Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of a coastal community empowerment program aimed at raising awareness of the importance of conserving natural resources in coastal areas. The program utilizes a participatory approach that integrates local knowledge with modern conservation practices to achieve sustainable goals. The research method used is a qualitative approach that involves active participation of coastal communities in all stages of the program. Data is collected through participatory observation, interviews, and group discussions, and analyzed thematically. The research findings indicate that involving coastal communities directly in conservation efforts has positive impacts both socially and environmentally. This empowerment program successfully enhances the awareness of coastal communities regarding the importance of conserving natural resources and strengthens their involvement in such efforts. In conclusion, coastal community empowerment is an effective approach to natural resource conservation, with the potential to create sustainable positive changes in coastal communities.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the welfare of farmers in Sembungharjo Village through the application of environmentally friendly agricultural technology. This program involves training and mentoring farmers in the use of organic fertilizers, efficient irrigation techniques, and integrated pest management. The research results show an increase in agricultural productivity by 25% and a reduction in production costs of up to 15% after implementing this technology. Additionally, there has been an increase in environmental awareness among farmers which contributes to the sustainability of agricultural practices. The application of environmentally friendly agricultural technology has proven effective in empowering farmers and supporting sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

Micro-entrepreneurs in Banjarsari Village face constraints in financial management that impact the sustainability of their businesses. This community service program aims to improve financial literacy by providing training and mentoring to micro-entrepreneurs. The methods used include interactive training, financial management simulations, and introduction to relevant digital financial applications. The program results showed an increase in participants' understanding of financial literacy concepts, including cash flow management, daily financial recording, and budget planning. Participants were also better able to utilise technology to support business financial management. The program succeeded in encouraging better financial practices among micro-entrepreneurs, thereby contributing to the increased sustainability and development of their businesses.

Abstract

Transformasi digital desa merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat desa terkait pemanfaatan aplikasi layanan publik berbasis online, seperti e-KTP, e-PPDB, dan e-health. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat serta mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam memanfaatkan layanan pemerintahan yang lebih cepat, transparan, dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, pelatihan langsung, serta evaluasi pemahaman masyarakat terhadap aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengakses serta menggunakan layanan digital secara mandiri. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang tepat sasaran dapat mempercepat adopsi teknologi di tingkat desa dan mendukung terwujudnya pemerintahan digital yang inklusif.
