This research is purposed to analyze and find empirical study the effect of organizational factor, social factor, individual factor toward perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use toward attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use, the effect of behavioral intention to use toward system usage.Population in this research are all the internal auditors that worked at public credit banking. Sample of this research are internal auditors that worked at public credit banking company in Central Java and willing to complete the questionnaires also minimal have worked 1 years. The analysis data used is PLS program.Based on the result and discussion, the conclusion are: (1) Organizational factor did not affect perceived usefulness. (2) Organizational factor positively affect perceived ease of use. (3) Social factors did not affect perceived usefulness. (4) Social factors positively affect perceived ease of use.(5) Individual factors positively affect perceived usefulness. (6) Individual factors positively affect perceived ease of use. (7) Perceived ease of use positively affect perceived usefulness. (8) Perceived usefulness positively affect attitude toward using. (9)Perceived ease of use positively affect attitude toward using. (10)Attitude toward using positively affect behavioral intention to use.(11) Behavioral intention to use did not affect system usage. (12)Perceived usefulness positively affect system usage.

Upaya peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat melalui tindakan promotif dan preventif membutuhkan adanya perubahan perilaku hidup sehat di kalangan masyarakat desa yang bersifat mendasar dan fundamental. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berangkat dari potensi dan kebutuhan dari masyarakat Desa Kerambitan. Desa Kerambitan dipilih sebagai tempat pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dikarenakan adanya beberapa data yaitu adanya 1) tingginya kebutuhan edukasi dan pendampingan holistik bagi lansia dengan penyakit diabetes ; 2) rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga dalam menyusun menu pencegahan penyakit degenerative seperti diabetes. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi dari kedua permasalahan di kelompok sasaran. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan kognitif dan keterampilan melalui hasil pretest dan post test serta hasil penilaian ceklis keterampilan menyusun menu seimbang untuk pasien diabetes yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Kegiatan pendampingan di dua generasi ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari kedua kelompok sasaran dan menjadi cikal bakal pengembangan desa sehat di desa Kerambitan..Â Kata kunci: promotif, sehat,diabetes

As the frequency, severity, and costs of safety risks continue to become a challenge for mining industry, the company understood that the existing safety analytic does not provide adequate information, as it has been relying predominantly on collecting and evaluating aggregated data of lagging indicators about past accidents. This method has been negatively driving the organization to carry out repetitive cycle of accident analysis and problem solving, and therefore, undertaking reactive responses. This paper investigated how statistical process control, in particular control charts, can be applied to hazards data, as the leading indicator of accidents, to detect statistically trends in safety process and safety behavior, aiming to control the safety process in real-time manner before the occurrence of accidents. The result showed that the latest iteration of control limits development in Phase 3 is suitable as the control chart for safety process in one of case study mine operation site. Furthermore, the implementation of control charts to hazards data not only it helps the organization to transition its safety analytic to leading indicator analysis, it enables the organization to control safety process in real-time practice and to carry out timely safety intervention long before the potential occurrence of severe accidents, in which within this case, the first early warning signal was triggered 49 days before the occurrence of the fatality accident.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki media digital yang profesional guna mendukung aktivitas bisnis dan membangun citra perusahaan. PT. Brianov Egatara Nirbana Estu, yang bergerak di bidang pembersihan dan inspeksi pipa atau tube, membutuhkan sebuah platform digital yang mampu menampilkan informasi profil perusahaan secara menyeluruh dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang website company profile berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai pendekatan pengembangan sistem. Metode ini dipilih karena pendekatan bertahapnya yang terstruktur, mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah website company profile yang informatif, responsif, dan sesuai dengan identitas perusahaan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas serta memudahkan klien dan mitra dalam mengakses informasi tentang layanan dan portofolio PT. Brianov Egatara Nirbana Estu. Website ini diharapkan menjadi media strategis dalam mendukung pemasaran dan komunikasi perusahaan di era digital.

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services such as Shopee PayLater have transformed consumer transaction patterns by offering convenience and flexibility in shopping. However, systems like this also carry high risks if not accompanied by adequate software testing. This article presents a study aimed at evaluating the reliability of the Shopee PayLater system using the Black Box Testing approach with Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) and Equivalence Partitioning (EP) techniques, combined with user-based use case scenarios. This method allows for testing various input variations, especially at boundary values and data structure validity. Out of 14 test cases executed, 11 successfully detected input errors accurately, while the remaining 3 failed to handle certain conditions, such as character length and OTP format. The Defect Removal Efficiency (DRE) obtained was 21.43%, indicating that the effectiveness of testing can still be improved. Overall, this approach has proven to enhance testing coverage and detect relevant potential errors in digital financial systems.

This study argues that the integration of Islamic teachings and local Kejawen culture is essential to understanding the religious practices of Muslims. This argument is supported by observations of the dynamics of interaction between religious teachings and local traditions, which show that moderation (wasathiyyah) is key to creating balance and tolerance. The approach used in this study is a literature study, where the analysis of relevant texts and references explores how Kejawen adherents integrate Islamic worship with local traditions, such as selamatan and ruwah. The results of the study show that moderation is not only a theoretical concept, but also a practice that is lived in everyday life. The application of the values of tolerance and education in the context of moderation allows Muslims to appreciate diversity while maintaining their identity.
