Abstract

The growth and development of children will experience a rapid increase at an early age, from 0 to 5 years as the phase.Golden age3. Socio-economic (Family Income) is low causing poor nutrition so that it affects the growth and development of children. The purpose of this study was to determine the Socio-Economic Relationship (Family Income) with the occurrence of Stunting in Toddler Age Children in Leran Village, Manyar District - Gresik Regency. The method used is  analytic with are search design  cross sectional. Data were collected directly through observations of mothers who have children under five in Leran Village - Manyar District, Gresik Regency as many as 82 people with the sampling technique simple random. Data analysis used the statistical test of the contingency coefficient =0.05. The results of the study obtained 46 respondents income < UMR (< Rp 4.3 million); 42 (91.3%) experienced stunting and 4 (8.7%) were not stunting  while 36 respondents had income > UMR ; 2 (5.6%) were stunting and 34 (94.4%) were not stunting. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between socio-economic (family income) with the incidence of stunting in children aged under five, it is recommended to increase family income and pay attention to child nutrition.

Abstract

Aggressive reactions with anger and rebellion, verbal expressions with angry words, do not want to cooperate with nurses, if this condition occurs it will affect the treatment process while in hospital (Supartini, 2004). For that, children need media to divert reactions aggressive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of puzzle play therapy on hospitalization stress for children (4-6 years) in the Melati Room, RSID dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study used a One Group Pre -Post Test design which involved 19 respondents who were taken by Systematic Random Sampling. Data was taken using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that H 0 was rejected, so that there was an effect of puzzle playing therapy on the level of stress hospitalization children (4-6 years old ) in the Jasmine Room Hospital d r. R. Koesma Tuban ( Asymp value Sig. (2- tailed ) = 0.000 ). Puzzle play therapy has been shown to reduce the level of stress hospitalization children aged 4-6 years. The hospital should provide a special room for children to play, socialization to health workers, especially nursery nurses, such as being given puzzle play therapy, as well as providing rooms designed for children. Asking for parental support, assistance and participation is also needed so that puzzle play therapy can be implemented properly.

Abstract

The problem of reproductive health disorders that is often found in teenagers during menstruation is the behavior of caring for the external genitalia organs incorrectly, so that many teenagers experience vulvovaginitis during menstruation. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between external genital organ care behavior and the incidence of vulvovaginitis during menstruation in class VII teenage girls at MTsN Manyar. The design of this research was cross sectional analytical correlation with a population of all class VII female students, 118 respondents, so that a sample of 91 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling and data collection using a questionnaire sheet, while the statistical test used was Spearman rho. The results of the research showed that the majority of young women behaved well in caring for their external genital organs, 48 ​​respondents (52.7%), the majority of young women did not experience irritation, 35 respondents (38.5%), and young women behaved well in caring for their external genital organs and did not experience irritation. irritation of 31 respondents (88.6%). Based on the Spearman rho test, the p value = 0.000 (<0.05), meaning there is a relationship between the behavior of caring for external genital organs and the incidence of vulvovaginitis in adolescents. It is hoped that MTsN Manyar students will receive education for young women about women's reproductive health through biology lessons.
