Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan analisis kebutuhan dalam pengembangan analisis keselamatan kerja pada mata kuliah Praktik Batu Beton di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamata Kerja. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan akses daring google form. Pengisian kuesioner ini dilakukan pada tanggal 9-13 Maret 2020 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 48 mahasiswa yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah Praktik Batu Beton yang terdiri dari mahasiswa angkatan 2016 dan 2017. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan adalah (1) 12 dari 48 responden pernah mengalami kecelakaan kerja di workshop Praktik Batu Beton. (2) 48 responden mengetahui bahwa Praktik Batu Beton memiliki risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. (3) 22 dari 48 responden tidak memahami bagaimana cara melakukan pengendalian risiko. (4) 47 dari 48 responden menginginkan adanya pengembangan analisis keselamatan kerja untuk workshop Praktik Batu Beton. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Analisis, Keselamatan Kerja, Praktik Batu Beton Abstract This research is to aim requirements analysis development of job safety analysis for Concrete Stone Practice course in Building Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta as an effort to improve Occupational Health and Safety Management. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using online access google form. This questionnaire was filled out on March 9 – 13, 2020 with total 48 students who had taken Concrete Stone Practice course consisting of 2016 and 2017 students. The result obtained from requirements analysis carried out were (1) 12 out of 48 students had an accident at work in Concrete Stone Practice Workshop. (2) 48 students know that Concrete Stone Practice has a risk of work accidents. (3) 22 out of 48 students didn’t understand how to control risk. (4) 47 out of 48 students wanted the development of safety analysis for Concrete Stone Practice Workshop. Keywords: Development, Job Safety Analysis, Concrete Stone Practice.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran yaitu multimedia interaktif berbasis web pada mata kuliah Ilmu Ukur Tanah pada Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan adalah model tutorial dengan fungsi sebagai pelengkap dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development yang mengacu pada model desain pembelajaran Lee and Owens. Model Lee dan Owens terdiri dari lima tahap, meliputi penilaian/analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari analisis kebutuhan, validasi ahli media dan materi, serta evaluasi produk oleh pengguna. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini berupa lima multimedia interaktif, multimedia interaktif divalidasi oleh dua ahli media dan dua ahli materi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh nilai sebesar 81% dikategorikan sangat layak, dan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh skor sebesar 84,41%. Hasil penilaian pengguna mendapatkan nilai 4,79 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan nilai-nilai tersebut multimedia interaktif ini sudah dapat digunakan dalam mata kuliah Ilmu Ukur Tanah. Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, Pengukuran Tanah Abstract This study aims to produce learning media, namely interactive multimedia with web-based, in the Soil Measuring Science course in Building Engineering Education Study Program. Interactive multimedia developed is a tutorial model with a function as a complement in learning. The method used in this research is research and development that refers to the Lee and Owens instructional design model. The Lee and Owen model consists of five stages, including assessment / analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data analysis techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) to collect data from needs analysis, validation of media and material experts, and product evaluation by users. The results of this development research in the form of five interactive multimedia, interactive multimedia is validated by two media experts and two material experts. Based on the results of the validation by media experts, a value of 81% is categorized as very feasible, and based on the results of the validation by the material experts, a score of 84.41% is obtained. The user assessment results get a value of 4.79 included in the excellent category. Based on these values this media can already be used in the Soil Measuring Science course. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Instrumen Job Safety Analysis pada workshop Praktik Batu Beton di Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebagai upaya peningkatan manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian pengembangan 4D (Four-D). Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui 4 tahap, yaitu tahap define, tahap design, tahap development dan tahap disseminate. Namun, penelitian ini baru sampai pada tahap development. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk menguji kelayakan melalui validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Hasil penilaian ahli memperoleh nilai rata-rata 94,90%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Job Safety Analysis pada workshop Praktik Batu Beton di Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta dapat diimplementasikan. Basically this research is carried out through 4 stages, namely the define stage, the design stage, the development stage and the disseminate stage. This research however only reaches the development stage. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool to test eligibility through validation by the expert on material and expert on Occupational Heatlh and Safety (OHS). The results of the assessment by experts obtaine an average value of 94,90%. This shows that Job Safety Analysis for Concreate Stone Pcatice workshop in Building Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta can be implemented. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahaya dan risiko pada proses pekerjaan pemasangan sandwich panel, proses identifikasi bahaya dan risiko menggunakan instrumen lembar Job Safety Analysis sedangkan penilaian risiko menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif W.T Fine J yang mengacu pada standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 tentang Risk Management. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi lapangan, wawancara dan focus group discussion. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dalam bentuk tabel identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko kemudian dideskripsi secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam bahaya dalam proses pekerjaan pemasangan sandwich panel antara lain bahaya mekanis, listrik, fisik, biologi, ergonomis dan biologis. Risiko yang teridentifikasi sebanyak 21 risiko dengan 7 level risiko Very High (33%), 5 level Priority 1 (24%), 6 level Substansial (29%) dan 3 level Priority 3 (14%). Kata kunci: Identifikasi bahaya, penilaian resiko, JSA, sandwich panel Abstract This study aims to determine the hazards and risks in the work process of installing sandwich panels, the process of identifying hazards and risks using the Job Safety Analysis sheet instrument while the risk assessment uses the semi-quantitative W.T Fine J method which refers to the AS/NZS 4360:2004 standard on Risk Management. Data collection was carried out using field observations, interviews and focus group discussions. The data obtained were analyzed in the form of a table of hazard identification and risk assessment and then described objectively. The results showed that there were six hazards in the work process of installing sandwich panels, including mechanical, electrical, physical, biological, ergonomic and biological hazards. The identified risks were 21 risks with 7 levels of Very High risk (33%), 5 levels of Priority 1 (24%), 6 levels of Substantial (29%) and 3 levels of Priority 3 (14%). Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about problems in the learning process of the Land Surveying course in S1 majoring in Building Engineering Education, State University of Jakarta.The study was conducted in April to May 2019 with a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire / questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique consisting of 44 respondent students majoring in S1 Engineering Education Building in Jakarta State University. The results of the needs analysis show that; 86% of respondents have difficulty in learning materials contained in other sources due to incomplete material, explanatory techniques that are difficult to understand and others; 61% of respondents answered that they were not able to apply the material during the practicum after studying the Land Surveying II course from various sources they studied. In general, the results of this needs analysis can be used as a guideline in the design of teaching materials for Land Surveying II.

Abstract

Beton geopolimer adalah beton yang material utamanya mengandung bahan yang bersifat pozzolan. Pozzolan adalah bahan yang mengandung senyawa Silika dan Alumina. Dengan bentuknya yang halus, pozzolan dapat direaksikan dengan alkali aktivator. Prekursor atau material alternatif pengganti semen sebagai bahan pengikat dalam beton geopolimer biasanya menggunakan abu terbang (fly ash), abu sekam padi (RHA), ampas tebu, cangkang telur dan lain – lain, yang banyak mengandung silikon dan aluminium. Sebagai aktivator pada umumnya digunakan natrium hidroksida (NaOH) dan sodium silikat (Na2SO3). Material alternatif pengganti semen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah abu sekam padi. Abu sekam padi dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pengganti semen dikarenakan abu sekam padi bersifat pozzolan dan mengandung Silika sekitar 87-97%. Zat kimia tersebut adalah zat yang terdapat pada semen. Abu sekam padi pada penelitian ini akan dibakar hingga suhu ±800oC. Alkali aktivator yang digunakan adalah natrium hidroksida (NaOH) dan sodium silikat (Na2SO3) dengan perbandingan 65% : 35%; 70% : 30%; dan 75% : 25% dari berat prekursor. Penelitian ini berjuan untuk mengitung kebutuhan mix design dari beton geopolimer menggunakan SNI 03-2834-2000 tentang tata cara pembutan rencana campuran beton normalKata Kunci: Geopolimer, Na2SiO3,  NaOH, Prekursor, RHA ABSTRACT Geopolymer concrete is a concrete with main materials containing pozzolanic properties. Pozzolan is an ingredient that contains silica and alumina compounds. With its smooth shape, pozzolan can be reacted with an alkaline activator.Precursors or alternative materials to replace cement as a binder for geopolymer concrete typically use fly ash, rice husk ash, sugarcane bagasse, egg shells, and other materials that contains a lot of silicon and alumunium. Materials such as sodrium hydroxide (NaOH), and sodium silicate (Na2SO3) are generally used as activators. The alternative ingredient used as replacement for cement used in this study is rice husk ash. Rice husk ash can be used as an alternative replacement for cement because rice husk ash is pozzolanic and contains about 87-97% of silica. These chemical substannces are generally found in cement. In this study, the rice husk ash is burned with temperatures up to ±800oC. Alkaline activators used in this study are sodrium hydroxide (NaOH), and sodium silicate (Na2SO3) with a ratio of 65% : 35%; 70% : 30%;and 75% : 25% by the precursors weight.This study aims to calculate the mix design using SNI 03-2834-2000 about the procedures for making a normal concreat mix designKeywords: Geopolimer, Na2SiO3, NaOH, Prekursor, RHA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan material beton ringan berserabut pada kusen, khususnya akan diaplikasikan pada kusen pintu. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi atau alternatif bagi masyarakat untuk dipertimbangkan dalam pemilihan material untuk kusen pintu. Selain mereduksi berat atau beban mati struktur yang terdapat pada kusen beton konvensional yang dijual di pasaran, tujuan lainnya yaitu menghasilkan material beton ringan yang memiliki mutu yang sesuai desain dan perencanaan sehingga dapat diaplikasikan untuk pembuatan kusen pintu beton.Waktu penelitian pada bulan Mei 2019–November 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan Metode Eksperimen. Agregat Ringan yang digunakan yaitu batu apung (pumice) dengan bahan tambah serabut ijuk aren (arenga pinnata). Untuk mengetahui mutu beton ringan yang direncanakan, maka dilakukan uji tekan dan tarik belah pada sampel benda uji silinder ukuran 15cm×30cm.Hasil penelitian pada umur beton 28 hari dengan komposisi 100% batu apung dan 3% serabut ijuk, menghasilkan nilai kuat tekan rata-rata 9,69 MPa dan nilai kuat tarik belah rata-rata 1,51 MPa. Nilai kuat tekan dan tarik belah hasil memenuhi mutu rencana, kemudian campuran tersebut diaplikasikan pada pembuatan kusen pintu sesuai gambar desain rencana.. Kata Kunci : Beton Ringan Berserabut, Kusen Beton, Kusen Pintu, Mutu Beton ABSTRACT This research aims to applicate fibrous lightweight concrete for frame, specifically door frame. Research done to give people solution or alternative while being considered in order to choose their door frame materials. Besides it can reduce weight of the conventional concrete frame that been sold in market, the other purpose is to produce a fibrous lightweight concrete which has a good quality that complied the preliminary design so it can be applied on door frame. Time research on Mei 2019 - November 2019. Research methodology that uses is experiment method. Pumice stone is lightweight aggregate that uses with addition of palm fiber (arenga pinnata). To know the quality of concrete that been planed, then a compressive and split tensile test is performed on a 15cm × 30cm cylinder specimen. The result of compressive and split tensile test of 28 days curing time with composition 100% pumice and 3% palm fiber, the average compressive strength is 9,69 MPa and the average split tensile strength is 1,51 MPa. According to the results, the value of compressive and split tensile strength has fulfill the preliminary quality planed. Keywords: Concrete Frame, Door Frame, Fibrous Lightweight Concrete,Concrete Quality

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the increase in the value of geopolymer concrete compressive strength using duck eggshell ash with a mixture of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxidein variations of 65%: 35%, 70%: 30%, and 75%: 25% at 7 days and 28 days with oven test specimensand control concrete which are only allowed to stand at room temperature. Ass Duck egg shells used are wastes which are burned with temperatures reaching 800 ° Cfor ± 4 hours using a ceramic burning oven. This study uses cylindrical test object with a diameter of10 cm and a height of 20 cm with the quality of the plan is fc '20 MPa. Testing of geopolymerconcrete compressive strength using a Crushing Test Machine tool. The geopolymer concretecompressive strength produced by heating concrete specimens at activator variations of 65%: 35%,70%: 30%, and 75%: 25% at 7 days ie 6,157 MPa, 12,314 MPa, and 3,736 MPa, and for 28 days ie2.547 MPa, 2.760 MPa, and 1.698 MPa. While the concrete specimens which were not heated thevalue of concrete compressive strength on activator variations were 65%: 35%, 70%: 30%, and 75%:25% at 7 days, ie 2.972 MPa, 3.991 MPa, and 1.486 MPa, and for 28 days, ie 1.401 MPa, 2.123MPa, and 1,273 MPa. It can be seen that the value of the maximum average compressive strength isin the variation of activator 70%: 30% with test specimens vented at a temperature of 79 ° C first.

Abstract

The results showed the use of cow dung waste can increase the compressive strength of hollow brick from any composition of waste. Hollow brick with cow dung substitution of 0% has an average compressive strength value 44.75 Kg/Cm2 has an average water absorption of 14.31%, hollow brick with cow dung substitution of 5% has a value of compressive strength average 47.47 Kg/Cm2 has an average water absorption of 15.67%, Batako perforation with cow dung substitution of 7.5% has an average compressive strength value of 51.83 Kg/Cm2 has the absorption water averaging 13.71%, batako perforated with substitution of cow dung waste of 10% has an average compressive strength value 53.81 Kg/Cm2 has an average water absorption of 10.04%, hollow brick with substitution cow dung waste of 12.5% has an average compressive strength value of 50.66 Kg/Cm2 has an average water absorption of 23.6%, hollow brick with cow dung substitution of 15% average 48.84 Kg/Cm2 has an average water absorption of 19.72%. The optimum compressive strength value was obtained from percentage substitution of cow dung waste at 10% with mean value of compressive strength 53,81 Kg/Cm2 with average water absorption 10,04%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the Tambun Selatan People's Market based on the existing standards in SNI 8152-2015 concerning the People's Market, and to find out people's perceptions and to evaluate the availability of facilities and infrastructure and public utilities in accordance with SNI 8152-2015. The research method used in this research is literature study and survey. The results showed that observations with SNI 8152-2015 stated that the buildings and infrastructure of the Tambun People's Market were not in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 concerning the People's Market, while those that were not in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 were lighting and circulation, corridors, parking areas, areas. loading and unloading, security posts, health posts, drainage and waste management, and in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 are construction, arrangement of trading rooms, prayer rooms, clean water networks, bathrooms and toilets, and fire prevention. Efforts that need to be made by market managers are to repair damaged facilities that are not in accordance with standards and to procure facilities that are not yet available in the market according to standards.
