Abstract

Sharia banks are often attached to Muslim communities, causing sharia banks to have an exclusive impression for people to become customers in Sharia banks, as if sharia banks belong to only Muslims. The perception led to the slow development of Sharia banks. This research is trying to understand whether it is true that religious perception affects people to become Sharia bank customers. By using regression analysis, in 156 respondents in the city of Surabaya and Sidoarjo is found that cognitive perception (belief and knowledge), affective (like and dislikes) and contemplative (likelihood) have a positive influence on individual decision to become a customer in Sharia banks.

Abstract

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan signifikansi meningkatnya angkatan kerja perempuan di dalam industri dengan tingkat pendapatan perkapita di Indonesia selama periode 1996 2019. Metode yang dipakai dalam artikel ini kuantitatif dengan alat analisis analisis regresi. Hasil riset menyatakan bahwa tingkat angkatan kerja perempuan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap tingkat PDB per kapita.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the significance of managerial ownership and company financial performance on corporate social responsibility reporting. The method used in this article is quantitative with a regression analysis tool. The results of the research state that managerial ownership does not have a significant effect on corporate social responsibility reporting, while management strength has a significant and negative effect on corporate social responsibility reporting, Leverage has a significant effect on corporate social responsibility reporting, but return on assets has no significant effect on corporate social responsibility reporting. corporate social responsibility reporting.
