Abstract

Berbagai upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan kedelai nasional, peningkatan produktivitas kedelai (Glycine max L. Merr.) dan peningkatan daya saing kedelai terus dilakukan pemerintah dan pihak-pihak terkait. Namun, peningkatan signifikan daripada produktivitas dan daya saing yang diharapkan belum juga terjadi sehingga target produksi nasional belum juga tercapai. Pulau Sulawesi memiliki potensi yang besar untuk menjadi sentra kedelai nasional sehingga berbagai persoalan harus mampu diselesaikan, baik pada tingkat on-farm maupun off-farm. Pemasukan teknologi pengelolaan kedelai yang efisien dan pendampingan petani menjadi bagian kunci penting dalam peningkatan produksi kedelai. Pelibatan semua stakeholder termasuk universitas akan menjadi solusi penting dan berkelanjutan bagi kelangsungan perkedelaian rakyat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Bone dengan melibatkan dua kelompok tani pada kecamatan Cina dan Barebbo dengan luas areal 10 ha. Periode penanaman September 2021 hingga Januari 2022. Teknologi tambahan yang diintroduksi adalah pupuk hayati mikrobat dan mikobiota. Introduksi pupuk hayati mikrobat dan mikobiota yang merupakan produk inovasi dari Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Hasanuddin dan kegiatan pendampingan petani mampu menghasilkan produktivitas kedelai diatas 2 ton ha-1. Selain itu, perbedaan waktu aplikasi mempengaruhi produktivitas kedelai. Ketepatan dalam aplikasi dan  jenis pupuk hayati berperan dalam peningkatan produktivitas kedelai. Kata kunci: Kedelai, Pupuk hayati, Pendampingan petani.   ABSTRACT Efforts to fulfilment the national demand, boost productivity and increase the competitiveness of soybean are continuously conducted by the government and other stakeholders. However, significant improvements and competitiveness than expected have not yet occurred. Therefore, the target of national production has not been yet achieved. Sulawesi island has large potential to be one of the centres of national soybean production. Hence, several problems should be solved, both on-farm and off-farm levels. The introduction of efficient management technology to soybean plantations and farmers empowerment are important strategies in increasing soybean production. The involvement of other stakeholders, including universities and, academia will be a critical and sustainable solution for the sustainability of soybean. The programs were conducted in Bone regency involved two farmer groups with the number of area of 10 ha. The planting period was September 2021 until January 2022. Additional technology that was introduced was biofertilizer of Mikrobiota and Mikobiota. The biofertilizers are innovative products from the faculty of agriculture, Hasanuddin University. The introduction of the biofertilizer and farmers empowerment activities was able to reach productivity above 2 ton ha-1. In addition, the Time difference of application has influenced productivity. Correct time and biofertilizer play a significant role in increasing the productivity of soybean. Keywords: Snakehead fish, pinrang, stunting, surabi.

Abstract

In addition to providing food benefits, urban agriculture also has aesthetic benefits. Therefore, a visual assessment of the urban agricultural landscape can be used to measure this aesthetic value. Gender preference is also carried out to see differences in visual assessment. This research was conducted in Makassar City using primary data with 129 respondents consisting of 53 people who had never been to Makassar and 76 people who had been/lived in Makassar. The aesthetic assessment of agricultural landscapes in Makassar City used the Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) method with a perceptual dimension. The results showed that the most beautiful urban agricultural landscapes had a high level of preference, namely in various plant gardens and verticultural hydroponic systems. Furthermore, the highest SBE score as a potential attraction was shown by male respondent who had never been to Makassar. Possible urban agricultural landscape resources should receive special attention by arranging them neatly and cleanly so that they have high artistic value to provide beauty and comfort for visitors.JEL Classification:  C00; O13; Q19

Abstract

Penggunaan kompos Tithonia diversifolia dan pupuk organik cair menjadi fokus utama dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman bawang merah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah varietas lokananta melalui biji dengan pemberian kompos tithonia dan pupuk organik cair. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Teaching Farm, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin, Kecamatan Tamalanrea, Kota Makassar, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan September sampai Desember 2023. Penelitian ini disusun dalam bentuk pola percobaan faktorial 2 faktor dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Faktor pertama yaitu dosis kompos Tithonia diversifolia yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu t0 = 0 t ha-1, t1 = 5 t ha-1, t2 = 10 t ha-1 Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dari 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu p0 = 0 mL L-1, p1 = 5 mL L-1, p2 = 10 mL L-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dosis kompos Tithonia diversifolia 10 t ha-1 memberikan hasil terbaik pada beberapa parameter pengamatan dan hasil yang tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman (41.31 cm), jumlah daun (9.27 helai), bobot brangkasan kering (45.08 g), bobot umbi kering (41.06 g), dan bobot umbi per petak (0,67 kg). Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair 10 mL L-1 memberikan hasil terbaik pada beberapa parameter dan hasil yang tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman (41.68 cm), jumlah daun (9.13 helai), bobot brangkasan kering (41.16 g), bobot umbi kering (37.24 g), dan bobot per petak (0,60 kg). Tidak ada pengaruh interaksi pada keseluruhan parameter pengamatan. The increasing need for shallots needs to be accompanied by increased production. The use of Tithonia diversifolia compost and liquid organic fertilizer is the main focus in increasing shallots productivity. This research aims to determine and study the growth and production of the Lokananta variety of shallots through seeds by providing Tithonia compost and liquid organic fertilizer. The research was carried out at the Teaching Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. This research was carried out from September to December 2023. This research was structured in the form of a 2-factor factorial experimental pattern in a Randomized Block Design (RBD). The first factor is the dosage of Tithonia diversifolia compost which consists of 3 levels, namely t0 = 0 t ha-1, t1 = 5 t ha-1, t2 = 10 t ha-1. The second factor is the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from 3 treatment levels, namely p0 = 0 mL L-1, p1 = 5 mL L-1, p2 = 10 mL L-1. The results showed that the application of a dose of Tithonia compost of 10 t ha-1 gave the best results on plant height (41.31 cm), number of leaves (9.27), weight of dry stover (46.08 g), weight of dry tubers (41.06 g), and weight of tubers per plot (0,67 kg). Application of liquid organic fertilizer gives the best results on plant height (41.68 cm), number of leaves (9.13), weight of dry stover (41.16 g), weight of dry tubers (37.24 g), and weight of tubers per plot (0,60 kg). There is no interaction effect on the overall observed parameters.
