Sumenep Regency, Pamekasan Regency and Sampang Regency are the three largest producers in Madura. The author took one district to be analyzed as research material, namely Sampang Regency, precisely in Pangerangan village. Sampang consists of community salt fields covering an area of 4,300 ha with a salt production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. This research focuses on the problems experienced by salt farmers by analyzing the income level of salt farmers in Sampang district. In this case the author focuses on the influence of land area and production costs on the income of salt farmers in Sampang Regency. So in this research the author took a quantitative method to calculate data by conducting field research, looking at the impact, distributing questionnaires offline to farmers, drawing conclusions from the data. Abstract

This study seeks to research the effect of financial knowledge and financial attitude on financial behaviour among e-wallet users in MSMEs in Madura. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from 100 respondents through Google Form questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1–5. Instrument validity and reliability tests were carried out to guarantee data accuracy, and classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were applied to meet regression requirements. The F-test results imply that financial knowledge and financial attitude have a significant and simultaneous impact on financial behaviour. A coefficient of determination (R²) of 30.7% demonstrates that these variables explain part of the variation in financial behaviour, implying that 30.7% of financial behaviour among MSME e-wallet users can be related to financial knowledge and attitude. The remaining 69.3% is impacted by various factors external to the model, suggesting that additional variables may play a crucial role. The findings confirm that financial knowledge and financial attitude substantially shape financial behaviour among e-wallet users in MSMEs in Pamekasan, Madura, underscoring their importance in financial behaviour improvement efforts within this context.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of funding sources on the efficiency of salt production in Karanganyar Village and Pinggirpapas Village, Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency, known as the largest salt-producing area in Madura. The research population was salt business actors in Madura, totaling 880 people. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and an error rate (standard error) of 10% (0.1), resulting in a sample of 89 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software, and the statistical method used was a simple linear regression test. The research results show a significant positive relationship between funding sources and salt production efficiency. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.101 with a p-value <0.05, which shows that the better the access to funding sources, the more efficient the salt production process will be. These findings emphasize the importance of the availability and accessibility of funding sources to increase production efficiency in the salt sector.
