Abstract

This research was conducted in Kutoharjo Elementary School 2, Rembang Regency. The subjects of this study were 28 students in class V, 11 girls and 17 boys. This research begins with the problem of low student process skills in science subjects with water cycle material. Research in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with three cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Cycle I process skill scores reached 65 with enough categories. Cycle II score of process skills reached 72. Cycle III score of process skills reached 84 with good categories. The increase in process skill scores in the three learning cycles provides evidence that the Picture to Picture Cooperative Learning Model has succeeded in improving students' process skills in science learning with water cycle material.

Abstract

Melihat realita di masyarakt khususnya guru SD di kecamatan Boja kabupaten Kendal pada pembelajaran Matematika maka perlu adanya pelatihan pembuatan dan penggunaannya di dalam pembelajaran. Atas dasar kepentingan itulah tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) UPBJJ UT Semarang mengadakan kegiatan tentang (1) penyuluhan/perancangan pembelajaran matematika yang terkait pemilihan strategi, metode, media/alat peraga, dan evaluasi; (2) pelatihan/simulasi: pembuatan media/alat peraga yang sesuai dan penggunaannya; (3) pemantauan implementasi hasil perancangan dalam prraktek pembelajaran. Kegiatan-kegiatan itu diorientasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru-guru kelas SD se dabin Iswahyudi kecamatan Boja kabupaten Kendal. Dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan seiring dan atau memanfaatkan Forum Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG)

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the role of fear of missing out (FOMO), beauty influencer reviews, on impulsive buying and purchase satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers of Skintific cushion products at the Kendal outlet. Quantitative methods were used in this study and data were measured using a Likert scale. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with sample criteria and a sample of 109 respondents was obtained. The results of this study indicate that the role of fear of missing out (FOMO) has a significant positive effect on impulsive buying. Beauty influencer reviews have a significant positive effect on impulsive buying. And impulsive buying also has a significant positive effect on purchase satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui celebrity endorsement, social media marketing dan brand image terhadap purchase intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang memiliki niat beli produk Luxcrime blur & cover two way cake. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan data diukur menggunakan skala likert. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria sample sebanyak 92 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorsement, brand image berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap purchase intention, sedangkan social media marketing berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention
