Abstract

Malang Regency has 33 districts. Jabung sub-district is one of the regions in Malang Regency. Jabung village is located in Jabung sub-district, has a population of 9,224 people and an area of 705.78 ha. The number of family heads or families is 2564 with an average family member of 4 people per family. The Jabung Village development index is 0.656 which includes a developing classification. This means that Jabung Village is a village that has village potentials that need to be developed and need real touch and contribution.The conditions that have occurred in Jabug Village for activists in Malang masks are the lack of educational infrastructure and the lack of efforts to preserve the art of Malang masks. This is indicated by the small number of poor mask activists at a young age. Besides, the problem faced by partners in maintaining the Malangan Mask art as an art of ancestral heritage is the inclusion of Westernization culture that has engulfed Indonesia as globalization is expanding resulting in the less desirable local culture. This also had an impact on the Malangan Mask art which was increasingly abandoned by the public. And also the problem of partners is that there are no poor mask educative media to introduce mask characters to visitors, or students who want to learn mask characters.The solution to the problem that occurs in mask craftsmen is by giving lectures about the preservation of the malangan mask art is the absence of science and technology-based educational media for the community (IBM) to preserve and preserve the history of the poor art character. The outcome of the use of Science and Technology for the Community (IBM) is the creation of an e-catalog is a media catalog book in electronic form that makes it easy for everyone to read information through smartphones or other electronic media. Making the malangan mask E-catalog will contain the history and character of the mask as well as souvenir information from the malangan mask art in Jabung village. Key words: Mask Village; Jabung Village; preservatione; science and technology

Abstract

The Gender perspective of family planning participants in Malang, especially in the KB village, Bareng, because according to the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) Office, is located at Jl. Ki Ageng Gribig No.5 Malang Postal Code 65173. Having a vision that is "The realization of community empowerment, population control and the realization of gender equality and protection of women and children". BKBPM also mediates the strategy and policy direction planned by the Malang city government, namely increasing the empowerment of the poor, increasing the empowerment and protection of women and children. As well as improving the quality of family planning and family welfare (DP3AP2KB, 2016). The results of the discussion stated that the number of family planning participants in RW 08 was 329 or 54.92 percent of the number of PUS (couples of childbearing age) of 599. The most enjoyed contraceptive method is an IUD of 98 or 29.78 percent. Whereas for MKJP KB (long-term method of family planning contraception) participants (Long Term Contraception Method) by 13 or 40.42 percent, and the most usage was NON MKJP which was 59.74 percent. Based on the Gender Perspective, only 66 of the 329 KB participants or only 20% of the male participants are involved. This is based on the results of interviews in the family many mothers who do not approve of her husband using the Vasectomy Contraception method, also due to suspicion if the husband uses it will be misused misused on other women (anonymous), other than that the causes of Unmet need factors: Side effects on health, prohibitions from spouse or husband, discomfort, costs to be incurred, do not want to bother, subjective experience does not use contraception does not occur in pregnancy.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikanpendampingan dan pelatihan pemisahaan keuangan usahadan keuangan keluarga serta pembenahan rencana bisnisusaha kecil ―kreasi coklat‖. Pengabdian inimengkombinasikan wawancara, observasi dan analisadokumen sebagai metodologi untuk mengidentifikasipermasalahan mitra, menentukan kebutuhan mitra danmerancang pelatihan yang dapat dilakukan oleh mitrauntuk meningkatkan kapasitas usahanya. Berdasarkanwawancara dan observasi, tim pengabdian menawarkansolusi pelatihan dan pendampingan pendidikan keuangankeluarga (family financial education) dan penyusunanrencana bisnis (business plan) yang memuat secara detiltentang produk, pelanggan dan pangsa pasar, supplier,estimasi keuntungan dan analisa persaingan usaha.

Abstract

Mitra dari kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah pemilik usaha bakery di Malang Raya, yaitu Mery Bakery. Usaha Roti “Mery Bakery” yang beralamatkan di JL.L.A Sucipto Kecamatan Blimbing Kota Malang ini adalah milik ibu Menik. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT dilakukan, terdapat dua permasalahan utama, yaitu pemilik usaha bakery tersebut belum mempunyai media promosi online atau berbasis teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan media sosial misalnya blog atau instagram, karena masih menggunakan promosi penjualan langsung dan dari mulut ke mulut pada masyarakat sekitar saja. Padahal peluang meningkatkan penjualan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media promosi online yang mudah, murah dan memiliki daya jangkauan pemasaran yang lebih luas, sehingga bisa mengembangkan pasar tidak hanya di wilayah sekitar saja, tetapi dapat memasarkan produksi bakery-nya ke seluruh wilayah Malang Raya melalui pemesanan online atau COD (cash on delivery). Selain permasalahan pemasaran, permasalahan kedua adalah peningkatan proses produksi terutama pembuatan varian rasa baru untuk roti, misalnya rasa abon sapi, sosis, telo ungu, selai apel, bawang bombay dan lainnya.Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pemasaran, adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan pada ibu Menik tentang strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial yang sesuai dengan karakteristik usaha bakery dan pelatihan yang dilakukan harus dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan. Pelatihan meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang strategi pemasaran produk dan pemasaran berbasis teknologi informasi .

Abstract

This investigation was carried out to exam the influence of attitudes towards COVID-19 with food on purchasing decisions of early adult consumers with a quantitative survey approach. The data relates to the attitude which includes that the virus is dangerous, difficult to cure and originates from China and purchasing decision behavior to fulfill daily food needs consists of being careful in choosing, paying attention to producers, care to the countries of origin, cashless payment usage, and paper money avoidance was collected with a four-scale style questionnaire distributed via Google form. Data obtained by the sample (n = 157) were selected using convenience methods and then analyzed by playing the Structural Equation Modeling, assisted by Smart-PLS. The result shows that attitude correlates with behavior in fulfilling daily foods. The attitudes towards the COVID-19 come from China that is dangerous, difficult to treat, contributes to cautious behavior, healthy behavior in meeting daily food needs, and purchasing payment usage. The consumer tends to the more careful in choosing, paying attention to care for the food producers, and where food comes from. Attitudes also have an impact on the preference of consumers to use E-money and paper money avoidance as an effort to avoid physical contact with the seller or supplier.

Abstract

The development of digital business and telecommunications has become increasingly rapid, in the last 10 years. The use of digital technology, which is growing rapidly, has also changed the perspective of society as a whole in interacting socially and has even fundamentally changed the industrial sector, especially the banking and financial industry. The presence of financial technology, where the financing process is carried out using digital economic tools known as P2PL (Peer to Peer Lending). The existence of this financing service product is believed to be able to provide a solution to increase the financial inclusion index. Based on these conditions, researchers are very interested in researching and revealing what are the challenges and tips for successful financing processes for SMEs. From the results of this study, it has a contribution to stakeholders in the future related to making decisions on P2PL financing products in particular so that they are better known to the public and successful in their distribution.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Open Unemployment Rate, Provincial Minimum Wage, Economic Growth and Human Development Index on the Number of Poor Populations partially and simultaneously in Java. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results of the study show that the Open Unemployment Rate has a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people on the island of Java. The minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in Java. Economic growth has a positive and insignificant effect on the number of poor people on the island of Java. The human development index has a negative and significant effect on the Number of Poor Populations in Java Island 2012 – 2020

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hasil penjualan Batu Intan pada sebelum dan pada saat Pandemi Covid-19 di Pasar Martapura Kalimantan Selatan dan Untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan penjualan Batu Intan peramata sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19 di Pasar Martapura Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptip kuantitatif, Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendapatan yang diperoleh pedagang batu intan di Pasar Martapura. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pedagang batu intan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara , yaitu dengan membuat daftar pernyataan tertulis yang telah disusun (kuisioner terbuka). Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menjabarkan hasil dari kuisioner yang telah didapatkan untuk menjabarkan hasil dari kuisioner yang didapatkan dari responden dalam bentuk angka. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya perbedaan pendapatan yang sangat drastis oleh pedagang batu intan di Pasar martapuka Kalimantan Selatan sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income level of street vendors during Covid-19 in Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive type of research in which the data obtained are in the form of information, both numbers and information orally and in writing. The data used includes two parts, namely primary and secondary data where primary data is data taken directly from business actors related to this researcher, while secondary data is data obtained through documentation of research objects in the form of written reports related to research. from the results of the study, it was found that the presence of covid-19 had a very large impact on traders, namely by decreasing the income of street vendors in the beach tourism area of ​​Lombang.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan pedagang kaki lima saat Covid-19 di Kecamatan Batang-batang Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif  kuantitatif yang dimana data yang diperoleh berbentuk keterangan baik angka dan maupun informasi secara lisan dan tulisan. Data yang digunakan meliputi dua bagian yaitu data primer dan sekunder yang dimana data primer merupakan data yang diambil langsung dari pelaku usaha yang berhubungan dengan peneliti ini, sedangkan data sekunder merupakan data yang didapatkan melalui dokumentasi objek penelitian berupa laporan tertulis yang berhubungan dengan penelitian.dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dengan adanya covid-19 memberikan dampak yang sangat besar terhadap pedagang yaitu dengan turunnya pendapatan para pedagang kaki lima di kawasan wisata pantai lombang.

Abstract

Purpose study this is for analyze influence Product Domestic Regional, Index development Human , Total Population , Open Unemployment Rate to Poverty Rate On Regencies / cities in East Nusa Tenggara Province . Data analysis using analysis panel data regression and processed use eviews 9. Results Study Show that :Product Gross Regional Domestic significant and take effect positive where score coefficient of 0.003006 with score probability of 0.0433. Index Builder Man significant and Where is the negative effect score coefficient as big - 2.494387 with score probability of 0.0001. Quantity Population significant and take effect positive where score coefficient as big 0.221135 with score probability 0.0000 . TPT is significant and Where is the negative effect score coefficient as big - 2.427167 with score probability of 0.0000.   Penelitian..ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Jumlah Penduduk, dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur.
