Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic affects various lines of life, not only in terms of health and the economy but almost everything, one of which is education. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic requires educational activities, especially teaching and learning activities to be carried out from home. Students are not required to adapt to these conditions. All learning activities are carried out from home using available learning applications. Learning from home is a challenge for students of the PGSD study program. Students must manage time so that they can still study even though it is done online. However, some students often postpone their assignments, are late in submitting assignments and spend more time doing more fun things. Behavior that often delays tasks, especially academic tasks, is called academic procrastination. Academic procrastination will be a problem in itself if it is not handled properly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and high grade students' mathematics learning outcomes at UPT SD Negeri 8 Rappang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and students' mathematics learning outcomes, for class VI (six) where rcount = -0.149 while rtable with a significant level of 5% = 0.423 and a significant level of 1% = 0.537, for class V where rcount = -0.149 while rtable with a significant level of 5% = 0.423 and a significant level of 1% = 0.537, and for class IV where rcount = -0.357 while rtable with a significant level of 5% = 0.532 and a significant level of 1% = 0.661. So the conclusion of this study is that the pedagogic competence of teachers has a significant relationship with high grade mathematics learning outcomes at SDN 8 Rappang, Sidrap Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using quizizz learning media on student learning outcomes about the properties of objects in class V UPTD SDN 1 Barru. This research approach is quantitative with experimental research type and Pre-Experimental design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that the average value of learning outcomes using the quizizz media is increasing. The results of inferential statistical analysis by testing the hypothesis using the paired sample t-test showed Sig (2-tailed) < 0.005 (0.000 < 0.05) indicating that the significance value of 0.000 was smaller than = 0.05,H0 thus was rejected. and Ha accepted. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the use of quizizz media affects student learning outcomes about the properties of objects in class V UPTD SDN 1 Barru.

Abstract

; This research is a correlational quantitative research that aims to determine the relationship between of visual learning styles and learning achievement of grade five at SD Negeri 24 Macanang. The data in this study were collected by questionnaire and documentation and processed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between of visual learning styles and learning achievement grade five at SD Negeri 24 Macanang with a r value of (0,273) greater (>)rtable value (0,263) which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the visual learning styles will have an impact on students' learning achievement. So the better the visual learning styles, the better the students' learning achievement. From these conclusions, the impact resulting from this study is known that visual learning styles will increase students' learning achievement.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah Asisten Laboratorium IPA Kampus V Parepare Universitas Negeri Makassar. Masalahnya adalah: (1) Asisten laboratorium memerlukan tambahan pengetahuan tentang keselamatan bekerja dan pertolongan pertama terhadap kecelakaan dalam bekerja, (2) Asisten laboratorium memerlukan tambahan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan bahan kimia yang ramah terhadap lingkungan dan bagaimana memilih bahan kimia yang aman terhadap lingkungan, (3) Asisten laboratorium memerlukan tambahan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana mengelola limbah yang dihasilkan selama kegiatan praktikum berlangsung, dan (4) Asisten laboratorium memerlukan tambahan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana menggunakan bahan kimia berbahaya dan beracun serta cara memindahkan dan menyimpan bahan kimia tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah: pemberian materi da praktek. Hasil yang dicapai adalah: (1) Asisten laboratorium memperoleh tambahan pengetahuan tentang keselamatan bekerja dan pertolongan pertama terhadap kecelakaan dalam bekerja, (2) Asisten laboratorium memperoleh tambahan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan bahan kimia yang ramah terhadap lingkungan dan bagaimana memilih bahan kimia yang aman terhadap lingkungan, (3) Asisten laboratorium memperoleh tambahan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana mengelola limbah yang dihasilkan selama kegiatan praktikum berlangsung, dan (4) Asisten laboratorium memperoleh tambahan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana menggunakan bahan kimia berbahaya dan beracun serta cara memindahkan dan menyimpan bahan kimia tersebut.

Abstract

HYPOTHETIC MODEL: AN APPROACH OF SOLUTION-FOCUSED BRIEF COUNSELING (SFBC) IN THE FAMILY. This study is aimed to study hypothetically about Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) application in family and some example cases of family counseling that focused on solution. The SFBC is a post-modern counseling approach that is developed in 1982 by Insoo Kim Berg and De Shazer. SFBC is an approach based on counselee strength and potency, and focused to the solution and future. In solving the problem, SFBC families more focus on nowadays problems and immediately move to build solution to repair family situation. Counselee strength is a primary asset to build solution of the problem.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of resilience of students at PGSD Campus V Parepare UNM. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The level of resilience is seen from the seven indicators of ability according to Reivich and Shatte (2002), namely emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self efficacy, reaching out. Based on the results of the statistical descriptive statistical test, it was concluded that the level of resilience of the VSD Parepare UNM campus students on optimism indicators was in the very high category. On the indicators of emotion regulation, impulse control, and self efficacy are in the high category. In the causal analysis and empathy indicators are less high indicators and reaching out indicators are in the low category. although the level is different for each indicator, in general the resilience of students in the PGare V Campus Parepare is in the high category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) cooperative learning method can increase Learning Motivation in the guidance and counseling course of PGSD campus V Parepare students at UNM. The research approach used in this research is qualitative. Type of classroom action research. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis which was analyzed descriptively. Data collection techniques using observation. This research consisted of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Based on the acquisition of the observation value in the first cycle, it was found that 65.69% of students' learning motivation in the guidance and counseling course was in a sufficient category. Meanwhile, the percentage of lecturers' success in teaching was 66.6% and it was in a sufficient category. In the second cycle student learning motivation in the guidance and counseling subject was 76.54% in the good category. In the aspect of the lecturer, data was obtained that the percentage of lecturers' success in teaching was 87.87% and was in a good category. So it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model type two stay two strays (TSTS) can increase student motivation to learn in the guidance and counseling course of PGSD Campus V Parepare UNM students.

Abstract

Abstrak. Adanya pandemi covid 19 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi guru dalam menyajikan pembelajaran yang menarik, efektif dan efesien. Berdasarkan analisis masalah ditemukan bahwa guru kesulitan dalam menyajikan pembelajaran secara daring, pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif, guru menggunakan media pembelajaran yang monoton, sehingga membuat siswa SD kurang tertarik dan bosan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dengan melakukan pelatihan edmodo sebagai media pembelajaran daring. Edmodo sering disebut sebagai sebuah media sosial khusus bagi pegiat pendidikan karena tampilannya yang sangat menarik dan memiliki kemiripan dengan facebook sehingga memudahkan dalam mengoperasikannya. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan melalui dua sesi, sesi pertama diisi dengan pemberianmateri dan sesi kedua praktik. Setelah pelatihan para guru-guru SD 65 Kota Parepare dapat menggunakan aplikasi edmodo sebagai media pembelajaran daring dengan baik. Respon dari guru pun sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari keaktifan mereka dalam melakukan tanya jawab dan jumlah kehadiran yang sangat baik. Target yang diharapkan pengabdi pun dapat tercapai yaitu meningkatknya kemampuan guru dalam mempraktekkan aplikasi edmodo sebagai media pembelajaran. Kata kunci : Aplikasi Edmodo, Guru, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is PGSD kampus V Parepare. Problems often experienced by students such as lack of motivation, dropping out of college, hedonism, procrastination, juvenile delinquency, drug use, promiscuity and other problems. Facts on the ground in early 2019, there were students who committed suicide on campus V UNM Parepare. These problems if not resolved as soon as possible can disrupt the psychological development of students, so it needs a solution in solving them. 'Due to the above problems, it is considered necessary to do peer counselor training for PGSD kampus V Parepare  students so that they can help each other if friends experience problems. If students are able to help their peers, they will reduce their burden in facing the problems they are facing so that students can develop optimally without the pressure of problems. Training objectives: 1) Provide an explanation to students about the basic concepts of peer counselors; 2) Providing skills to students about peer counselor techniques 3) Developing and practicing peer counselor techniques for students. Benefits: 1) the benefits that can be obtained are generally students are able to know the advantages and disadvantages of each peer counseling techniques that have been implemented. the methods used in this training are lecture, demonstration, and practice methods. As for the material given is divided into: 1. Presentation of Material. 2. Practice. The implementation of peer counselor training activities has been successful based on a percentage of 85% and an outcome of 90%. The response of participants to the implementation of peer counselor training activities was very good, as seen from the indicator of student attendance which reached 90%. Besides that, during the activity, the students were very enthusiastic in following the activity from the beginning to the end.
