital divide between the current individual in government.

Abstract

Satu hal yang sederhana tetapi sering dilupakan oleh para ibu dan kader kesehatan adalah Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS), yang merupakan kartu yang memuat kurva pertumbuhan normal anak berdasarkan indeks antropometri berat badan menurut umur.  KMS seringkali tidak dimanfaatkan oleh ibu balita karena seringkali KMS disimpan pada kader dengan alasan takut hilang. Pemahaman para ibu terhadap grafik pertambahan berat badan ini penting agar ibu bisa melakukan tindakan sedini mungkin jika pertumbuhan anak tidak sesuai dengan usianya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi mobile Kartu Menuju Sehat (M-KMS) berbasis Android untuk orang tua balita agar dapat memantau riwayat kesehatan balita. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan bahasa C# dan framework Xamarin. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi menyimpan riwayat kesehatan balita pada perangkat bergerak berbasis android.

Abstract

Chicken eggs are one source of animal protein that is easy to obtain and widely consumed by the community. Chicken eggs consumed in Indonesia consist of chicken and chicken. This opportunity became one of the causes of the emergence of many breeders of laying hens. Detailed processing production results cause problems for farmers. Information technology is one technology that is growing rapidly and widely used in helping activities in various sectors. One such sector is the field of laying hens. The use of information technology aims to solve a problem experienced by breeders and also to improve the effectiveness and efficiency when doing a job. Information technology in this case also has the following functions Capture, Processing, Generating, Storage, and Transmissions. To know the performance of the system that has been built then done the testing process. Test methods are performed using functionality testing. The results of this test results that the system has been built in accordance with the initial design. Performance of the system is running in accordance with its functionality.

Abstract

Mengelola arsip merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan oleh berbagai instansi, tak terkecuali di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Manajemen arsip video di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah masih terbilang konvensional, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan aplikasi yang memudahkan proses pengelolaan arsip dan pencarian arsip video di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang digunakan adalah RAD. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan fungsional dan non fungsional sistem manajemen arsip video. Setelah tahap desain, dilakukan implementasi basis data, dan implementasi program. Pada tahap terakhir, dilakukan pengujian pada sistem dan aplikasi manajemen arsip video. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membantu dalam pengelolaan dan pencarian arsip di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The pupose of Numbering Gesture Recognition Application exists is to be basic for the next research to built translator sign languages to text. Android platform choosen because this platform already spread and open source, so it will be easily to spread this application.

Abstract

Pada Balai IPTEKnet Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) terdapat sebuah prosedur untuk memanajemen keluhan mitra kerjasama. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan mitra kerjasama agar dapat menyampaikan keluhannya serta memudahkan staf Balai IPTEKnet dalam mengelola keluhan yang disampaikan oleh mitra kerjasama. Manajemen ini merupakan salah satu strategi CRM atau manajemen hubungan pelanggan yang ada di Balai IPTEKnet BPPT. Teknologi informasi memainkan peranan penting dan makin luas dalam bisnis. Mengingat berkembangnya dunia teknologi informasi dewasa ini, maka upaya yang akan dilakukan peneliti agar memudahkan pelanggan untuk berinteraksi dengan pegawai Balai IPTEKnet dalam menyampaikan keluhan dan mengefisienkan staf Balai IPTEKnet dalam memanajemen keluhan yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem manajemen keluhan mitra kerjasama berbasis web.Perancangan sistem dilakukan setelah data diperoleh dan analisa terhadap data yang didapat telah dilakukan. Sistem yang akan dibuat dirancang berdasarkan metode unified process dan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language). Dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black box.

Abstract

Student Dormitory is a desirable place to live for all overseas Aceh students that far from home, Student Dormitory be exclusive if the existence of a dormitory is located very far from the government and from the student's hometown, so the presence of dormitory is felt not exist and far from elegant impression , there are many Aceh students dormitory are not recorded by the Regional Government , that recorded only dormitory under the auspices of the government, when in fact the most dormitory are located under other institutions. Along with the development of, make it even easier people's lives in their daily live. During its development, mobile technology can determine the position of users, find the location you want to target, and provide a route to that location. The use of mobile devices for the Aceh Government, Society, and students in particular is to facilitate them in the course of a visit to Student Dormitory. The geographic information system created using the Java programming language with SDK (Software Development Kit) Android and using MySQL and SQLite databases, the system is a client-server. The process of making and development of Geographic Information System using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using prototyping life cycle. By using the life cycle of prototyping, the design can be quickly created and tested by users. Users can participate in helping the development of a system to provide feedback on the prototype that has been tried before, so that the system be made better. The result of this application design is the realization of a mobile application that can allow users to find information and search for Aceh Student Dormitory in Java Island, Indonesia. The Geographic Information System uses technology of LBS (Location Based Service), this allows users to find the location of dormitory that wish to visit. This system will be developed on mobile devices using the Android operating system.
