Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the trial of research products in the form of video learning media for learning badminton footwork techniques. This type of research uses research and development. Respondents in this study used students from the physical education study program, FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya, to conduct small-scale trials and large-scale trials. The stages of testing the product of this research are small-scale trials and large-scale trials. The research product produces learning media in the form of videos with badminton footwork material. The results of the research on a small-scale trial carried out on 10 respondents obtained 71% in the eligible category to be continued in the next stage. The results of large-scale respondents trials using 15 people are get 85% very feasible category. The implication of the research is that the research product is feasible to be used in learning basic badminton footwork techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada atlet pencak silat binaan Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Objek penelitian adalah atlet pencak silat binaan Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang yang berjumlah 7 atlet. instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani menggunakan 5 etem tes yaitu tes kecepatan 20 meter, tes shuttle run, tes tiga kali lompat, tes sit up, dan tes bleep tes. Teknik analisis deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase.berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa kebugaran jasmani atlet pencak silat binaan Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang ada 3 orang (42,8% ) kecepatan lari 20 meter berada dalam katagori Baik , ada 7 orang (100% ) kelincahannya berada dalam katagori Sangat Baik , ada 6 orang ( 85,7% ) power otot tungkainya berada dalam katagori Baik, ada 7 orang ( 100%) kekuatan otot perutnya berada dalam katagori, ada 3 orang ( 42% ) daya tahannya berada dalam katagori Baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pembelajaran berbasis video materi teknik dasar footwork bulutangkis bagi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Prosedur penelitian dengan mengadopsi tahapan-tahapan penelitian dari Borg and Gall. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Borg and Gall yaitu sepuluh langkah-langkah. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini memiliki empat langkah yaitu pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, membuat draft model, dan validasi ahli. Produk penelitian dilakukan validasi pada ahli permainan bulutangkis dan ahli media. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi Penjaskes FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Hasil validasi ahli permainan bulutangkis diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 76,78 dengan kategori layak. Hasil penelitian dari validasi ahli media diperoleh persentase sebesar 74,38 dengan kategori layak. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah produk penelitian berupa model pembelajaran berbasis video materi teknik dasar footwork bulutangkis telah dinyatakan valid sehingga dapat digunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to perceive the relationship between physical fitness and the grade-point average. This study used a quantitative method with survey techniques with design correlation. The subjects of this study were 1st and 3rd-semester physical education college students with a total sample of 142 students (M: 97, F: 45). Random sampling was used as the sampling technique and TKJI (Indonesian Physical Fitness Test) was used as the instrument in this study was. The results show that 4 students (2,82%) were in very good, 68 students (47,89%) were in good, 58 students (40,85%) were in good fitness classification, 11 students (7,75%) were in less, and 1 students (0,7%) were in very less fitness classification. It means that the physical fitness of physical education college students mostly in good fitness classification. ANOVA was used to analyze the relationship between health-related physical fitness and grade-point average index.  The statistical test showsthat physical fitness has a positive correlationwith the grade-point average indexwith Sig (P-value) = 0,000 and 5% margin of error.Based on the t-test, the value of tcount (21,360)>ttable (2.12) which can be concluded that physical fitness affects the grade-point average index.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas IX.1 melalui teaching games for understanding (TGfU) implementasi penugasan dosen di SMP Negeri 9 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian tindakan yaitu siswa kelas IX.1 berjumlah 32 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pre test (data awal) bahwa diperoleh dari aspek afektif secara klasikal dikatakan tuntas, karena sebanyak 29 siswa (90,62%) sudah memenuhi KKM, dari ranah kognitif mencapai presentasi 90,63 (sangatbaik), dan nilai rata-rata kelas untuk ranah psikomotor belum tuntas berjumlah 18 siswa dengan presentasi sebesar 56,25 (kurang). Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan siklus I untuk memperbaiki nilai rata-rata pada ranah psikomotor, hasil yang diperoleh yaitu persentase sebesar 88,9 (kategori baik), sehingga secara klasikal siswa Tuntas dalam ranah psikomotor. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan hasil dari aspek psikomotor. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran TGfU dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran passing bawah bola voli.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Passing Bawah, Bola Voli, TGfU, PTK

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kelincahan dan keseimbangan  terhadap hasil dribble sepakbola pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Metode penelitian penelitian yang digunakan adalah ekperimen one group pre test and post test design. Dengan rancangan pre test-post test one group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepakbola, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes dribble sepakbola. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini berupa latihan kelincahan dan keseimbangan diberikan selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali dalam seminggu. Uji efektifitas menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan hasil “uji t” signifikan ? = 0,05 didapat thitung = (23,6) sedangkan ttabel = (1,70), l sehingga Ha dapat diterima, sedangkan HO ditolak. Bedasarkan temuan hasil penelitian bahwa Ha dapat diterima, maka latihan kelincahan dan  keseimbangan  memiliki pengaruh  terhadap peningkatan  dribble sepakbola. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa latihan kelincahan dan  keseimbangan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu jenis latihan untuk meningkatkan dribble sepakbola.Kata kunci: kelincahan,  keseimbangan,  sepakbola

Abstract

Learning, which focuses on higher-level thinking skills, can be applied in the physical education curriculum through games and sports, movement education, and outdoor education. This study aims to produce a learning model that effectively improves the physical fitness and critical thinking skills of students. Purposive sampling was used in selecting research sample members in which 308 (M: 153 and F: 155) fifth-grade students participated in this study. Two groups were selected as research subjects divided into small groups for the first stage test (N: 123; M: 56; F: 67; Average age: 10.82) and large groups for the second stage test (N: 185; M: 97; F: 88; Average age: 10.70). Five indicators of critical thinking skills were measured through a critical thinking skills instrument. Meanwhile, the indicators of physical fitness tests include BMI, Sit and Reach, Sit-Up, Trunk Lift, and PACER 20-M. The results showed that physical education, oriented towards peer observation carried out during the learning process, self-assessment carried out by students, and packed in the circuit learning method is proven to improve critical thinking skills and physical fitness.

Abstract

Socialization and mentoring of the results of the development of volleyball game learning techniques for Physical Education teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency is carried out with the aim of providing additional knowledge about the results of learning development on big ball material, especially volleyball games, this is done because teachers need to gain knowledge new regarding the results of research activities in learning. The number of participants in this activity was 80 teachers, which was conducted in October 2020. Socialization and mentoring was carried out in several ways or methods, namely by lecturing, question and answer, and mentoring. Based on the results of the evaluation of the socialization and mentoring activities, it shows the level of understanding of the teachers on average is 94.5% and the results of the application of activities in the form of practice of making teaching materials on average are 79.25%, and have entered the good category, so the results This service activity can be used as an alternative teaching material for Physical Education teachers.Keywords: socialization, mentoring, development, learning, volleyball
