Abstract

Abstract Metro is one of the cities in Lampung Province, Indonesia. It is located between Eastern Lampung and Central Lampung Districs and becomes a junction of two regional highway, i.e. Central Sumatera Highway and Sumatera Eastern Coast Highway. This position produces high traffic flow on route assignment in Metro City. This study aims to observe the impact of trough on road network performance in Metro City. TRANPLAN  is used to model the performance of the network and the result is be compared with the field condition. The results indicate that the potency of daily trough traffic load in Metro City is about 24,99%  from the whole interzones movement. The research also indicate that there is no problem with the performance of traffic network in Metro City for time being (with error margin less than 20%). The problem of traffic jamp is predicted happens in 2013 where V/C ratio of several main roads in Metro City are more than 0,8. Trought traffic load contributes about 21% of V/C ratio of traffic network in Metro City. Keywords: trought traffic, OD matrix, route assignment, V/C ratio

Abstract

Abstract Activities in the shopping area cause attraction and generate trips. The number of vehicles entering and leaving the area affects the performance of the surrounding roads. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence trip attraction and implement traffic management to reduce congestion. The results of this study show that the factors that influence the public trips attracted to the shopping area of Bandar Lampung are the number of people living in a house, the number of private vehicle ownership in each house, the completeness of the goods sold in the shopping area, and the price of goods sold. Traffic management that needs to be done is to reduce intersection conflicts and road weavings, by closing access to vehicles directly into the intersection and changing access to the shopping area. Keywords: trip generation, road performance, road weaving, traffic management  Abstrak Aktivitas di kawasan perbelanjaan menimbulkan tarikan dan bangkitan pergerakan. Banyaknya kendaraan yang masuk maupun keluar kawasan mempengaruhi kinerja jalan di sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tarikan pergerakan dan menerapkan manajemen lalu lintas untuk mengurangi kemacetan. Hasil studi ini memperlihatkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tarikan perjalanan masyarakat ke kawasan perdagangan Kota Bandar Lampung adalah jumlah orang yang tinggal di suatu rumah, jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan pribadi di setiap rumah, kelengkapan barang yang dijual di kawasan perdagangan, dan harga barang yang dijual. Manajemen lalu lintas yang perlu dilakukan adalah mengurangi konflik simpang dan jalinan jalan, dengan menutup akses kendaraan masuk langsung ke simpang serta mengubah akses masuk ke kawasan perbelanjaan tersebut. Kata-kata kunci: bangkitan pergerakan, kinerja jalan, jalinan jalan, manajemen lalu lintas

Abstract

Bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan tanpa diiringi oleh peningkatan lebar jalan bisa menyebabkan terjadinya kepadatan lalu lintas dan akumulasi kendaraan di persimpangan jalan, terutama pada waktu jam sibuk. Simpang tiga tak bersinyal Jalan Ahmad Yani – Jalan Pemuda merupakan pertemuan ruas jalan nasional dengan jalan kabupaten. Lokasi di sekitar persimpangan merupakan kompleks pertokoan dan pasar, sehingga pada jam tertentu arus lalu lintasnya sangat padat. Jalan Ahmad Yani merupakan salah satu ruas Jalan Lintas Barat Sumatera yang banyak dilewati oleh kendaraan berat dan sangat rawan akan terjadinya kecelakaan karena jalan tesebut memiliki lebar terbatas dan arus lalu lintas yang padat. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja simpang tiga tak bersinyal di persimpangan Jalan Ahmad Yani - Jalan Pemuda serta menyajikan solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada di simpang tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei di lapangan berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Dari hasil analisis, didapatkan nilai kapasitas sebesar 2242 smp/jam, derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1,126, tundaan simpang sebesar 27,98 det/smp, peluang antrian antara 52,33% - 103,05%, dan tingkat pelayanan F. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada simpang tiga tak bersinyal Jalan Ahmad Yani - Jalan Pemuda adalah larangan belok kanan dari Jalan Ahmad Yani (timur) dan larangan parkir dan berhenti di sepanjang pendekat simpang.

Abstract

As the capital city of Lampung Province, traffic density in Bandar Lampung City cannot be avoided. Due to the density of existing traffic flow, transportation facilities need to be improved. Transportation facilities improve can be done with many examples of traffic engineering, like make an intersections, roundabout, underpasses, flyovers, etc.  In the Pramuka traffic area, the government took the decision to make a fly over. The construction of fly over Pramuka – Indra Bangsawan impressed not pay attention to the applicable geometric standard of urban roads, so it needs to be evaluated to find out the safe speed to cross on it. The research method is by first searching for the ideal radius length after that searching for the ideal arch length which will be compared with the existing arch length.  The result, a safe passing speed when crossing the fly over is 18 km / h (full circle) and 16 km / h (spiral-spiral), and at the cross over fly over is 12 km / h (full circle) and 8 km / h (spiral-spiral). Speed requirements for urban road plans are 30 - 50 km / h, so it can be concluded that the construction of fly-over pramuka - indra bangsawan has not met the applicable urban road planning standards.

Abstract

Salah satu infrastruktur yang berperan penting dalam berkembangnya suatu daerah adalah infrastruktur jalan. Kondisi kerusakan dini pada jalan raya terutama disebabkan oleh muatan berlebihan kendaraan berat (overloaded), ketidaksesuaian standar mutu lapisan perkerasan jalan untuk lalu lintas berat, kekeliruan dalam pedoman penentuan tebal lapisan perkerasan jalan, serta kurang baiknya sistem drainase jalan. Rekayasa Lapangan merupakan bagian penting dari kegiatan proyek untuk menuju penanganan jalan secara optimal dari sisi mutu, biaya dan waktu. Kebijakan diperkenalkannya simplified design dalam perencanaan jalan membuat sebagian besar perencanaan teknis jalan nasional dilakukan dengan menggunakan prinsip simplified design. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung tebal peningkatan lapis tambahan (overlay), dan mengetahui kebutuhan biaya rehabilitasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan simplified pada ruas jalan tegineneng – sp. tanjung karang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yang menggunakan pendekatan simplified didapat perencanaan tebal lapis tambah (overlay) pada STA 13+449 - 15+849 sebesar 18 cm, STA 25+188 – 26+488 sebesar 18 cm dan STA 31+650 – 32+450 sebesar 16 cm untuk ruas jalan tegineneng – sp. tanjung karang. Dari hasil data yang didapatkan yaitu tebal lapis tambah (overlay) biaya rehabilitasi dengan pendekatan simplified untuk ruas jalan tegineneng – sp. tanjung karang sebesar Rp 52.253.768.426,00,-. Kata kunci :     pendekatan simplified, tebal lapis tambah (overlay), rencana anggaran biaya, rehabilitasi.

Abstract

Berkembangnya suatu wilayah maka akan memicu pertambahan penduduk sehingga akan meningkat juga kepemilikan kendaraan yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kegiatan penduduknya. Hal ini terjadi disepanjang jalan Dr. Susilo yang dimana pada ruasnya terdapat gedung Kantor Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung yang merupakan kantor palayanan publik. Adapun hal yang menarik perhatian adalah sudah tersedianya lahan parkir namun masih tidak mampu menampung kendaraan yang berkunjung sehingga menimbulkan kepadatan lalu lintas.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kebutuhan ruang parkir yang terdapat di Kantor Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung.  Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu akumulasi maksimum kendaraan yang parkir adalah 348 kendaraan. Untuk rata-rata durasi kendaraan adalah 119 menit. Hasil untuk tingkat pergantian parkir adalah 6,3/SRP/jam. Kapasitas maksimum kendaraan yang parkir adalah 101 kend/jam. Kebutuhan ruang parkir untuk Kantor Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung adalah 296 SRP. Kata kunci: Parkir, Durasi Parkir, Tingkat Pergantian Parkir, Kapasitas Parkir, Kebutuhan Parkir, Kantor Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The load from vehicles received by rigid pavement is characterized as dynamic load that move and change quantitively, so the r2eaction accepted by rigid pavement is the combination of compressive and tensile strength. In the reaserch, as the effort to know the effect of flexural and split tensile strength on normal quality concrete with 0%, 0,4%, 0,6% and 0,8%. The samples of flexural tensile strength testimonial use 60 cm x 15cm x 15 cm beam and the sampes of split tensile and compressive strength test use 15 cm x 30 cm cylinder. As the result, the concrete sample with 0,4% of volume fraction has the most significant progress in the flexural tensile strength, split tensile strength and compressive strength. The result of this research also shows that the progress of flexural tensile test sample reach 9,42%, split tensile strength 7,5% and compressive strength 6,12% from concrete sample with 0% of volume fraction and it has decreased test result from 0,6% and 0,8% of volume fraction. The maximum of flexural tensile test, split tensile test, and compressive test are 6,62 MPa, 2,58 MPa, and 30,54 MPa. Key words : Melaleuca bark fiber, flexural tensil strength,split tensil strength, compressive strength, volume fraction, and rigid pavement.

Abstract

Gasoline is an important item and becomes a basic need for the community. Subsidized gasoline in Bandar Lampung experienced sales restrictions according to the specified quota. The price of subsidized gasoline which is cheaper than non-subsidized gasoline makes people willing to wait to get subsidized gasoline. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the selection of gasoline types and determine the preferences of each private vehicle user in choosing gasoline, both subsidized gasoline and non-subsidized types. This research uses AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) methodBased on the results of the analysis conducted on the group of civil servants, non-civil servants and students, it was found that the group of non-civil servants chose Premium which was the most priority with a weighting value of 0.3745, then for Pertalite of 0.3156 and Pertamax 0.3108. Then for the group of civil servants, the greatest or priority results were Premium with a value of 0.3457, then Pertamax with a value of 0.3350 and Pertalite with a value of 0.3205. Then, for the Student group the most priority results are Premium of 0.3479, then Pertalite of 0.3288 and Pertamax with a difference not too far at 0.3263.

Abstract

RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) is the residual pavement that has been damaged or out of date. RAP can be reused as a basic material for flexible pavement with the addition of new aggregate material and asphalt, to fulfill the quality and specifications of flexible pavement. This study aime to determine the quality of hot mix asphalt at various nominal aggregate sizes that made from RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement). The results of the study obtained the maximum stability value on the use of RAP 20% in AC-WC obtained 1588,829 kg, while for the use of RAP 22% on AC-BC obtained 1799,405 kg and for RAP on AC-Base 28% has a maximum stability value amounting to 2285,571kg. The three types of mixtures have mixed characteristics and marshall characteristics that fulfill the General Specifications of Bina Marga. The Optimum Asphalt Content value for the percentage of RAP use of 20% in AC-WC was 5.8%. Whereas for the use of 22% RAP on AC-BC, the Optimum Asphalt Content value was 5.45% and the use of RAP on AC-Base 28% was obtained by the Optimum Asphalt Containt value of 4.9%.
